Customers are fully satisfied

David did a total bathroom remodel for our family in February and moved the washer and dryer into the garage as part of a separate project. Everything looks great! He is kind, patient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

David did an amazing job at our house! He did so amazing that I called him for one thing and ended up hiring him for a different project in our home! David is so good at what he does and takes his job very seriously!

We recently hired New Era Remodeling & Repairs to remove the carpet in our living room and replace it with hardwood flooring, and we couldn't be happier with the results! David, the contractor, handled everything by himself, and his work was truly exceptional.
From start to finish, David was fast, efficient, and incredibly skilled. He gave us a very fair price, was flexible with our schedule, and demonstrated a level of pride in his craftsmanship that is rare these days. His attention to detail is evident in the beautiful new look of our home.
Another thing that stood out was his honest and transparent contract—there were no forced arbitration clauses, which gave us peace of mind. The contract has itemized expenses so you know what you are paying for. No surprises or hidden fees.
If you're looking for high-quality work at a great price from someone who genuinely cares about their craft, we highly recommend New Era Remodeling & Repairs. David did an amazing job, and we will absolutely be reaching out for future projects!

David did two jobs for me. Both extremely high quality and very fair price. Even got things done in a crunch after a home inspection. Thank you!

David transformed our master bathroom, he is a true craftsman! He is also a one-man operation and very reasonably priced. We are super happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him! Be sure to read his contract, he is fair to his clients but also has expectations of them...overall he was a pleasure to work with.

David did a beautiful job remodeling our bathroom. He was careful to keep the remainder of the house free from the construction. He tiled our shower professionally and it looks great. David left the bathroom in stellar condition. He was courteous and respectful. David also did some electrical work in the kitchen which saved us money from having to hire an electrician. I highly recommend New Era Remodeling and Repairs to anyone who wants quality craftsmanship. We will certainly reach out to David if we have any more remodeling or other projects.

I hired David to repair my porch. A summer ago, I returned from deployment to find that a clogged gutter had caused significant water damage to the posts on my porch. The water had trickled down the posts, leading to waterlogged and rotting wood. From the start, David was incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining the steps involved and providing regular updates.
David went above and beyond by helping me save money—he carefully salvaged the wood that was still in good condition and only replaced the pieces that were too far gone. I was very impressed with his craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of quality repair work at a fair price.

David saved the day. Not only was his estimate more than fair. He normally is booked out 3 months in advance, but he had immediate availability. (My other contractor bailed on doing the bathroom.) He did an absolutely fantastic job and I now have my dream bathroom.
I also hired him for the drywall and painting work needed in other parts of the house. He did an excellent job there as well.
I will definitely hire David again.

David was a pleasure to work with! Fit us into his schedule quickly and did quality work for a reasonable price. Would definitely hire him again!

After several contract interviews we were so happy to have found and chosen David for our bathroom remodel. The remodel was part plumbing fix, part remodel since we had to tear everything out anyways. David was very prompt and detailed in his quoting which was exactly what we were looking for. During the process several items came up due to the nature of the plumbing fix and David was incredibly helpful in explaining not only how the damage occur but his plans to fix it so it never happens again. We had water damage on the floor below that we had intended to fix ourselves but David was able to tackle that repair + the plumbing fix + the tiling of the bathroom all within the timeline he originally quoted. His pricing was incredibly fair and his work is top notch and we will definitely call him again should we have any other projects that we need help with. Amazing work, 10/10 recommend.

We met David, with New Era Remodeling after searching for a contractor to finish and restore our master bathroom and shower. We had some horrible experiences prior to meeting him and after consulting with him we decided to hire him. We are so happy with his workmanship, he remodeled the entire bathroom. It looks terrific, we couldn’t be more pleased with his results. I think it’s quite beautiful. He also installed new lighting and a fan. He also repaired our toilet, where the previous contractor left it a mess. He corrected some plumbing issues that were also left very messy. We also had him restore our front stoop with new tile and wood framing. He’s coming back to install my closet barn doors once they arrive. We highly recommend him and when our next project comes due he is the one we will hire. I give him five stars. He pays attention to the finest details where quality really matters.

David was straightforward, with no pressure or upselling. He came in, was respectful of our home, did the work, and cleaned everything up. I was happy with the work done and will call him again when we need more work done.

David has helped us with numerous projects around our 100 year old home over the last year. He is highly skilled and has found solutions for many unique problems with foundational issues, plumbing and electric work. We can't wait to hire him again for our next project!

I had a 28 year old dated master bath which I wanted to upgrade to a tiled shower along with new sinks, vanity top, flooring, and textured walls. I had requested and eventually received 3 bids for the work. When New Era visited to look at the project I immediately appreciated David’s suggestions and ideas for the improvements. His suggestions were oriented towards how to save money while still making all the changes I wanted. The proposed contract that I received from New Era was much more detailed and descriptive for all the work that would be performed and clearly stated what would be my responsibilities and the contractor’s scope of work. The proposal was significantly less than the other bids and it covered how it could be modified with change orders if I changed my mind or if the contractor found conditions different from what was discussed or normally expected. The performance of the work was handled within the timeline planned and when we had problems with some of the supplied materials he provided guidance and support for correcting the material or delivery problems. I was extremely happy with the finished job and the fact that the entire job was completed in such a timely manner. David is direct, fair, courteous, and dedicated to performing the job as proposed. Read the contract because you get what the contract says.

David is a wonderful guy and great contractor. Despite being booked until May, he squeezed me in for a weekend appointment and knocked out several projects quickly and methodically. All for a reasonable price.

