The whole team from start to finish were GREAT! I spent one year building my custom “downsized” dream home and to end the journey with Olympia Paint Company made the process that much better. It was a pleasure working with Josh, Nicole, and painter Nate. The paint and staining choice enhanced my unique property. The final color added boldness which it needed. Josh gave excellent direction on stain selection for the breezeway. We are very happy with the final result and will use Olympia Paint company again in the future!

From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with Josh and Olympia Painting Company. We had the entire exterior of our home painted, and there were also several areas that needed repair. The initial bid was competitive with others received, and even though the company ended up doing more work than was in the contract, they did not charge extra. Communication was timely and helpful. All the workers were respectful, knowledgable and professional. The work was done efficiently. They cleaned up the job site, did no damage, and it all looks great! I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

We’re fortunate in the Olympia area to have a number of good painting companies, but we’re forever grateful we chose Olympia Painting Company to paint the exterior of our home recently. Every aspect of the work was handled professionally and thoughtfully, from the initial contact with John who provided the estimate, to contacts with Nicole in the office hub to finalize the details and answer questions, then on to the power washing, delivery of paint, the work of the crew each of the two days they painted, to the final walk through. We also had two repairs done on the roofline and it was great that the crew could address those as well. None of the work felt rushed, but everything was accomplished in the timeframe they had given which was impressive.

The “stars of the show” though were the paint job itself and the hardworking crew who made it happen. Wow, so skillfully done! We marveled at the precision with which Christian and his team applied the paint and trim, creating beautiful, clean lines everywhere. Workmanship was top-notch. What a pleasure to have this crew paint our home.

We recently had Olympia Painting Company paint the entire interior of our home and wow, it looks amazing! We had some drywall repair that needed to be done and it came out beautifully. All the seams were corrected and the trim and walls look brand new. We asked if the guys could swap out the can lights for flush ones and they took care of it no problem. If you want quality work, have OPC come paint for you. We will use them again should we need their services.

The work areas were all prepped very well and securely. After the work, there was no excessive mess and the trim was clean cut and no bleeding. Very smooth application and great coverage. For a room that went two-tone, they did such a great job we did not need to install a chair rail/picture ledge as we had thought we'd need to.

Aside from waiting for the paint to dry, the work was very efficient.

We're so pleased with their work, we have already approved work to clean, repair, and paint the siding of our home this spring, too!

I am sharing my recent painting experience with Olympia Painting Company. This was a whole house project. Ceilings, walls, all trim and all doors. First, the prep and protection of all floors and cabinetry was very thorough. Second, the time frame was a bit unreasonable because of our moving issues and the holidays. They started on Christmas Eve and even worked on Christmas day in order to accomplish the project in our time frame. Third, the actual painting was excellent. Fourth, the cleanup was wonderful. Fifth, communication was excellent. I can only say the project was an excellent experience.

We had a great experience working with Olympia Painting Company. We hired them to paint four rooms in our home and they did an excellent job all around. Everyone we dealt with at Olympia Painting was super pleasant, attentive, and professional. We'll be calling them again next time we need some painting done.

We were in a pinch to get the exterior of the house re-painted and Olympia Painting Co was quick to respond to provide a reasonable quote and get the project started as soon as colors were approved. Everyone on the team was on top of it—from sales, to painters, to point people, to making payment —all were quick to respond and accommodating. This project was prompt to start and finished sooner than expected. They did a quality job, no nonsense. We are happy with the paint job - great choice of weather resistant SW latitude paint with 2 coats you can’t even see the faded green underneath the lighter khaki color. Feels like a brand new home. We recently had OPC do a full-home interior paint refresh (walls, ceilings, upstairs, downstairs - everything) in west Olympia and I would highly recommend them.
From the project management/coordination level (Josh and Marcus) to the project lead (Billy), communication was great. We had Olympia Painting paint our deck last year, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen weather conditions, the paint didn’t have time to cure properly. They were incredibly professional and responsive—Josh got his team to come back out this summer to re-prep and repaint the affected areas at no extra cost and they also worked within our schedule constraints.

