I had a very good experience with the Roof Doctor. Manuel was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what we agreed upon (roof cleaning main roof with wire brush, new shingles on patio roof, skylights, new ridge cap, aluminum railings). He was easy to work with and went the extra mile...the house looks great and the 15 yr old leak was fixed.

We had a great experience with Roof Doctor and Keith, who explained the product and process. He kept us informed throughout the project. All the work was done well and to schedule. We highly recommend their service if you want your roof to be replaced to a high standard.

Last summer, our concrete tile roof needed to go away. We loved it but gutter overflow had caused some wet rot in a corner of the soffit and trim boards. Those tiles sometimes caused water back up into the skylight area where the tiles dipped and didn't drain as well. Hubby, at 82, is no longer allowed to go up on the roof and fix this...

We had been driving down Highway 99 and saw their Roof Doctor sign. Now, this is an old sign - which told me they were an older, established company. We went with them! Bid was good (right where we figured it would be). We appreciated the good advice on roof color and quality to choose (it will outlive me...), and excellent troubleshooting on the wet rot (they provided the trim and soffit boards beforehand so I could paint them in the garage - no one had to do 2nd story ladder work painting trim and soffit pieces afterwards - yay!!).

Short story aside: I had bats in my tile roof (like how are you going to keep them out of hundreds of openings?). It was really important to me that they all be 'cleared' before the underlayment ply went on (older house - no plywood under the tile). They were so kind and made sure 'my' bats were out - all 6!

Impressed with the roof shingle design around vents, skylights, etc. for runoff - it looks beautiful. This was a major expense for us; we are glad we made the decision to use this company. Thank you, Roof Doctor, for a very nice job.

I am a home owner for the past 30 years. Six months ago I bought a new construction property in Tumwater.
5 weeks ago, due to heavy winds , one of the limbs of a mature Douglas Fir tree in my neighbor’s back yard toppled on my brand new roof. I was devastated
I researched a few local roofing companies as I didn’t want to take any risk of giving the repair project to just another roofing company.
After using a good judgment and discernment, I decided to call the Roof Doctor.
Keith the project manager showed up within 15 mts of my call to the office.
I am beyond measure thankful and grateful I called the Roof Doctor.

Keith is very kind , extremely caring and nonetheless very Loyal to his company , his customers and to the insurance company.

Keith performed the initial diagnosis of the damage upon his very first visit and wrote me a good faith estimate.
I was advised by Keith to let him know once the insurance has decided to send for an inspection so he can assist the insurance adjuster.
It was a total courtesy extended by Keith to be there to assist the insurance adjuster. Nobody offers such a generosity to provide this kind of an exceptional service.

Insurance adjuster found Keith’s assistance extremely helpful and was able to send the approval of the claim without any delay.

Due to the back log of the customers who were on the list before me, Keith placed me on the schedule.

During the waiting period, Keith came out once again as a courtesy to check on the security of the tarp on the damaged area of roof.

I got a call from Keith the day before roof repair took place. I was given a heads up I may be bumped up in case there is a cancellation.

On the repair day , I got a text message from Keith that his team is on their way.
Keith and his team were punctual , super Efficient, and cleaned up really well.

Once the job was completed, Keith came over to do his review of the work completed and made sure everything was picked up and no mess left behind.

I cannot see this in enough words , The Roof Doctor is a reliable and trustworthy company with great leadership team, consistency of communication, follow up and super ethical people with great workmanship.

We had the Roof Doctor replace our roof with asphalt shingles. They were not the low bid, but they gave us the most confidence of the 3 we got. They tore off the old roof, replaced any damaged OSB with new plywood, put on new vapor sheeting, replaced flashing & ridge vents, installed edge flashing (which was not required when the house was built), replaced 2 skylights, installed a solar tube and installed beautiful new shingles. Except for the solar tube, the complete job was done in about 8-1/2 hours. The next day, the solar tube was installed in about 1-1/2 hours. From the first meeting to the final meeting with Chris & Keith, we had professional & personable interactions with the company. The roof looks beautiful, and the workmen cleaned the work area, including running the magnetic "nail catcher" numerous times. It looks like they were never here, except we have a new roof. We are quite satisfied, and would recommend them highly,

Had used Roof Dr for our garage a few years ago and they did a great job so used them again for our main house. We have a 3 story A-frame so was a 2 day job for main roof and a couple follow up 1/2 days for custom cap and soffit repairs. Tara and her crew were awesome. On time every day, were here from 7 to 4 both days for main roof and installed custom cap and soffit repair in timely manner. Roof looks great, soffits and cap look great. No surprises on estimates or work done. Would definitely use again.

