These people were fantastic to work with!! They worked with our schedule, they were prompt, courteous, honest and re-roofed our house in just over a day. They did an excellent job!! They were the most reasonable bid we got and they stuck to it. Would highly recommend them! Charles was the project manager and we enjoyed working with him!

My tear off/reroof project was quite extensive. With a main house and 5 out buildings my Project Manager, Charles Graydon and crew Leader Abie, had the job done in 2 days. The crew were professional and well coordinated from beginning to end, and tidy! Not a nail or scrap material left behind. My roof is beautiful and my new roof vents make everything perfect. Awesome work: got our roof done early so we could sell our house. Great workmanship, clean-up, and super fast. A small house, but they finished in 1 day!!!

We had a new roof installed in 2013 and were delighted with the work. However, we recently had new gutters installed and found out that there was no flashing. We had to purchase flashing and replace the fascia boards. Our advice is to make sure the job is done right. Never assume it is no matter how reputable they seem to be.

They did a good job. It did take a long time for them to do the actual roof.
They did break a side table and they were going to reimburse me with a $50.00 gift card, haven't seen that yet.

Very fair price compared to other quotes, with good materials. Reroofing was done quickly and professionally with the crew doing a great job of laying tarps down to catch stray material. A thorough inspection of the work was provided by Charles to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. What was quoted is what was charged. Highly recommend.

I love working with them. Their workers are all so friendly and they’ve been happy to help me and help me quickly. They came out for an emergency repair around my chimney and it was a quick and easy fix. Even though it was after hours, they didn’t even bill me for it since it was so simple. Charles sounds like a great boss and I’ve worked with him directly too. Estimates are fair and accurate. The office is also friendly and helpful. Just all around great people.

Great experience working with Charles at The Roof Doctor on a new roof for house and garage. He checked the roof thoroughly before providing the estimate. Since we couldn't be there on the day of the job, he was very communicative about the status of the job, the rotten wood they found that would need replacing, etc. He answered all our questions and was super professional and helpful. The roof looks fabulous too, and we are very pleased.

Very impressed with their customer service - there was a miscommunication about the job we needed done initially and we were feeling anxious about our roof’s leak. So I sent a follow up message in over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they called and fixed our roof before I even knew they’d be there! They were polite and listened to what we needed, and did a good job fixing our roof!

From the moment I called, to the time of my estimate, to getting my roof to paying to having the roof put on to paying my balance, the whole experience was amazing. At no time was I swept under the rug, ignored or told something different. Honest. Affordable. Experienced. The workers put my roof on in one day. My roof was 40 years old, so it really was at the end of its life. Charles was so close in his estimate of how much plywood might be need to reproof, I only need 7 more then he estimated.when it comes time to do my shop and my offshoot of my porch. I'm definitely calling back. I will say the estimate was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but they way I was treated through this whole process is what got my business.

My roof was put on my 96 year old commercial building quickly and to my surprise did not cost as much as I expected. Garret, the supervisor was easy to deal with. The bid came in less than other bids.

Roof Doctor was the only roof contractor that returned my call. I called two other roofing companies, (one is located next to the Longview Transit Center and advertises on the radio), and my calls were not returned. I requested a quote from Roof Doctor via their web form and got a call back the same day. That same week they came out and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate on a Friday. Monday morning I got a call from the roof technician telling me he was working on the roof, reiterating the work to be done (replace all seven of my box vents) and that he would be done soon. And, the amount on the billing invoice was the same as the estimate: no extras, no surprises. I am very pleased with the quality of work Roof Doctor performed, and am very relieved that my roof doesn't leak anymore from the cheap plastic box vents that were originally installed. They did an awesome job on my house a few years back. I found a leak the other day and I called at 7:30 in the morning (30 minutes before they opened) and Tina answered right away and sent someone over within an hour to take care of it. The workers that came went above and beyond what they needed to do and were very professional and polite with my wife while I was at work. They are an awesome company and I would recommend them first to anyone needing roof work.

Worst company ever I would not let them mow my lawn, installers do a terrible job and they use CHEAP products do not be fooled by there 2 reviews on google they should not even be installing roofs. Call a real contractor who doesn't do shady stuff like them. They are the cheapest out there for a reason!!!