Solid, beautiful work on ripping out, rebuilding, tiling our bathroom floor, and installing a bidet. Mr. Sabet is very professional and knowledgeable; he was very clear about what was needed for our project and how much it would cost. Any unexpected changes were immediately brought to our attention and priced out. He explained the process for us as well. He worked diligently, efficiently, and always came when he said he would be here. He also changed out our outlets and caught some problems - which he fixed. We are so happy with the results of his work for us that we are planning to hire him again for some future projects. He does wonderful work.

20/10 work by David. My house was built in 1923 and we had him renovate a bathroom. He demoed the space, identified a leak that was affecting the wood underneath the flooring and utilized the crawl space to fix the problem. He communicated any steps for client approval and explained the different choices in a clear manner. He added recessed lighting and repaired the work in the ceiling seamlessly. He installed new tile on the floor and wall, since this is his expertise he provided guidance on what materials to purchase so that cleaning would be easy in the future too. It is the second time he has worked on something at the house and we will continue to utilize him going forward!

David Sabet is very dependable. He was there every day and let me know if he had to leave early or come late. He works hard and does an excellent job. He communicated with me each step of the job. He replaced all the tile in my bathroom. I had some leakage in my shower and he repaired that before proceeding. He was careful to save my platform tub and did little extras to help me out without charge, including a fix on the siding of my house. He went the extra mile. He also cleaned up after the project.

David was easy to work with and did a great job. The space he worked in wouldn’t have been easy for me to see the repairs, so he took pictures to show the work he did. Pricing was very reasonable and David is super responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

We needed a bathroom remodel and since New Era came up as a top search and had such great reviews we hired David Sabet to take on this task. David is highly knowledgeable when it comes to all of the needs required for a remodel including electrical needs. David is highly skilled and knows his trade well. He will share strong opinions about what he thinks will work best since he has done so much of this work. David has unorthodox hours, but will let you know if he is running late or needs to work a bit later. He works alone to assure that the quality of the work is up to his standards. Our shower area is beautiful and we are so happy that we hired and got to know David. We highly recommend him for any remodel job you need--just keep in mind that he takes a bit longer than others might because he is particular about detail and works aline.

David did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. It was an extensive project that involved tearing down a wall, relocating a toilet, floor to cieling tile, relocating shower fixtures, and the list goes on. David's attention to detail and insistence on doing the job right and using good materials might seem frustrating to some, but it was well worth it for us in the end. New Era might not be the cheapest option but still very reasonable for what you get. I will likely hire David again for future projects.

David was great! Very professional and good attention to detail. We are very happy with the work New Era did for us

David was kind and timely, his work was excellent repairing drywall in our bathroom remodel and the site was very clean. He was responsive and dependable. I plan to utilize his services in the future and appreciate the work!

My Mom hired David for the second time since last summer and again he came through with a beautiful job as expected! He replaced all the flooring in our kitchen, hallway, foyer and bathroom with waterproof LVP plank flooring, new baseboards which he stained to match the flooring we chose, 1/4 rounds and transition boards. He painted the kitchen and bathroom. When he pulled the pedestal sink out of the bathroom he informed us it had been leaking and there was damage to the wall which he promptly fixed to include replacing the water valves. He's very honest with his clients and will tell you what he feels will work best for the job he was hired to do. So while buying a new vanity & replacing the pedestal sink was not in the original plan I am super happy we did it, it looks amazing! The changes also prompted us to have him install a new brushed nickel faucet, towel racks & toilet paper holder. As with any big project you will not have the same contract you started with, there are always hiccups and changes that arise that may extend the amount of time it was originally agreed upon to finish the job. David is always willing to go the extra mile to try and stay within that timeframe which in our case, included him working on the weekend. He even patched a few small dings/gouges in our walls in the hall/stairwell which made my Mom happy, she offered to do the painting when he was finished since it was an extra we were not expecting. He is an amazing contractor and has a keen eye for details & always responds in a timely manner to our questions or changes/additions to the job. This man works ALOT while raising his family and he never complains once. We will hire David to come back every time!

This is the second time I have used David to work on my bathrooms. Both bathrooms had some water damage around the toilet. He fixed the problem, replaced the floor and put in a new toilet. He is a fair an honest man and does great work. I would call on him anytime.

David at New Era installed recessed ceiling lighting in our front room. His contract terms were transparent, his communication was reliable, and his work was superb. He had to problem-solve a bit to adjust to some of the structural limitations of our house and his solutions were effective and efficient. In the end, the lighting is just what we wanted and New Era’s rates are quite favorable. We are already planning to have David come out and do some more projects for us. I highly suggest New Era without reservation.

Very pleased with the result of our bathroom remodel. It turned out beautifully and David was great to work with. He was was super detail-oriented, thorough and very capable. He was also flexible when some unforeseen issues came up, worked with us on solutions (put in the time to research options) and communicated really well at every point throughout the project.
We have a 1940s house with concrete walls and David did an excellent job dealing with them (and the difficult plumbing within the walls). He was patient and tenacious and went over and above to make everything work.
Highly recommend New Era Remodeling.

David was on time, professional, and kind. He kept the workspace clean with drop cloths and restored the drywall to perfect condition, with paint and texture to match. We will definitely be hiring New Era Remodeling again.

David did two separate projects for us. The previous owner of our home allowed the roof to leak and it left water damage in the ceiling of our kitchen. David removed the popcorn texture from the entire ceiling, repaired the places that had water damage, then put on an orange peel texture and painted the ceiling to make it look much more modern and match the walls. Despite this being a very messy process, he covered everything in drop cloths or plastic sheeting and sealed off the room with plastic in the entryways so that there was no mess when he was finished.
David also removed an old chandelier and put up a ceiling fan in the dining room. Because our house was built in the 1950's the wiring and junction boxes are often not standard (or well-located). He installed a suitable junction box in a better location and rewired it to handle the new fixture. Since the new fan is remote controlled, he capped off the old light switch and replaced it with a cover to which he attached the holder for the remote (so it won't get lost).

