Great communication, great and quick service, and an excellent job. The gutters and metal trimming came out excellent. Would definitely recommend!

The people were very friendly to work with and listened to my needs. I didn't need a new roof thank goodness, but needed repair to my fascia, soffits and gutters and miner repairs to the drip edge and seams. I had a great experience working with Riley. He was friendly and made time when I needed it to ask questions. He guided me through a process that I was unfamiliar with.

I needed to have my carport roof trimmed to allow backyard parking for my travel trailer.
I called four roofing contractors to come over and give me a quote.
The Roof Doctor was the only one who returned my calls. The owner came out the same day I called. Inspected the job and gave me a detailed itemized quote the next day. After some discussion we agreed on a day for work to begin.
The workmen showed up promptly, with the correct materials and tools for doing the job.
The workmen were courteous and skilled and the job was completed in two days. After each work day the workmen cleaned the driveway and prepared for the next day.

The roof doctor has helped me tremendously. I have a damaged roof from poor DIY work a previous owner did. Oz went above and beyond coming out before a snow storm to put a tarp on my roof before the replacement. And Chris did repairs for no cost before that to stop the largest leaks. This is the second roof I’ve been involved in purchasing with the Roof Doctor. The first was for my own home a few years ago and this one I was helping my parents.

They were super quick to come out and give us a quote. Riley was great, he answered all of our questions and he was patient while we figured everything out in terms of paying vs finance etc.

I honestly can't say enough good things about The Roof Doctor. Riley Douglas was fantastic in helping me through the insurance claim process which dragged out (due to the insurance company) for quite a while but Riley was super responsive all the time and helped us get to the finish line. Chris Olsen was also great as the project manager on the account and the new roof turned out fantastic. Without their expertise I would have never gotten to the point of having my roof covered by the insurance company and would have been paying out of pocket even though I definitely had significant wind and hail damage. Highly recommend using these guys. As another data point they did my Dad's roof and a couple of his neighbors and everyone of them turned out great.

Got connected Rob and Chris after looking into a couple companies. My insurance had sent a check, after Roof Doctor reviewed the claim they spotted a few large misses. They negotiated and got approval with insurance. From Shingle selection to scheduling they had great communication.

The roof doctor was a great pic to do my roof. Oz and the crew were fast and agreat overall experiance.

I received a quote from the Roof Doctor on September 26th for a small roof job of $2,132.88.

We are upgrading our siding and the siding contractors referred us to the Roof Doctor.  They came out and measured the job and I signed the quote on Oct 4th for that same amount.

The salesman said our roof should be done on Tuesday Oct 22.  I had received and sent a few e-mails on Oct 8th, and Oct 10th.  On Oct 21st the day before the start date the guy I was communicating with said he was getting everything reviewed and sent an e-mail at 12:58 p.m.  I responded to a question he had and his next e-mail at 2:32 p.m. said that he believed we had a typo with my estimate and I should give him a call.

After responding to his call, I received a new bid and my bid went up to $3,102.06 because they had put a wrong measurement in the bid and they had only really quoted me for half my roof.

Managing money and doing big jobs at your place of residence is stressful, but to receive a call the day before a job is supposed to be done saying that your new bid is $969.18 higher than what the bid was actually quoted was hard to hear and frustrating.

The Roof Doctor did a great job and I am happy with their work.  I am not happy with the communication and their mistake on the bid.  That was not my fault at all.  I voiced my concern to the manager and the owner.  The owner said it did not make business sense for them to do a job for that cheap.  I wanted to say, it doesn't make money sense for me to pay more for a job than I was quoted either.

If you use Roof Doctor in the future, just ask that they make the right measurements on the front side so you don't get a call the day before your work is supposed to start saying you might need to owe more than you budgeted for.

Working with Oz and Chris was a great experience for my roof repair/replacement. They did a great job and made the process working with my insurance smooth and easy.

Everyone I worked with at Roof Doctor was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and thorough.
Riley came out to inspect the roof within 24 hour of my call, went through each of the pictures he took during the inspection, patiently answered all of my questions and explained the next steps in the process. He even came out and talked to the insurance inspector, retrieved a shingle sample for the inspector and kept me up to date via email and text throughout the process. Materials were delivered when they said they would be there and when it was time to start the roof, the team showed up early, worked quickly, and took all the debris with them when they left. After the roof was completed, both Riley and Chris checked back with me to make sure I was happy with the job and to ask if I had additional questions.

Angel and Brayden did an excellent job on our roof. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything afterword.

