I'm very happy with the re-roof of our mobile and pump house. The roof Doctor crew did a good job with the small details like the edge of the roof trim and installing new vents. They cleaned up the worksite very well after the job was done. Keep up the good work.

I accepted a very fair quote to have it and three other vent hoods replaced. The repair was carried out on time and at the quoted price and the patient has recovered! Steve took good care of my roof. He was always polite and professional, even when I wasn't. I would recommend your company to friends, family and strangers.
It was 5 weeks instead of 4, they said between 8 and 9am but arrived at 7. This was not a problem but unexpected. Still a job well done.

The Roof Doctor has been our roofing company for the last 30 years. We have always been happy with the quality or their workmanship and products. Zack and his two helpers were at our house today to replace a skylight, clean the other skylights, and add baking soda to our roof for moss control (even though the shingles they installed 25 years ago have hardly any moss on them.) He said the roof still is looking good and should go another ten years at least. That is great because we get 92 inches of rain here in a year. I tell anyone I know who is interested in roofing to call Roof Doctor in Shelton first.

The cost was fair, and the crew went over and above to finish in a professional, timely manner. Everything looks great, and we are happy to have someone to call, if we need help.

Estimator was knowledgeable. The crew was on time and went above and beyond to get my roof exactly like I wanted it. All in all it was an outstanding experience.

Review of Roof Doctor of Shelton - Job: repair and re-roof my 1960 home.
Unsatisfactory work & double the cost quoted. Biggest concern is nails not seated and pulling up as you walk across or rock back and forth, all over roof. Their idea to correct venting but plywood not properly seated as result. Then wrong width fascia installed had to be torn back off and new fascia installed under the new roof. And then new flashing installed over that. The seal is never going to be as good as new. Nails down through new shingles are exposed. Nothing is to code anymore.
Estimate from May '22 $4800 (note this was during pandemic while lumber market was peaking). Work done after market recovery in Sept '22, final cost $9427. Roof Doctor was my 3rd company to bid and I knew what I wanted covered to show loan company. One whole side of fascia was rotted away and cut away in two places in the front but the estimator said I didn't ask for it. My roof took 24 sheets (total replacement). Estimator unable to walk on my roof in several area and the perimeter was soft all the way around. After the first bid called for total replacement, we went with a hopeful bid of just the perimeter 12 sheets and rounded up to 15 sheets I wanted included for the loan company. In the final he charged me for an additional 24 sheets!? He said he didn't include any in the bid.
I own part of this in not knowing or doing better to have the estimate written out in more detail. The second charge on the fascia was $1800, but I just asked them to dropped the double charge of plywood $904. But they wouldn't acknowledge any responsibility in cost over run.
I asked for an additional 5 years on workmanship warranty but they would take any responsibility for any of the roof either. Unseated loose nails don't get better over time and this is still my biggest concern.

The roof looks good, however I was a bit annoyed by the lack of professionalism. They knocked over my lavender planter and its looking pretty dead at the moment (hoping it's just in shock), and apparently they were "supposed to have a portapotty delivered that never showed up" -- one of them, for lack of a better phrase, absolutely gassed my bathroom out after relieving himself. The others also wanted to use the bathroom but it was at that point I thought it best they use the facilities 2 minutes minutes the road at the general store. Sorry, but as a single woman I don't like having a line of complete strangers trapsing through my house and...leaving remnants of themselves behind.

David and his crew installed a new roof on our property 4 1/2 years ago. We recently ran into a leak issue and David came out and even though it ended up being a very extensive repair he stuck by his word and his warranty of labor and repaired everything.
I feel that it was kind of a perfect storm and not really all his responsibility but that didn’t stop him and his crew from taking great care of us which means a lot when you live in Southern California and your rental property is in Washington . I would recommend him and his company always.

Small roof repair job....they were awesome, Dave came out, the day I called, (who does that...?) gave me an estimate, and his crew showed up a couple hours later....BOOM.
One less thing to worry about. If I need more work in the future, I'm calling you guys. Thanks. "Would definitely recommend"

The team that showed up to do our roof arrived on time and let us know they were here and set to work. They let us know what they were doing and when they need to add more plywood than was expected they let us know right away. When it was discovered we needed a new skylight they let us know what the problem was and gave us our options. They did all the clean up.

The team was knowledgeable and polite.

The office staff is very nice and easy to work with.