I researched this company and it was a fantastic reviews Keith the one that came out and was in charge was fantastic helped us in every way. The gentleman that put on the roof and took off the old one we're totally professional helped us in every way answered every question and resolved anything that did come up I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

After deciding to get solar panels, we decided our 10 year old roof should be examined first. Chris and Keith thoroughly examined our house and wisely suggested we only replace half of the roof that would be needed for the solar panels, as the roof had significant life left in it. They gave us options, honest opinions, and never once gave me a salesman-vibe. The work was excellent quality and Keith was very responsive with questions and responding to my concerns during the job (Chris was on vacation). Highly recommended and I will absolutely reach our to them when the rest of the roof needs replacing.

Old homes are complicated. They require one-off attention to detail in ways that most newer homes don’t. I had a hard time finding any other roofing firm willing (able?) to even bid on this replacement.

Keith was undaunted and seemed to really enjoy the uniqueness of the project. He helped me think through the “known unknowns” I’d be facing and the options I had for each of those before I made any decisions. I felt as informed as I could be going into this, given the givens. Talk to him about the difference between 30-year and 40-year shingles! Minor increase in cost for significantly better product and terms. Stuff like that to help make this not just a huge investment, but a really good one. He’s got an eye for design details, too, if you’re looking to bounce ideas as you explore your roofing and gutter options.

The teams they assembled on site were great - top quality professionals in every aspect, including having them onsite. Which wasn’t long. One full day and a few guys here another half day. Gutters a few days later. It took less than half a day for them to be made onsite and installed. It was convenient having Roof Doctor handle the gutter subcontractor - it was seamless, one point of contact. Roof Doctor handled everything.

I appreciated the chance to get in to parts of this old house that haven’t been accessible in decades. The guys running the project gave me a little time to take a look and tended to a couple of quick repairs along the way. Really appreciated the opportunity for that. This roof will get her to 130 years old, at least.

No sugar-coating it - this was a big expense for me. And it was a really good investment. I’m totally satisfied.

I have used the Roof Doctor to replace roofs on two homes and three rentals over the last 25 years. Their price has always been fair, quality workmanship and the jobs wrap up in one day. And when there have been any issues, which is rare, someone is out right away.

I called the Roof Doctor because my roof was getting old and I was concerned about potential water damage. Tara met me at my home the following day for a consultation. After going over several options and picking the best one for me, Tara put me on the schedule. When the roofers came out to do the job, I found them highly professional both in the way they explained the process with me and the way they carried out their work. The Roof Doctor has cleaned my roof and gutters many times. They always do an excellent job. They haul away debris and leave the job site clean. I know that I can depend on them to do everything right. I highly recommend them.

We received 3 bids for our roof/gutter work on Tumwater Hill. Roof Doctor's price was very competitive, but in the end, the estimator Keith was the reason we went with them. I felt like Keith was truly interested in doing a great job, and more than that - he followed through by checking in on the work days, making sure our specific needs were met, and the team did awesome work. Tom was especially experienced and helpful on the work team. I'm so satisfied with the whole experience and heartily recommend them as an experienced, competitive, and thorough team.

They were great. They got my new roof on in one day and my gutters on the next day. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My roof and gutters look great. Now I can hardly wait to paint my house to complete my goals this year. Very reasonable on prices. Would highly recommend them.

Office staff is super helpful and the warehouse manager has been there over 15 years. The sales staff has been there longer and they know what they are talking about.

We recently hired The Roof Doctor to do a roof placement in Lacey, WA. The inspection was very thorough and the issues were outlined in the estimate. The labor, carpentry and material needed/outlined was also spot on. The crew and site manager was very professional. Start to finish, the job was done in about 9 hours (house and garage at around 1800 sq. ft.). They did a great job with clean up. We couldn't even tell they were here. Highly recommend. The job was top tier. Even the flashing was beautiful. Would do business with them again!

Had an excellent experience using The Roof Doctor. Chris and Keith came out on time and after a complete roof inspection, gave an estimate well below the next competitor. The crew was out within a week and the job was completed within a day. I was concerned about the potential for rain, but the crew was staffed well and worked very quickly. Chris called a couple times to check on the status and afterwards to make certain I was happy with the job. He addressed all of my concerns, and even took a suggestion about how the crew dealt with the debre after clearing the old shingles from the roof. All in all a very satisfying roofing job.

This is the second time we have had complete tear off and roof replacement. Once in July 2003 and recently in June 2023. They were not the lowest bid, but were easily the best value. The crew showed up, completed the job in one day the first time and 1 and 1/2 days the second time. Cleaned up the yard perfectly. No flat tires either time. The new roof and gutters look great. The first roof never had a leak ever but started to show its age due to lots of trees around our home. They are the company to check out, you will not be disappointed.