My kitchen cabinets needed updating so rather than spend a fortune on new ones, New Era Remodeling sanded and painted my old cabinets then replaced the crusty hinges with new hidden soft closing hinges. Some drywall repair was also done. The work was accomplished with minimal dust. The cabinets came out well, as did the drywall repairs. I will definitely use New Era for future projects.

New Era Remodeling/David Sabet is exactly the person I was looking for. He is kind, communicates better than any other contractor I've ever worked with, and does exceptional high quality work. He was very thoughtful in how he approached the bathroom remodel and considerate that the work was being done in my home while I was also working at home. I thought the price he charged for his work was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this business and he will be the one I go to for any future work.

Remodel of main bath to include removal of a wall, relocation of the toilet and enlargement of the shower. New vanity, quarts counter top, tile floor, tile shower, exhaust fan, lights.
David is an incredible hard working Man. He performed all aspects of the work himself. No sub-contracting out. He promptly arrived at ~1100am each day and was on-site 8 hours each day. He has high attention to detail.
Only issue we had was with the install of the barn door to the bathroom. I think it was due to a miss communication between himself, my wife and I. He promptly apologized for the heated discussion we had.
The day after the project was finished, we found that none of the Master bedroom outlets had power. A call was placed and that Saturday morning David was on site and corrected the issue..
I highly recommend his services.

Our house was built in the 1950's and we had a very small bathroom in desperate need of a remodel. David sat down with us to discuss some possibilities. He talked about the costs involved with different choices and often encouraged us to save money, but was willing to do more complex work if desired. As the project went along, there were numerous times where something in the plan needed to change (like changing the location of a toilet and a heat vent - not an easy task to accomplish). He found ways to make everything work out. He is a real problem solver and is also very artistic. He takes pride in his work and it shows. When the project was finished our bathroom was more attractive, user friendly, and even more spacious.
In addition, throughout the remodel David was willing to lend his expertise and even some tools to assist me with some unrelated projects that I was working on.
I highly recommend him.

We planned to have David replace some rotten wood on our deck, sand, re-stain it, and then remodel a bathroom of ours. After having him do our deck, we cannot recommend his services. Out of four of his “approximate” times of showing up, he was wrong on the date or late for two of them. He did not actually sand the deck with the power sander I paid him to rent, nor did he scrape off all of the old paint that was chipping away. He attempted to paint over the old paint, including loose paint chips and pine needles, an hour before it rained. The only portions that kept where the new wood, bench (which he sanded) and stairs (which I sanded and scraped). Needless to say, everything bubbled. The only thing that keeps this from being a 1 star review, is he attempted to come back and fix his neglect with a scraper and chisel without charging me. It’s still bubbled, the unsanded/unscraped/ bubbling portions of the deck stain will only last a month or two. I’ve settled on actually sanding it properly and staining it myself after paying him nearly $1,700 (his original quote was $700-$1,200 max). It’s not quality work and I’m open to share with anyone who wants to see it.

We are extremely pleased with David’s superior work with a bathroom remodel and kitchen sink replacement. David is the consummate craftsman and he provides the highest level of quality and outcome in his approach to remodeling. This was evident from first day he visited to provide an estimate and review the steps and products needed, to the very last day when the projects were completed.
If a customer is looking for attention to detail, competence and confidence, the “can do” attitude - then David is the person to get the job done. David works to transform the remodeled space as a personalized match or the customer’s needs and goals. There is constant communication and feedback along the way. David plans his work out in a strategic and tactical manner so the progress of remodeling and makes all of the pieces of the puzzle come together in a super-organized way.
Why did we pick David for our remodeling project? Because of all the positive reviews and testimonials from customers as indicated at his website. And now we are happy to add ours too. The project completed at our home is proof of concept.
We highly recommend David for your remodeling needs and projects. The highest compliment is that we would return to David and his remodeling service again - without hesitation - for any future projects. It is a pleasure to know that a dedication to high quality work in remodeling still exists! New Era Remodeling and Repair is the best choice for your remodeling needs.
Scott and Cheryl Wright

I had a big oval bathtub/shower combo in my master bathroom that I wanted to remove and replace with a walk-in shower. I contacted David through his website and he quickly responded within 1 day to come over and do an estimate. He was very professional, prompt and was able to estimate everything I had on my "wish list". After my loan was approved, I contacted him the following week and he was able to start the bathroom remodeling project that same weekend. His schedule is not always open but my project fit into an available slot between projects so it worked out perfectly! He estimated the project to take 3 weeks (minus 2 weekends) and he finished it the exact day he said he'd be finished; amazing!! He did a spectacular job on my beautiful new walk-in shower, tiles floor to ceiling, a glass wall with no shower door, an up-to-date rain shower head, all the shower fixtures are brushed nickel. He also installed new Pergo flooring and painted the bathroom. He added a heat lamp in the ceiling and added timers to the heat lamp & existing overhead fan. I had fun picking out all of the tile, flooring and paint to match and compliment each other, it turned out beautifully! He keeps the areas clean as much as possible because the construction business is a very dirty job. But he did his best to keep the dust and mess to a minimal. My colleagues at work, friends and family have all seen the beautiful job he's done and I've been handing out his business cards like candy! I would 100% recommend David for any job you are looking for. As I always do... David gets a $ tip!

We hired David to repair and replace shower floor. He arrived on time and started working. The care and attention to detail was above and beyond our expectations. He was able to remove the entire floor with no damage to anything else. He removed his the debris and rebuilt the shower floor. When he was done it was magnificent. We highly recommend David.he s conscientious and professional. 5 stars!!

David was absolutely phenomenal! He took his time to fully assess the issue and provided a plan on how he would complete the work. He’s very detailed oriented and ensured quality work. I highly recommend him and would do business with him again! Thanks David and New Era!