We just had a new roof installed on our home. It was done by The Roof Doctor. Throughout the entire sales and installation process, Rob Fullerton, the Roof Doctor contact, made us feel very comfortable because of his knowledge of the business, and even helped us to get a refund for the previous shingles as they had not lasted as the warranty we initially purchased, was for a 30-year shingle, that started failing after only 15 years. The good news was that we received a small stipend to assist with the new shingle purchase from the original vendor. Because of this, the firm that supplied the shingles, GAF, should also receive praise for how quickly they provided the assistance. Rob Fullerton is very knowledgeable, and fully aware of our needs, before we even were. They did a wonderful installation job, including new rain gutters. I would Recommend The Roof Doctors to anyone that needed a new roof and rain gutters. We were 100% satisfied with their work.

I’ve had roof doctor repair 2 sections that have blown off my roof from various storms. Chris and the crews have all be extremely professional, quick to respond and performed all work exceptionally and quickly. They are fair priced and easy to schedule with.

They also pointed out a possible issue with the manufacturing of the shingles and walked me through the process of how to do it and assisted me with various items the manufacturer needed for the claim. Chris was amazing with all of my questions I had.

We chose The Roof Doctor because of their price, ease of financing, and promptness in response. They did a great job on our roof! We had 3 layers of roofing that had to be removed and they cleaned things up extremely well.

The previous owner of our house had the roof done, the whole thing was improperly installed and was sliding off in multiple places. I had several bids done and this company was the only one to show up on time (Chris), not try to upsell me, actually have empathy for the situation, and communicate in a timely manner. The Roof Doctors were great. They were very competitively priced (not the cheapest, but the most value for the price). They came recommended from a couple coworkers. They got us scheduled quickly. They had to repair our roof in several places, removed old sky lights and a swamp cooler, took off additional shingle layers, and installed the new shingles in just a few days. They also replaced our gutters, which look awesome! I've gotten so many compliments on the new roof, and I've recommended them to several other neighbors looking to replace their roof. I want to say THANK YOU to Chris Olsen. I had a roof leak and had to deal with insurance to replace or repair. The roof was 20 years old and he discovered that we had wind damage. He helped me through the long and tedious process of getting approval with my claims adjuster and although it took a few months, was in contact with me through the whole process. The install was quick and the workers had damaged one of my garage lights and security cameras. Chris made it right and replaced them. We got our old roof replaced by the Roof Doctor. We received 4 x quotes from local roofing companies and the Roof Doctor provided the best bid (price and quality). Chris was very responsive during both the bid process and subsequently during the re-roofing job itself. They were willing to accommodate some of our specific needs (ie higher quality GAF Tigerpaw underlay etc.). The crew were efficient and professional - and made a conscious effort to keep the work site clean at the end of each day. The only issue was that we had a bit of a delay getting the job done due to a run of rainy weather (it took about 6 weeks from accepting their bid to replacing the roof).

The wind storm tore off my chimney hood. I called around for a repair appointment and because so many roofs were damaged , I wasn’t going to be able to have anyone come until the next day, or a week out! It was starting to rain and snow was expected all night so I was pretty stressed as I did not have a fireplace and the water would have gone into my walls. The roof doctor called me back and I am sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he told me he was In my area and could stop by. He was on my roof by the time I got home. He was wonderful and got the hood nailed back down. He was so friendly and professional, and I even cried from the relief of having it completed so fast as the rain was coming. He also spotted some water damage down the chimney that I will need repaired when it warms up. I am sooo grateful that he called me back and for his quick service.

We had a small leak in our garage coming from the old chimney that the previous owners did a DIY job on. Roof Doctor came out to inspect the leak within a few days of contacting them and were able to repair the leak within a few weeks! They were very communicative and friendly, we will be using them again if any issues occur!

Pricing was very reasonable. It was a smaller job but they still got me on the schedule quickly and showed up when they said they would. They ended up having to work around a solar panel installation crew that appeared unannounced and four days before their scheduled appointment. The Roof Doctor technicians were good natured about it, despite the fact that they were obviously being slowed down by the other crew's activities. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.

The ceiling in our rental started to leak after this last rain storm. Every place we called had a two plus week wait to even come out and look at it. We are so thankful that Chris and his crew were able to estimate and get our roof fixed within a few days.

We have a very nice shake shingle roof with half round gutters. Some shingles had blown off in one of our high wind events. We called three companies to get quotes for a new roof. Chris at Roof Doctor was the only one who said our roof was still in good condition and all we needed was a minor repair. The other companies never mentioned this possibility; they just wanted to sell us a new roof.

The guys who came out to do the repair were great. They appreciated the half round gutters and took great care to not damage them. Excellent people!

You can bet that when we do need a new roof we'll be going back to Chris at The Roof Doctor.

