Recently used for some minor repairs to my roof. I was mentally prepared for the them to tell me it was time to replace my roof, but he said it was in great shape and just patched up a few places. Very honest and I will def be calling when the time comes to replace it.

Tim at The Roof Doctor was excellent. He came out the day I called then sat down with us and explained everything. Unlike the other companies I called all they did was email an estimate with zero follow up. Everything was good. Tim would keep it touch with all the scheduling and followed through with it. When I had a question or needed to talk to him, he never failed to answer his phone. He is a conscientious man, his workers are good, and I was pleased with everything he did for me. I would highly recommend The Roof Doctor.

Requested a quote online. Replied immediately to them with my address. They didn’t follow up. I contacted them again to ask if they were interested. Responded that they would be in my area over the weekend and was on their list. By the following Friday I hadn’t heard a word. I’m okay with delays, but the lack of communicating the delay is unacceptable. I lost 2 weeks finding someone that might be able to repair my roof leak.