David is a gem! I had a careless cleaning company rip a hole in my bathroom wall. Out of all the so-called professionals I reached out to, only 50% even responded (eventually), and only David followed through beyond that. I think the others thought the job was too small. Their loss. He repaired the drywall, re-mounted the toilet paper holder, and repainted, and you can't tell now that it had ever been destroyed! (See pictures). Since he was making time out of his busy schedule to respond quickly, I added on a few other jobs that I'd had lying around. He painted my dining room, and installed a complex light switch that two different electric contractors hadn't been able to figure out. I have a ceiling fan that runs on some crazy configuration of wiring, and it hasn't worked properly...ever. David figured it out in about 20 minutes, installed the correct switch to allow the fan to run at different speeds....and it works great. His prices are fair and reasonable, and all expectations are clearly communicated. I will definitely hire him again.

We are extremely happy with David’s work. He installed/built a new custom shower in our half bathroom. David was very timely and responsive. David provided guidance when selecting materials and provided a detailed estimate. We are SO HAPPY with his work that we are planning on our next project and we plan to use him! If we were to rate his work on a 1-5 stars we would give him a 5. Thank you again, David.

David is very knowledgable and has a vast range of skills. He was prompt, efficient, and shared his planning with us as he moved along.
Projects not listed that David completed: replaced and painted boards for the deck: reinforced deck rail; moss off roof: put anti moss strips on roof; cemented/restored chimney: replaced bathroom heating unit. David does beautiful work. We highly recommend him.

We used New Era to repair a leaking shower drain pan. This involved diagnosing the problem, tearing out the old shower pan and some wall tile and putting in the new pan and tile. Due to some faulty installation by the prior remodeler, it turned out to by much more complicated than anticipated. New Era also repaired the wall were it was cut open to inspect the leak. New Era's estimate was detailed, necessary modifications were discussed in advance, progress was reviewed daily and the workmanship was very high quality. Clean up was also done very well. In the course of the project, we expanded it to include installation of some fireplace tile, re-grouting and re-tiling in certain places and securing two lose vanities. New Era was able to fit this work in during the main project and it saved us from having to do it via a separate project. David is knowledgeable and careful. We were very pleased and plan to use New Era for a host of future projects we have in mind.

We called David after an accident resulted in a hole in our drywall ceiling. First, he was able to come out within a week to look at it and then fixed it the next day. He took less than a day, and did spectacular work (patching, sparkling, texturing, and painting). This was the second time we had David out to do some work at our house (he also rebuilt our crawl space cover this past summer). The price was absolutely right, as well. I would highly recommend him for any jobs, repairs, or any other service around your house. Great workmanship. We will always keep him on our speed dial!

We really appreciate the quality work David did on beautifying our home. We’ve contracted with him on two projects now and we will absolutely request his services again! One year ago, he installed gorgeous tile, wallpaper, a backlit mirror and new light fixture on our guest bathroom. He also installed track lighting in our downstairs seating area. We get compliments on the bathroom and lighting every time someone comes over! It is super quality work and after one year, there have been no issues with his workmanship. Everything is just as beautiful as the day it was installed.
Just recently he finished another project in the family room. David created a custom shiplap accent wall, installed a new outlet with surge protector, mounted our TV, hung a reclaimed wood mantel beam and installed 3 recessed lights in our previously dark living space. He went above and beyond in communicating the different lighting options and was super flexible and attentive to fulfilling our vision. Highly recommend!

We used New Era to diagnose a problem in our master bathroom. We had water leaking from behind the tile onto the floor pan.
We didn't know if this was a major issue or something simple.
David came out and assessed the situation. He recognized that there was no way to figure out if this was a big or small problem without removing a couple tiles. He removed two tiles (12x12) and saved them to be replaced later. This involved careful work in removing the tiles and cleaning dried adhesive from the back of the tile. The problem turned out to be small. After allowing the shower to dry completely, he returned and replaced the tiles. He had taken a sample of the existing grout to be matched. He used this matched grout.
Overall David did a great job. He was very meticulous and cleaned up afterward.
We recommend David and New Era and thank him for the work.

We had David perform a remodel of our three bathrooms, including installing new floors, vanity tops, faucets, etc. From the beginning it was a very positive experience. In these times when it seems many contractors are too busy to even respond to inquiries or provide an estimate, David did so within a day of the request. He ended up providing excellent work at what I would consider a fair price. He was always very professional, and when he ran into a few extra issues he came up with viable solutions that were affordable. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

David was extremely helpful from start to finish for my bathroom renovation due to water damage.
After coming out and taking a look at my bathroom and taking measurements and asking a few questions he promptly wrote me up an estimate and gave me full creative control over the floor and shower tiles that I wanted to use. After checking the materials to make sure everything was correct he started the project and finished much sooner than estimated.
It was was an exceptionally positive experience and I would highly recommend David saber in the future and use him myself as well.

We always hire David from New Era Remodeling & Repairs for any of the work we need around our house. We used his services recently with odds and ends we needed done around the house. The last time we had him out he updated all our electrical outlets, installed a garbage disposal, installed a microwave fan, updated our outdoor light fixtures, repaired some of the damaged siding on our house, installed a new sink faucet, and removed some electrical stuff we no longer needed for an old outdoor pond. David is someone who has total integrity and is honest and true to his word and in his business practice. Our over the range microwave fan turned out to be much more labor intensive than we suspected. He actually spent three more days problem solving the best way to install this that was up to code and worked the way we wanted to by venting from the kitchen to the roof. He could have charged us for the labor of three extra days but did not because our signed contract estimated the project to be for less time. I don't think you would ever get that kind of service from any other company. He is true to his word and I really appreciate that especially when it comes to house projects. He is someone that I completely trust to be in our home. He is incredibly respectful to be around. He is also found other odds and ends to help us repair while he was out at no cost to us. He replaced some of our light bulbs and even fixed my wife's dresser that was falling apart. Not only to I value his expertise but I also value how well he does his work. He is methodical in his work and is takes his time to make sure everything is done right. He also makes sure he is totally cleaned up before he leaves for the day which is nice when you have small kids running around! I will probably use him for nearly every project I have on my house because of the consistently excellent service he provides and how well the finished product always is. Thank you for all you have done for my family David! We appreciate you so much!

