We received excellent and prompt service when I called this business and asked for our roof to be inspected and remove moss collected on the shingles. Manuel was polite, reassuring and knowledgeable, answering ALL my questions patiently and thoroughly. Thank you Manuel for your professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, qualities which seem to be rare these days unfortunately! Jorge and Mariano spent many hours on our roof and did a wonderful job of cleaning and repairing a portion of it. Manuel returned to check on the job done and has left us satisfied with their work.

From start to finish his communication and efforts to get this work done was outstanding! His work was top notch and he was able to get it done quickly before the rainy season. Manuel's team fixed the facia of my gable this week. Also checked the drainage on my carport and secured the metal sheet. They were nice while here and finished the job in a few hours.

Manuel was amazing. I needed a roof replacement on a real estate transaction and I was given his name. He responded to my message quickly and gave me a same day bid. From start to finish his communication and efforts to get this work done was exceptional! This home not only needed a roof but it needed a front porch roof (with clear poly panels) and porch flooring replaced. His work was amazing and he was able to get it done before the transaction closed. In my mind, I have a roofer for life! I will never contact anyone else to do any of my jobs. Manuel really works hard and the end result is beautiful.

Manuel and his crew did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They had to replace alot of the old plywood and 2x6s. It was a lot of extra work for them. They got it all done in one day. I was very impressed. They cleaned up all the mess from the old roof everything was nice and clean.

Great experience with the Chehalis Roof Doctor. Colton gave us a reasonable bid and fit us in their schedule quickly, Chance and others in the office have been very helpful and the crew doing the work did a very good job at my roof and exceeded my expectations.

We have a large log home with large 2 story game room and a breezeway all attached by one roof, and they tore off all of the old metal, put up new sheeting, and put up new shingles all in 1 day! I was super impressed. Communication was great, everything clean when they left, and we love the look of our new roof!

They redid my moms entire roof and were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were beyond professional and even finished earlier than expected! I absolutely recommend.

Their estimator/inspector showed up on time and quoted me a very reasonable price for an entire roof replacement. They made the calendar work for me and did the entire job (with extras to bring it up to current code) and left my property in spotless condition. Plus, they did it all in one day. Called the Roof Doctor and Ken was out within 2 days with a quote. With the quote accepted Ken said the roof replacement would be 4-6 weeks out, because of how busy they were. The wait ended up being a bit more than 6 weeks due to weather issues, but that was no problem.

The crew showed up at 7:30 on a Thursday morning and pulled out of the driveway at 6:00 PM that evening with the reinstall completed! The roof was 3000sq feet. They removed the old shingles, did repairs, installed new vents, laid the tar paper, and installed the new shingles and it looks fantastic. If any problems happen to pop up on the roof, they will be right out to fix it!

If you have a roof that needs repair/replacement. Give Ken a call right now! The Roof Doctor will definitely be my choice for any other roof work I have.

Their work was great! They stuck to business and cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job--first light to nearly dark--they finished in one day.

The Roof Doctor is an amazing business! They responded very quickly to help cover all of the leaks in our roof until it could be replaced. I appreciated their phone calls to update where they were on the roof project. If you need a roof give them a call.

The crew showed up on time and started working right away. Within an hour all the old roofing was off and several areas of rot uncovered and pointed out to us. Since they were here we had them replace areas of rot and install a solar tube. By 4 pm the roofing job and repairs were completed. Additional crews showed up and cleaned up all the materials from our yard.

Very pleased, the minute they showed up they were on the roof. It was Valentines day and I asked about what time they would done and Ken said about 2:30 or 3:00, they were done at 1:30 ,Ken had 4 more guys come over to finish up because rain. I just happen to have homemaid heart cookies and gave all of the crew one, they were happy and so was, I thanked them because I had Valentines reservation s at 4:00 out of town.Thank you Ken Slater and team.

Called for an estimate, someone came out and looked, the next day provided an email with an estimate. The estimate did not have details, just the price. No details about what needs to be done. I thought that was odd. I should have known better.

Anyway, I decided to schedule a repair. I called in, talked to the girl on the phone, she took my cc info and that was it. I asked, well when is the repair scheduled for? She didnt know.... she said oh in a week. Ok it has been a week so I called again, they still dont know what day the repair will be.