Best contractors I've had work on my house, did everything they said, work safe, got it done in one and a half days.

Keith Brent gave us a great bid on replacing our old shingle roof. He got us scheduled quickly and showed up with 2 crews on installation day. Within 6 hours our old roof was gone, our roof sheathing and facia were repaired and the complete job, including cleanup was completed. We are completely satisfied with the entire process and we would recommend the Roof Doctor to everyone!

Keith saved our month! Our roof began deteriorating rapidly due to poor workmanship on the original build, and we discovered this just before a busy period of family obligations. From our estimate to our brand new roof, he took only 6 days to pull a crew together and deliver.

We have zero complaints and only gratitude for our work with The Roof Doctor. About 10 guys took 8 hours to completely flip our roof. I appreciated the visible care and attention to detail they took as they cut and laid our new Malarkey shingles. Not only were they exacting in their process, but they left our yard cleaner than they found it! While tidying up after themselves, they also cleaned up our gutters and patios, effectively crossing those off our spring to-do list.

As new homeowners, we couldn’t ask for a more painless process. Their pricing was fair and transparent, Keith was easy to reach and work with, and we’ll definitely be referring friends and neighbors (since I doubt we’ll need to work with them again, in this house at least.) Editing post-inspection from the county: the inspector had only great things to say about the workmanship, and when he saw Roof Doctor on our forms he said "Oh, yeah, I work with these guys all the time" in a tone that implied stellar work from them is business-as-usual!

Keith Brent, and his crew came out and replaced not only my shingles but the wood underneath, pretty much my entire roof, vents yesterday. Wish I could remember the rest of their names but I will tell you that you could not ask for more competent people who answer your questions and act like they genuinely care about your concerns. I felt like they really wanted me to understand some of the process while updating information to me as they were working. I give 5 stars for punctuality, excellent work done, professionalism, price was fair, and all the smiles I saw from the crew. They actually seem happy to do what they are doing and no mess to speak of. Thank you Keith Brent and your excellent crew!

I need a shed repaired and have a deadline. I contacted roof doctor , because they did a great job on my home. Tara came and said it would require a carpenter, and could be done without permits. Kelly came out twice (Carpenter). He said it could be fixed, and gave me some ideas. I said ok. Two days later, I called the office to find out what and when we would start. They called me back and got my email so they could send a proposal. I haven’t heard anything from them , nor received a response. I’m calling someone else. Very disappointed.

After my review, Kelly called me. He said he sent proposal to me. I checked all my mail, no such thing. I told him I hired someone else. Guess my job wasn’t good enough for him.

We developed a leak on our 17yr old shingle roof. Had Keith from Roof Doctor come out to give us an estimate on Monday. Since my roof had 4 leaks, Keith squeezed us in for that Friday. Crew arrived by 8:00am and by 2:00pm they had completed old shingle removal, replaced 9 sheets of rotted decking, and installed new shingles. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the site afterward. THANKS Roof Doctor!!!!!

Went to bed during the first heavy rain of the year and saw a wet spot on the ceiling of my barely 7 year old house. Was panicked because it was supposed to rain all week. Called the roof doctor the next morning and they fit me in THAT SAME DAY around lunch time. Keith was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Found a busted vent, gave me a fair quote, and some info on what to look out for in the future with my other cheap plastic vents. He offered to come back that same day to fix it temporarily if they weren’t able to get a guy out soon, but Austin came out and fixed it the very next morning. I couldn’t be more grateful to these guys! Super anxious about the rain continuing to come in through that busted vent but they made it happen and saved my drywall from damage. Will be calling them any other time I have roof issues.

The Roof Doctor was a wonderful company to work with. We received weather damage to our roof along with leaking into a second floor room. We requested a few bids and while The Roof Doctor was only slightly higher (~$200) it was Tara's professionalism, responsiveness and clear communication on what services we'd get by hiring them that made our final decision much easier to spend just a little more.

We received interior repairs by a very thorough carpenter who removed and patched the water damaged ceiling. He repainted the ceiling and now the room looks better than when the damage occurred.

The large task of the roof was completed extremely efficiently in one day with a well-equipped crew. The team cleaned up after the job was complete and it was a minimal disruption to our household when you consider the task of a full roof replacement. June 2022, workmanship or product quality?
I'm not a roofer and I know about six different ways to know exactly where the trusses are. Why were you cutting my trusses?
Is this quantity of stone loss normal for under 2 years?
Why are all these ripples here and how much rain is blowing up there?
Why do the peak tiles have bluish tint, did you match color?

I am concerned about this rippling. I get the impression it will crack if someone steps on it i.e. normal use.