David....David who? The only person I saw was DaVinci. I would have been embarrassed to allow David to take before pictures of my kitchen, but I am outwardly giddy at the perfection he transformed my kitchen into. David is a master at his craft. His work is impeccable and his prices are affordable. If you are selling your house and need to make a bathroom or kitchen look better, and make you more money???$$$$$

If you are lucky enough to get this man to do your home repairs or remodeling, you are very lucky. He is the best. Just get him there and get out of his way. He made my bathroom look like new! And he is a very nice man.

David owns this business and clearly takes great pride in his work. We sadly had a slow water leak through our master shower pan. David analyzed what was needed for the repair, gave a start date, and finished on time. He encountered several issues that required a decision. He always included us in the decision, so we got the outcome we desired. David checked in at the beginning and end of the day explaining his plan for the day in a way that was accurate and easy to understand. I would recommend David without hesitation.

I am so grateful to have found David from New Era Remodeling. He did an outstanding job with my drywall repairs in my home. I had several nail pops in my home as a result of years of my home settling and David's great work made them dissappear. David even took time out of his busy schedule to shop and purchase the correct matching touch-up paint for the interior walls he had worked on in my home. David worked all day on a Saturday making everything look new again with no signs of home settling. I would definately use David again in the future for any home repairs or renevations. David is truly the best.

I wish I could put the photos of before and after here on google that David did to transform our bathroom. It will blow your mind at how beautiful it is. Have you ever wanted your bathroom to be a one of a kind getaway? He listened to us and made the dream come true. We had several different bids during the initial process. I told my husband that I found the guy. I had that feeling that he was "that guy." He was very fair, honest and ethical. He never took any shortcuts and communicated all the time. His craftsmanship was fantastic and he made sure everything looked top notch. Not many if any contractors will ever be like David. He truly is one in a million.

Very professional, very quick to respond and took time out of his super busy schedule to fix our ceiling that had a previous leak. Highly recommend for any home repairs! Will use again if needed for sure!

David fixed our bathtub and installed a window for our home, he was excellent.
He did a bathtub install, tilework drywall repair and a bathroom window install at a very reasonable price.
He was easy to work with, kept us in the loop about progress, worked quickly, efficiently, and was very clean.

Top notch work, with a hard to find attention to detail in today’s day and age. Went above and beyond all expectations while being timely and courteous. He even took the time to do a small side project not planned in the initial deal. A true expert in his craft and penultimate professional. Highly recommend New Era for all home renovation/remodeling projects.

We hired David to remodel and repair a small studio on our property. He worked with what we wanted done and also gave great suggestions and alternatives to problems that arose. The studio was a mess from a large roof leak and was outdated. David repaired the drywall beautifully and modernized the studio to just what we wanted done. He was very professional and responded to any inquiries we had very quickly! We are very happy with how the remodel turned out and would highly recommend him!

David was very fast to pick up and give us an estimate!
Very good value and excellent quality work on a walk in shower installation and removal of old tub. Made sure grab bars have solid wood backing and everything looks very professionally done!
Easy instant communication was refreshing.
Can't be happier! Thank you very much!
Will recommend you to all and any of my family and friends.

We had already used David with New Era Remodeling to renovate our master bathroom and doing a superb job there, we hired him back to update our stair railing, which again, we were very pleased with. We had the feeling that David wanted us to be happy with the job completely including the time, labor, craftsmanship, quality of work and the cost. We believe we got it all and look forward to having New Era back for future projects

Although the multi project is not finished. David is almost finished with our laminate flooring, which is the last project. We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. David was very articulate with us. David went beyond code and put new structure in rebuilding our bathroom we were not aware of before. David also worked on other projects upon our request like it was nothing to do with great results. Our condensate line for our furnace was clogged. He changed the lines and all is great now! Our new old home is in a better place now because of David! David is very aware and thoughtful of a functional home and and he works and excels around small home issues like living and i am grateful having peace of mind with his terrific workmanship. A true gentleman of his trade! Thank you David! A couple of days later.. Now the project is done, we are still pleased with the work performed on our bathroom remodel and our hallway! Make sure you read all correspondence David gives you. It is definitely important to understand that you will pay extra for a warranty to cover work accomplished when you hire David. Things fail out of our control.

Professional estimate and contract. Upfront with information and additional costs. Good work and respectful of our home. I recommend David for your project.

David promptly replied to my service request and quickly provided a fair estimate. He scheduled me right away and arrived on time to complete the repairs. His work area was kept clean and the drywall repair was seamless. I would definitely recommend his services.

David recently completed a 2nd bathroom remodel for us. We are so happy with his work and highly recommend him. He is very professional and meticulous with his work. He created a beautiful walk-in shower and tile floor, as well as texturing and painting the walls. Again, we highly recommend David.

We have a tile floor in our master bathroom that was installed by the former homeowner. The grout between the tiles started to crumble, and a number of tiles were loose. David removed the loose tiles and re-installed them correctly, matching the color of the grout so well that you can't tell where the new grout intersects with the old grout. He also installed a cable in my husband's office so that he can plug directly into the internet router. This required going under the house and stringing wire from one end of the house to the other, cutting into the walls, installing outlets, patching the walls, and matching the paint color of each wall. You can't even tell where he patched the walls and my husband now has much higher speed internet. David was on time each day and worked diligently. The quality of his work is outstanding. We are so happy we found a contractor that we can count on for high quality work, honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

We could not be more pleased with David’s work remodeling our bathroom! David created a beautiful walk-in tile shower where we once had a tired, fiberglass shower tub. Our mornings run much smoother with a second functional bathroom for our family. We were so pleased with David’s work, he is coming back to remodel our master bathroom.