They charged my cc the day I called. I was not told I would be charged before a date has even been scheduled. I understand its been raining but they charged my card!! I find that very unprofessional to charge the full amount to my cc when theres no date scheduled to do the repair. I called with capital one to cancel and get a refund and she said she doesnt know how to refund and is not authorized to do it but will ask the manager.

Please just refund me and cancel the appointment that doesnt even exist! Ya cant cancel what doesnt exist so I would like a refund now! I will find a more professional roofer that charges me the day the repair is to be done.

UPDATE: Finally, I was refunded via a check in the mail. It should not have been that difficult to cancel a service especially since it wasnt officially scheduled yet. I did not like the feeling of an open ended date for a roof repair but had paid in full without my knowledge of paying at the time I attempted to schedule an appointment. It was just an odd experience with poor and snarky, somewhat rude customer service attached. I added 1 extra star to my 1 star review because I was refunded even tho it was all pretty much a 1 star experience. I really shouldnt feel obligated to add any stars because of the refund since I was entitled to a refund anyway since they provided zero services. DON'T CHARGE CREDIT CARDS UNTIL YOU DO THE WORK! Its just so simple!

They were wonderful to work with. Excellent service, excellent clean up afterwards, and a decent price. I highly recommend them if you need roof work!

I’ll start with Ken. I had three different roofing outfits give me bids. It’s an older home and outbuilding. We needed a complete tear off, 4 layers and plywood both buildings and I wanted skylights! Even if Roof Dr. gave the highest bid, (which they didn’t) I would’ve chose them still. Ken was very kind and very receptive to my ideas concerns. There were years of knowledge and experience behind his responses that definitely put me at ease. My husband and I both come from industrial backgrounds and know what hard labor is. When his crew showed up we were in awe of them. These were some of the hardest working guys we’ve ever seen. They worked together seamlessly. As hard as they worked they all had smiles and were so very kind. Astonishing how fast they worked. They knocked it out in 2 days! Ken boasted about what a great crew of guys he had...he backed up that statement 1000% as far as I’m concerned. My house looks Ahhhhhmaaazing! Thank you so very much Roof Dr.

A short while ago I had a new roof put on our home. The crew were quick, thorough, and cleaned up well. That really impressed me butt when the L9 inspector came to our house this morning, his inspection results were phenomenal. He described steps done during the roofing that went above and beyond requirements, including hand nailing the shingles, an ice/water barrier all around the edges, all new flashing at the edges, and new venting material solidly attached. Thank you for the great job and the great roof.

We were absolutely blown away by the great way The Roof Doctor treated us from start to finish. Their customer service, quality of work, professional conduct, and competitive pricing are what sets them apart from the other roofing companies we chose not to hire. From arrival to departure, the crew was finished with my 3000 square foot roof in less than eight hours and they cleaned up all the tear off, nails, cleaned out the gutters, and even swept up the grit from the old shingles off our deck.

Ken treated me extremely well and exhibited an uncommon fairness and honesty that I don't see often among many contractors. I highly recommend The Roof Doctor to anyone who wants the best customer care and the best roof around. They will be the only ones I call for any other roofing needs I have in the future. What y'all have done for our disabled Veterans, is epic preventing any more of the 22 a day. Thank you, AVR would like to do fundraisers for any Veterans you find needing a roof they can not afford. We go around recognizing veteran friendly businesses.

Requested bids from quite a few roofing enterprises before selecting the Roof Doctor. The bids ranged from about $6k to $14k for a nominal 2,000 square foot ranch home. Roof Doctor came in at $11,500 but the final bill was $14k after adding tax plus $1k for some serious chimney repair and a bunch of new fan exhaust vents. I ended up selecting the Roof Doctor because I knew they were insured, they are kind of local, and my roof was in really bad shape and I didn't know what kind of surprises they were going to find once they started taking off the old shingles. A crew of eight showed up at 7:30AM in the morning. They were in 2 trucks. One for dumping the old shingles into and the other with all the stuff for putting on the new roof. Shingles were off by about 10:30. Crew foreman advised me of the ventilation and chimney issues and I approved the options he had advised. They had all the materials for dealing with all the options already in the truck so nobody had to go running for stuff they didn't have. The job was complete, including a thorough sweep and vacuuming of grounds adjacent to the house, by about 5:30PM.