Friendliness of the five young men who finished the job in six hours. Very efficient and very clean. I liked the color riviera of the roofing shingles. They did an excellent cleanup job.

Had a new roof put on by the Roof Doctor in Shelton. The employees were so nice and courteous at my house. They started when I left for work, when I got home it was done, they cleaned up everything so well I couldn't even tell they had been there! Great price and warranty too.

Called for an estimate and they sent out the work crew instead! Asked AGAIN for a written estimate and it's been about two weeks - haven't received anything from them. Think we'll go somewhere else.

UPDATE - the confusion regarding the written estimate and subsequent warranty/no charge has been resolved. Their work is above average and their workers are very polite and courteous. We are absolutely going to use these people again in the future when we replace the entire roof!

I called them to have them come out and give me an estimate for some of roofing work. They said that they would be out at my house at noon the next day.
I arranged my entire day so that I could be home at noon. The Roof Doctor never showed up. They never called, nothing. By 4pm that same day I called their office in Shelton to find out what happened. The lady who answered told me she would find out what's going on and call me back. She never did.
I gave them the entire next day to call me back to reschedule. They never did.

My job wasn't a big job. It must not have been important enough for them to even bid on it.

Very disappointed in the Roof Doctor as I need help with my roof. I would never recommend them to anyone as they were to inconsiderate to communicate with me.

Update : Roof Doctor called me and apologized for the miscommunications. They are currently scheduled to come out and do the work on my roof. I appreciate them reaching out to me.

The roof doctor of Shelton just completed reroofing our house and shed and replacement of four skylights. They did an amazing job, quote was in line with all other quotes we received and we are extremely happy with the results. Briana was great throughout the process and we definitely recommend the roof doctor of Shelton!

The roof doctor made it easy to have our roof completed. Bri came out to our house on a weekend as we work weekdays! She climbed up onto our roof, came back down and we sat down at our kitchen table to discuss an immediate roofing bid. She showed us shingle choices, cost and even recommended the correct flat roof product for our back porch roof. She also went over several other bids that other companies provided me and hers was the best. They even tore down the old chimney that was no longer in use. Bri stayed with us all the way to the end, staying in touch, effectively communicating and responding almost immediately to phone calls and text messages. We chose the stormy grey shingles and they came with a ten year labor warrantee! Their was one problem but it was easily fixed and pointed out by Bri before we even noticed. They torched part of our gutter, however was not a big deal and we were provided multiple options that fitted our needs. I would fully recommend the roof doctor. They even got us approved for financing with Synchrony and with a good interest rate as well!

We had them come out and clean the moss off our roof in July $700 + roof anchors at $150. They had to come back within about four weeks as the moss was still alive and growing. In early October we called them about a leak in our roof (new roof in 2008). They came out and thought that we had a condensation issue although he did not climb up to look at the roof. I pointed out that the moss was STILL growing on areas of the roof. David said he would have his "expert" come out and see why the roof was leaking and also re-treat the roof for the moss. A week went by and no contact, I called the office and was told that the expert WOULD be calling me and there was no reason for me to call back Fast forward to early November (raining quite heavy) still no contact. I have since called another company and they discovered a small area that needed repair, fixed it and now no leaks. I would NEVER recommend this company.

The Roof Doctor of Shelton is great. My wife and I both agree on how well we were treated by everyone at The Roof Doctor Shelton. We had a porch leak that we had the Roof doctor look at and they recommended the least expensive resolution first. We discovered the 30 year roof we had put on out home was not installed per code, causing the leaks and voiding our 30 year roof warranty. The Roof Doctor replaced our roof at a fair price for what we wanted. They also corrected the problems caused by prior roof installation to our home prior to installing the new roof.

I had a leak where the chimney for my wood stove enters the house. I called the Roof Doctor and the very nice woman working the front desk scheduled David to come out the same day. He took a look and told us the repair was something we could easily do ourselves, and gave us step by step instructions on how to complete it. It was so nice to have an honest, prompt, professional to help us with our roof, and there wasn't even a charge for the service. If we do need repairs in the future, I will definitely call them again!

We had our roof replaced a couple of months ago. The job was great & price was great. But Dave at the office told us for ever referral we gave them we would get a $50 gift card. Which we did. Well here it is a couple of months later still have not received the gift card. Was told it was in the mail, then a few weeks later stopped in at the shop & talked to David he said he would personal hand deliver one to us. But guess what we are still waiting for it. Not very good customer relation is it. I DO NOT like getting LIED to.