From the beginning, working with David has gone well. He was prompt with providing an online estimate, scheduled our job in quickly, and has done a really meticulous job repairing our wood laminate floor. It was not an easy fix and he's been able to do a great job for us. We've been really happy with David's work and the experience overall.

It was great working with David! We remodeled our bathroom in our older home and naturally there was surprises behind every wall but David was creative and dedicated to getting the job done right. We had a fairly short time line before we had family coming into town for the holidays and David got everything done ahead of schedule for us to be ready for them.
Highly recommend David and we will do more work with him in the future!

David helped us with drywall work after we took down a set of cabinets that were attached to the ceiling. He removed the heavy beams they were secured by, put sheetrock up over the hole that was left , and finished the drywall area. His work looks great and we are so happy with the finished product! We will definitely use him for other home projects in the future!

I would definitely recommend New Era Remodeling . David did a great job on my bathroom and my ceiling. I will be having him do more work on my home soon!!

I wish there was a way to vote six stars! We hired Mr. Sabet to do an update remodel on our master bathroom. He did an outstanding job, down to all the extra details, was very fair in pricing, and his workmanship and skills (electric, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting) were excellent! He finished ahead of schedule, kept a clean worksite, and was very meticulous, organized, and professional. He also dealt with a couple of changes we made (double vanity vs two single vanities, installed new tub vs using old steel tub) and was really cool adjusting our final price for these. Again, very professional and fair to the end. He even threw in some appreciated extras - repairing a mirror we wanted to use, staining the door jamb and windowsill to match the darker vanity, and painting the heater vent. We will definitely hire David Sabet of New Era Repair & Remodeling for future work. Thanks for the outstanding job David! The new bath is amazing!

If you are searching for an affordable, dependable, and high-quality multi-faceted contractor/remodeler/handyman, then David Sabet/New Era Remodeling & Repair (NERR) is your best choice in the South Sound region! I recently hired NERR to replace an old Jacuzzi tub with a new modern tub and install a ceramic tile surround in my 50+ yr.-old home's main bathroom. Once I saw David's skills at work, this quickly evolved into a complete main bath makeover -- and I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied!
Don't underestimate this quiet, reserved one-man operation -- David Sabet/NERR is a true diamond in the rough. David takes simple materials and fashions them with great care and crafted skill into something elegant, functional, and beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is very savvy at coming up with construction-related solutions (the added benefit of his engineering expertise). I also appreciate how environmentally-minded he is -- cleverly re-purposing/recycling/refabricating materials and parts, as well as preferring to work with earth-friendly products.
David maintains an extraordinarily clean and organized work zone, and thoughtfully limits any impact on other family activities while construction is being conducted. He also has a very pleasant manner and is an excellent communicator, consistently keeping you apprised of project progress. Additionally, he's also very willing to work with changes as needed. Keeping in mind that houses always have hidden challenges that might require additional repairs/changes please make sure you as the homeowner cover these costs, as he respects your time, home & remodel dreams, kindly respect his time and livelihood, too.
I would confidently rehire David Sabet/New Era Remodeling & Repairs for any of my home improvement projects! In fact, I hired him to remodel our master bathroom and smaller hall bath, with future back deck and awning projects being developed as I write this. David is a true master of his craft and if you're lucky, you'll be able to book your project in his calendar!

David takes great pride in his work and the quality shows. I also appreciated that he honored his bid price after discovering I had old plumbing. I would hire him again.

Hiring New Era was the best choice for fixing our shower. We had a custom shower made for us about 5 years ago, and a leak started about a month ago. David came out a made us feel a lot better because we assumed that it was the entire floor, when in fact it was a leak from the drain. He took out the old flooring and installed brand new tiles. This was all done within two weeks of contacting them. I've used my shower several times now, and it's simply amazing to have my shower back and done correctly so I won't have to worry about it!! David was clean, quiet, professional and friendly. We are so very pleased with his work.We have recommended New Era to co-workers and family and are so very satisfied with the service we received.

New Era was found by a direct referral of a satisfied customer. The project was to hang a new door on an old building. Lot's of prior work done so a maze of old work to deal with. The approach was careful and all the difficulties overcome in a professional manner. Great job, would heartily recommend

The work done by the David was excellent, not only did he repair my fence, but he made some nice improvements.
David was exceedingly helpful with all my calls and questions. Importantly he was very communicative and responsive. He was on time, and stayed until the job met my expectations.
Overall 10/10 as contractors go

David did a COMPLETE master bathroom remodel for me. First, David is a trustworthy, reliable, professional contractor. He showed up everyday and worked late most nights. He strives to make everything very clear so there are no misunderstandings. I was impressed with his open, honest, direct communication. He was very helpful. He researched products online for me and even picked up items from home depot. I also felt 100 percent comfortable having him in my home while I was away. Second, David's work is top-notch. My bathroom looks AMAZING! He performed all aspects of the project with extreme skill and attention to detail. I really appreciated David's ability to do it ALL. With other contractors, I'd have to hire other additional people like a plumber, tile person, and/or shower installer. A big project is already overwhelming, dealing with multiple people wasn't something I was interested in. I fully recommended David for your project. I will not hesitate to hire him for additional work in the future.

We had several home repair projects inside and and out and are so glad we contacted David. He is highly professional, an excellent problem solver, and does outstanding work at a reasonable price. We are beyond pleased with the work he did for us and will always call him again when we need repairs or remodeling.