Olympia Painting Company just repainted my 1928 house. The team was so great to work with - very professional and experienced - they knew exactly what to do with an old cedar shingle house.

They power-washed and treated the house beforehand, then meticulously scraped off the old peeling paint, and applied new paint and trim in a record three days.

They did a walk-around with me after the main house paint and again after the trim, and were very thorough in catching any small spots and correcting them immediately.

I was impressed with their work, but equally important, I enjoyed interacting with the team - they were easygoing, friendly and very courteous.

We had Olympia Painting Company paint a little cabin exterior and these guys were great from start to finish. Where other companies we contacted tended to give us prices with lots of loop holes for extenuating circumstances OPC gave us a price and stayed with it. Yes it was a little higher but in one case the other company came back and raised their price above what OPC had offered and still insisted they may need to raise the final price. I dealt with several people during the project and each one was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and very accommodating to our requests. Everything about this company was top notch. I ran a service company for many years and these guys really impressed me with their customer service as well as their professionalism. I highly recommend them based upon my experience with them.

Everyone at Olympia Painting Company was professional, kind, efficient and responsive from the first contact until the job was completed. They got to my house pretty quickly and offered to help with colors which is something none of the other companies I talked to had as an option. They also use a slightly superior paint from Sherwin Williams than other companies, but overall the estimates were very comparable and totally worth the extra cost for added value.

I am really, really happy with the result and the process. The crew that worked on my house - Ricardo, Billy and a younger painter - were great. Always on time, always similing and saying hello to my neighbors. Very professional, did a great job with calking and painting - my house was in pretty bad shape. I also added a few things to the estimate and Marcus was really responsive in getting new estimates. I made a mistake with trim boards that needed to be replaced and Billy and Josh worked with me to get it fixed and showed me a lot of grace. They took really good care of my home and I'm grateful. This is my first house and I didn't know what to expect and I'm very happy with how things turned out, the process, the colors, the outcome. The team was effcient and hard-working. One man came out to clean the dirt off the house, and then the rest of the team showed up on a nice sunny day and prepped the entire house and then began painting. Very professional and friendly. My husband marvelled at the excellent job they did in masking and taping and grouting. We have tons of windows and skylights, and they did not leave anything unattended. We will use them again when we paint our house's interior.

I had contacted a few companies for a bid and Olympia Painting Company was fast in getting back to me and scheduling a time to come see my house. I reached out to Olympia Painting for a time sensitive interior job, I was being told by numerous painting contractors that it would be October before they were available. Met with Josh on a Tuesday , accepted his bid on a Thursday, townhome was completed by Sunday. It turned out great, exceeded my expectations, I will definitely use and recommend Olympia Painting from here on out!

After 17 years, our Olympia waterfront condo was in need of a full interior repaint. We got several estimates and included Olympia Painting on the recommendation of a neighbor up the street who we noticed was having their exterior painted. We also got a bid from the large contractor who does all the paint work for our residential/commercial condo building. Our estimator was punctual, friendly and thorough. Much to our surprise, Olympia Painting’s bid was the lowest so we went with it. On Day 1, the Supervisor, foreman and a three person crew showed up on time. They wasted no time—while I was talking to the supervisor the crew was already busy prepping and masking. I didn’t use a general contractor but stopped in over the 3-4 days they were working and was impressed with their productivity and preparation. They finished on time and with only one spot in question—which the very competent foreman Raoul came back and touched up right away. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you are struggling with the skyrocketing cost of remodels.

Olympia Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our 5 bedroom house. We set the parameters of the project and a date for painting, and then when an earlier slot opened, Olympic started immediately and got the job done. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it extremely well. The job was inspected by a supervisor, and we found ZERO issues with the paint aspect of the project. We did discover minor unintended damage to a garage door. Once identified to Olympia, they brought and overhead door person to look at it and it was repaired and touched up. All through this process, Olympic management checked in repeatedly to see how it was going and if we as owners had any concerns.