When we called the Roof Doctor for an estimate they were able to come in just a day or two. Their price included solar panel take down and reinstallation which was a big deal to us. Their price was the best of the the 4 estimates we got. Rob, the owner, even stopped with with shingle samples so we could see the colors in person right up against the house. It didn't take long to get us scheduled. His crew was on time, very efficient on the tear off of the shingles and laying down the underlayment in just one day. I was impressed that they used a roller magnet bar to pick up any nails that may be in the grass or surrounding walks. We found one nail in the lawn and one on the driveway but before they caused any damage to our bare feet or tires. They shingled the next day and it looks great. The crew was super good to work with and very efficient; I would work with them again.

We received 6 quotes for a new roof. The Roof Doctor was the best. Chris Olsen has been so responsive and pleasant with all questions that my husband and I have had. He has also been so great at working around our schedules. We ended up getting a new roof, ridge vents and new gutters. Both crews that came out (roof crew and gutter crew) where very pleasant to have around. We even changed things up with the gutters and went with 2 different colors. We requested black gutters along the roof of the house (to blend in with our black roof), and then we asked for the downspouts/drains to be white. Everything looks AMAZING! We are so glad that we chose to use The Roof Doctor and we highly recommend them--Chris is awesome to work with!

I bought my first home, that is 100yrs old and had some roof damage after a windstorm came through. The Roof Dr was one of 4 roofers I called to take a look at the damage. Chris came out initially and was personable, professional and honest! He made it a easy choice! Rob helped me navigate my homeowners insurance & ensured that I was made whole and got a great new roof. I had some other repairs done and Rob, again, came to the rescue and oversaw all of the work that was done. They are honest, fair, professional and provide quality work! I can never thank them for the help and work they did for me! My house looks amazing now and I know the work was done perfectly!

Roof Doctor was AMAZING to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! I worked with Chris and his team who provided excellent service through the entire process. Quality, timing, and price were all on point. Chris was very thorough with his initial inspection and assessment of roof damage from a tree fall on our house. He was prepared and easily able to negotiate with my insurance company to cover all repair costs. He also acted as the general contractor and communicated with other parties (gutter company) regarding repairs and scheduling to ensure seamless coordination. When I called to mention the tarp on my roof was coming undone (which was placed by another company via my insurance claim), Chris’s team cam out within the hour, in the rain, and fixed it quickly. Communication was excellent!! My questions and concerns were always answered right away (via text/phone/email). The team who replaced the roof did great and timely work. I was happy that they took concern with protecting landscaping, ensuring loose nails were not left, and putting everything back in place (gutters, heat wire, etc). I was in great hands with Roof Doctor and with Chris and his team!

Rob was extremely professional, and honest.

He came and inspected our roof, and where some other inspectors had basically lied about the condition of the roof, and immediately went into a sales pitch about replacing it, he basically said there needed to be a few repairs and said it would maybe need replacement in five years.

There were no sales pitches, no strong arming, no lies.

We were doing some other renovations, so I actually asked about the cost of a new roof, and he said he would provide a quote along side the repairs if we insisted.

The quotes we received for the repairs were extremely reasonable, but the quote for roof replacement was well within our budget, and we opted for it.

The work went for two days. The installers were very friendly, gave us the opportunity to move our vehicles out of the garage while they did their work, and took precautions with disposing of hazardous materials and nails.

The best part is there was a very experienced crew, and they made short work of our roof and had it installed in two days. Working from home I could go watch most of the process, and it's clear they didn't cut any corners, just clean hard work of experienced professionals.

I'd highly recommend the Roof Doctor, and we will be using them in the future for any of our roofing needs.

He was able to squeeze me in for inspection the same day I called and while they were booked several weeks out, an opening came up which allowed my services to be completed within a week. The crew arrived on time and did a good job on clean up. Estimate was fair for the work and I was given an honest assessment of the situation.

I am blown away with how well Chris and his team from The Roof Doctor handled our roof replacement. They were responsive, professional, fast, and detailed. They completely replaced our roof (including demoing a couple of old chimneys) in a few days, even when it was very cold out and had to de-ice the roof. Chris answered every question we had and we could not be happier with the end result.

If fact this time was for inspection and possible repairs on a 2nd home. In a pinch and on a time timeline I called Rob the owner, I left a msg and he followed up the next day. He came out, inspected what I outlined, I couldn’t make it out there so it was just him.
I called him back bracing for sticker shock and there was none! The price was surprisingly low and I booked it immediately. Being on a tight timeline I was concerned about being out a couple of weeks and Rob got me a set install time in just a couple of days.

I woke up Saturday morning the 11th of Feb. and my roof was leaking in my master bathroom. I called The Roof Doctor and Cory Cooper responded and came to my home on his own time. He inspected the problem and gave me a reasonable quote and set up an appointment for Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Two gentlemen showed up, ON TIME, Tuesday morning and went to work. They were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They used quality materials and made the repair way beyond my expectations.