We hired David for a relatively extensive remodel of our master bathroom, which included removing a prefab tub and surround and replacing it with a custom tile shower. We also had David put in a new tile floor and new trim, among a couple other smaller things.
He showed up and hit the ground running. He worked very hard and put in long ours for several days. He tore everything out down to the studs and had to make some improvisations to correct for our out-of-plumb walls.
We did notice some imperfections here and there with things such as tile spacing, tiles not being quite flush, and grout lines on the shower wall tiles. There was one spot in particular where a tile was sticking out quite noticeably against an accent strip.
We brought up our concern with David and after a robust discussion about why we were unhappy with that section he agreed to fix it. We also had a miscommunication about a niche built into the shower wall. We did not realize that the tile we purchased for our project would result in an unfinished edge along the niche. We brought this up with David several times and he eventually came up with a solution to fix it - and even went out of his way to pick up a sample of the tile he would use - but unfortunately is not able to fit it into his busy schedule any time soon.
On the last day of the project we also found out that the tiles were adhered to the backer board using liquid nails instead of thinset. I’m not a building professional by any stretch, but I have never heard of anyone using liquid nails instead of thinset for this type of application and I do have some concerns over the longevity and water tightness of this type of bonding agent for tiles. David assured us that they would be secure and last a long time.
Overall, the shower turned out looking good and we appreciate that David was willing to work with us to fix some of the issues we pointed out. David was also helpful in giving us tips to clean and maintain our new shower for the long run. I foresee ourselves enjoying our new bathroom for years to come, and certainly hope that is the case.

David was very professional in the way he handled the job. Although it was not a big project, David made sure it was done right the first time and the finished product was perfect. You would not be able to know that a hole was in the wall, if you weren't told. David worked me into his tight schedule and took care of my wall when other contractors would not even take the job. New Era is my new go to for fixing my home.

We are so comfortable with David working in our home. David had remodeled both bathrooms in our older house. Both bathrooms turned out even more beautiful then we imagined. He renovated our family bathroom last year and he is currently finishing up our master bathroom. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is helpful, courteous, and manages to keep everything so clean with his construction. David has just dazzled us with his talent. We are so amazed at the amount of work he does in so little time. He does everything by himself! Putting such care into every single detail of his projects. He truly is a skilled craftsman and so knowledgeable is in all things involving renovations/home improvement. He always takes the time to research the perfect products for us while remaining price conscious. We really feel that David takes such good care of our house when he is around. He is always making wonderful suggestions, whether it's for the particular project he is working on or just general home improvement/repairs. His suggestions are always so price conscious and just what we need. We really appreciate him when he is around, he is most welcome in our home any time! We are looking forward to having him back to build a deck in our back yard later this summer. We know it will but just as amazing as our glamorous new bathrooms!
Thank you for everything that you do for us David!
Your most loyal customers,
Katherine and Lindsay Marr

We had all three of our bathrooms remodel. New shower, replaced tub, sinks and countertops, tile floors in master bath. The other bathrooms needed new sinks and countertops and flooring. David did beautiful work in all phases. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He kept us informed as to where he was throughout the remodel. I would highly recommend New Era for all of your remodeling needs.

David took on a difficult remodel of an older bathroom and completed all aspects including plumbing, electrical, tile and carpentry work. The project was completed ahead of schedule, with high quality and attention to detail, and at a fair price. We had some bumps in the road that caused the price to rise a little more than 10% from the original bid, including correcting some previous work that was not up to code, but David had warned us of the possibility of discovering hidden costs before the work started. At one point, he also had to bring in a plumber to assist with installation of the shower and sink fixtures. In the end we were very happy with the results of this remodel project.

Very satisfied with David's work. First, I used him to patch some holes in the wall on our home. Great communicator and did his job. Ever since then I use/refer him to my clients. He has done some electrical, plumbing and handy work. I'm a Realtor and he is #1 on my contact list!

David remodeled our master bathroom, including painting the walls and ceiling of our bathroom and master bedroom. In the master bathroom, David installed a porcelain tile wall and an acrylic shower floor in place of our older acrylic shower insert. This included an inserted shower niche, shower grab bar, and new shower fixtures. He also installed the tile around the bathtub, installed floor tile, replaced the toilet, installed two recessed lights, and removed the vanity top (another company will install our vanity top, backsplash, and sinks). David will install the two sink faucets, and hook-up the plumbing once the vanity top is installed.
David is very responsive, both before signing the contract, and after the contract is signed and he begins work. He is honest and trustworthy. My wife and I never had concern about allowing David to work in our home alone during the work day. He was respectful of our home; he took off his shoes upon entering our home prior to beginning work. Once he began working, he laid a tarp from the entrance to our bathroom in order to protect the floor, and he cleaned up periodically, and at the end of the contract. Also, he pointed out other issues that he saw in the course of his contract work. For example, he pointed out minor water spotting and showed me an issue with my heating unit.
Issues: We brought in an outside contractor (glass company) to insert a pivot, frameless shower door. It was important for the tiles to be nearly even near where the shower glass is installed. Two tiles were budging out at one spot. The glass installer insisted that the door would not look good without this being fixed because it would cause about a 1/2-inch gap at the bottom and top of the glass where it meets the tile; there would be contact with the tile where the budging tile occurred. David agreed that it needed to be fixed. David immediately fixed the issue – he cut the tile and removed a tile spacer that fell behind. It appears even at this time. I will have the shower door installer return to measure. Overall, the shower tile looks good, but not perfect.
During the first week, we had a miscommunication. David wanted all items (the issue was shower and bath fixtures, in this case) that I was responsible for purchasing to be purchased at contract start. The one item specified in the contract to purchased ASAP is the shower niche. We changed our mind with the fixtures and did not have them. Separately, David also mentioned that we could just re-use our old hardware, or at least the valves. He doesn’t recall this, and pointed that it was not in the contract regardless.
David called and notified me that he would need to purchase a valve for our shower and bath (behind the water handles) and, if he couldn’t find the correct item, he would need to purchase complete sets of shower and bath fixtures (handle, faucets, etc.). I agreed. He purchased them and called me again to let me know the amount I owed for the product and extra labor cost. Because I was at work, I asked to be given two hours for a meeting, then return home to approve the specific items he purchased. This upset him. I believe he felt I was resisting paying him for the additional hardware/labor and maybe concerned about his schedule. As a result, he said that if I didn’t pay, he was prepared to walk off the job. Over the phone, I re-iterated that I needed two hours, then would return home to look at what he purchased. I also mentioned that there wasn’t a problem yet and I wasn’t denying the additional payment. He agreed. When my wife and I returned, we cordially discussed the issue together, liked what he purchased, and wrote the check before returning to work.
Had I not paid 50% up front, I would have accepted his offer to resign. I’m glad this did not occur because David proved to be a hard worker, reliable, and trustworthy. His fees were fair. We will not consider hiring David again for future projects.