We are extremely pleased with Olympic Painting and wished we had known about them when we painted out interior two years ago. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for good value, quality work and responsive management.

I purchased a house that had not been repainted since it was built in 2004; needless to say it was in rough shape. Josh and the Olympia Painting Company have exceeded all our expectations. From our initial meeting to completion, the whole crew was friendly, prompt, and did a wonderful job. After having the house pressure washed, Josh and the crew found a flaw from initial construction in our 14-year-old house that led to dry rot of a complete exterior wall. Not only did he inform us of this fault, but he also provided a quick and quality repair that did not even extend the project timeline. We have already recommended them to our family members. Nicole and Rilee were incredibly helpful with setting up our exterior painting. Nicole was very responsive to all of my emails and questions. Rilee helped us pick colors and even painted the samples on our house. Jon, our painter, did an amazing job! He was very friendly and professional and regularly checked in with us to see if there was anything wanted changed or touched up. Plus, he was very tidy and took extra care not to step on the plants around our foundation. The entire process, once we picked colors, was very speedy. Not giving 5 stars because of the higher than expected cost.

Great work and attention to detail. Did a lot of minor repairs, and one major repair and the house looked brand new when they finished. Caulking was perfect.

Riley, Josh and their team did an amazing job with a basic paint job that turned into a major project! They were patient while waiting for HOA approval of colors, working with neighbors/renters and an out of town owner! While examining the house for the project they found water damage in the front porch pillars beneath the brick trim.. Instead of ignoring this and painting over it, they went above and beyond to find a contractor to replace the pillars (which were rotted to the cement) and a mason for the brick work. Despite the delay this caused, they stayed on top of the project and worked diligently until everything was done. Despite the frustrations this project had to cause, they were professional, responsive and honest in their communications. Their pricing was more than reasonable considering all the extra work they did to make this project a success! They will be my go to company for any painting project. Great team! I am so impressed with Olympia Painting Company. From my first interaction with the person who came to do the bid to the outstanding team lead by Raul that prepped and painted my two story Craftsman style 3300’ square foot home, my experience with each person was superior. I wasn't able to have my home painted by this company but my review is feedback when it comes to scheduling. I called months ago for an estimate to paint my home and shed. I had an appt. scheduled in May for someone to provide a quote. Days before this date I was sent an email canceling this appt. and that if I wanted I could be placed on a waitlist. I replied back that yes I was interested in being on a waitlist but never heard back. Not sure if they ever received my response. I guess if the company was already heavily booked then why try to fit me in only to cancel?

We are very excited about the job that Josh and the Olympia Painting Company team did on our house. Josh, Nicole, Shelbi, and Rilee all kept the project moving on schedule. When extensive rot was found in our garage wall, Josh coordinated with Mike and Chris to repair the wall. We learned a lot from them about our old house. We are impressed with how quickly it came back together and with the care Mike and Chris took to do a nice job. Raoul and his crew of painters did a beautiful job on our house and took care to return for finishing touches on the door. Josh was very thorough in his quote, and stuck by his word and repaired all the things he said he’d do, and then some. He went above and beyond. Through the entire process, the project manager, Shelbi, and Josh would stop by nearly every day to check on their team. I received several quotes to paint my home exterior. Josh provided a detailed description of the work to be done and offered a fair price. Shelbi helped confirm the paint color choice was good. The workers were all very professional, showed up on time and kept me informed on their timeline. The work was top notch and they used the best Sherwin Williams paint. My husband and I are thankful that we chose Olympia Painting Company to paint our house. Repairs were identified during the estimate inspection. Prep included power washing, caulking all the windows that had never been caulked and scraping off old/failing caulking on siding joints and doors. Olympia Painting Company also repaired some of the edging around the garage door that we needed repaired. They also replaced trim around a window that had water damage. The house was painted with a high quality paint that should last 20 years. We are impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism of Olympia Painting Company. Olympia Painting did a great job painting the interior of our home and our kitchen cabinets.