David removed old carpeting on our stairs and hallway, replacing them with vinyl flooring. We found him to be reliable, honest and hard working. He is very pleasant to work with and has been flexible when circumstances beyond his control interfered with our plans. (Big windstorm).

He immediately fixed our rusted plumbing to prevent any additional leak damage before I even made the down payment. He finished our bathroom and it looks amazing. We needed the bathtub, toilet, flooring and walls surrounding the tub all replaced. He finished the work timely without rushing any of the processes.

Mr Sabet replaced all of our old, beat up baseboard, refinished three old doors and refinished the wooden window sills on our house. He also replaced the tile in our front-door entrance way. He did a great job on everything in a timely manner, working alone. The tile proved difficult
to securely anchor down, because we had walked on it too soon, but he made sure it was repaired before he left. I would definitely recommend him for house remodeling and repairs. We found him to be knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. We are looking forward to working with him again on other home improvement projects

Pleasure to work with! Came over the same day we called to evaluate our drywall needs and was able to squeeze us in the next day to repair it. We had a cracked piece of drywall above a window that he was able to correct properly and then he even helped us with our bathroom sink issue while the drywall set. Very knowledgeable and happy to help us with more than what we initially called him for. Will work with again in the future

We needed a complete bathroom remodel. This included removing the existing tub and shower surround, building a wall, replacing the floor, replacing the vanity, drywall and texture work, painting, trim, and of course installing a new tub and shower surround.
The completed work was fantastic and the pricing was fair. David was flexible with work hours and would accommodate our requests to be finished by a certain time on a given day if needed. He made the acquisition of materials very easy as he would pick them up from a local hardware store once we picked them out.
The work took a few weeks which is to be expected from a job of this size. Overall we are very happy with our experience and would do business with David and New Era Remodeling again!

David added another bathroom to our house, which is obviously a huge job. The work was very well done and the pricing was fair. A few problems came up but David offered multiple solutions to each one. I am very impressed with his work and would definitely hire him again.

David did a great job making the repairs required for the sale of our home. He was very professional and ensured all documented items were addressed and corrected. He was on time and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days.

David helped us building chicken coop for our yard. He is the best handyman we ever hired: very hard working, very neat, meticulous, did a beautiful job. He was also very punctual and polite. I also thought his prices are fair, and he was scrupulous about the cost of materials he provided. He cleaned everything when he left. He will be our first choice next time we have a home improvement project, and we have no hesitation to recommend him to our friends. Excellent work!!

David Sabet did a complete bathroom remodel for my wife and I. When we first started getting quotes for this remodel, David's bid was by far the most reasonably priced. He really worked with us to keep the remodel within our budget which was important to us. We are so happy not only with the quality of work but also with the quality of service. David was so professional and courteous. He really went above and beyond. While he was at our house working on the project, he would bring in our packages and neatly set them in our home. He also fixed our front door free of charge because he noticed the bottom lock didn't work. I can't say enough about how kind hearted and genuine he is as a person. He is very respectful. We always felt like our home was in really good hands when we weren't there.
As far as the project goes... the quality of work was phenomenal. He is meticulous in his work and is really good at problem solving. When any issues came up, he gave us solutions which always included less expensive options. He really knows his craft and gave us great first ideas to get the project going. He also did all of the work himself which was amazing. He did the demo, reworked the plumbing, put in the bathtub, cut and laid the tile in the shower and floors, did all the electrical work, put in recessed lighting, painted, put in the vanity and toilets, the list goes on. We couldn't believe one human could do all of those things in just 2 weeks time. What a hard worker!
The whole bathroom turned out beautifully! We really appreciated all of his suggestions and help with project planning. We really struggled to find the perfect vanity and he recommended one that he said he had put into his own home. We ended up purchasing the one he recommended and it is absolutely gorgeous! The tile work in the shower turned out to be better than we had pictured. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We defiantly picked the right company for our remodel. I will be recommending New Era Remodeling and Repairs to all of my friends and family for any home improvement or repairs. We have many future home improvement plans for our older home in the near future and David will be the only call that we need to make. Thank you David!
also her mom Zoe syas:
We began to know this business and David from the excellent work done on my daughters bathroom remodel. I asked if he did things like pressure washing, painting, and window washing, and he handed me his business card with 35+ areas of remodeling and repairs the business was skilled in handling. Of course I hired him. He did a beautiful job on my home. Painting railings and decks. pressure washing, sanding, did the windows and soon will be doing 3 gate installations. His work ethic and craftsmanship are excellent and the cost was good. Our neighbors took notice and have his cards too. Thank you David and New Era Remodeling and Repairs!

The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
