I have a place that has been passed down to me, I'm 3rd generation. No one could tell me when the previous roof was installed but I found pictures -1996. No wonder it was beginning to leak. We have an open beam, tongue and groove ceiling, no attic. I called 4 roofers, all 4 showed up and provided quotes. The Roof Doctor was 2nd lowest, but Jimmy was just so kind, patient, knowledgeable. The 2 days it took to replace it, he gave us instructions to protect things inside (no attic to catch falling debris), kept us informed on what was going on (several unexpected things happened). He spoke honestly with us, helped us make informed decisions. The ocean is not kind to roofs. I'm thankful I chose Jimmy and The Roof Doctor to do this job. Next time - the 4th generation will be in charge. :-)

Professional from the start to finish. Roofers came in and we're all business. They tackled two buildings and of course found more wrong then expected .(always happens) Brandon quickly came up with plan and moved forward. I was walking to work and really needed to use the restroom. They said "customers only." When I said that I was actually in the process of buying a house (I really am) and that I am a likely customer, they still refused. They will not be getting any future calls from me.

Was quoted 500 dollars to have the flashing redone on my fireplace and have some slips put in on my shingles. Because of the quote of 15 to 20 years left on my roof and the 500 dollars of work, I was able to get 500 knocked off my homes purchase. Turned out later that my quote was a lot. When I called the roof doctor back they told me they don't replace shingles or do the slips. Offered to put a tarp in my skylight and if you ask me that is so tacky. And said I had to have my whole roof redone at 13,000.00. Yeah so the roof doctor lied on my quote and I know they lied cause I have no house insurance because of it and the term of my house loan requires it. Because my 15 to 20 years left on my roof is not accurate. The five hundred I was quoted was for work that the roof doctor does t even do yet had my homes listed price reduced for the world they quoted me. Bad customer service. So now I have a bad roof because of the roof doctor and no home insurance or mo ey to fix the roof. If it was 13,000 quoted we would have had 13,000 reduced from the loan.but no you quoted me for work you don't even do. I should take you to court for the money for a new roof as you lied on your quote

We live out of time and we had a wind storm along the coast. When we went to go stay at our vacation home over the weekend we found broken singles that caused a roof leak. We called the Roof Dr and Brandon showed up to our door and looked at our issue. He told us he would be right back, and sure enough he came right back and fixed our issue same day. We are so grateful for Brandon doing this for us!! Definitely will be calling Roof Dr again.

I was recently referred to the Roof Doctor by a friend and after just a phone call, I have to say I am very impressed. I spoke with Dawndi and Brandon and was treated with the utmost professionalism. I have seen the work they do as well so I am very excited to get the process going!

Company with integrity! We recently purchased a house that needed a new roof on the deck and wellhouse, and some flashing repair around the chimney. Brandon showed up 10 minutes early with a huge smile at the door. My partner walked Brandon around and showed him what we wanted done. Brandon offered his expert advice and my partner realized that he can handle the job himself. In addition, Brandon gave us the small remainder of tar container to use for the flashing repair. Although we didn't use Roof Doctor this time, I will highly recommend to everyone I know, and is definitely top of my list when I do need a new roof.

What an exhausting experience this has been. We called around and they had the best price so we decided on them. We were on a time clock, we only had a few months to get our roof replaced before our insurance dropped us. I explained the situation and they assured me it would be done. I tried calling a few times as the date was approaching and they hadn't even bothered coming to the house. By the time I finally chased them down, I explained the situation again to the roofer and was assured it would be done. They never once came at the agreed upon time, we lost our house insurance before they ever bothered showing up, often just with 1 or 2 people who couldn't get it done. Eventually they finished, then we noticed they didn't even cover all the exposed wood that we talked about and was written on the estimate. They finally ended up coming out again while we were out of town and completed the job, we were just grateful it was over and done. It was sufficient enough until it started raining and we had a leak ‍♀️ We have never had a leak before, even before the roof replacement. I called about them fixing it days ago, still no word back. Guess I'll keep calling and chasing them down for months again to get it fixed. We went through A1 Roofing a year or so ago on a different house and it was more expensive but a great professional, quick experience. Honestly, I'd pay it all over again to actually have someone reliable who does good work. I don't know if it's specifically the Hoquiam location but I'd be reticent to try any of their locations after this debacle.

I’ve used Roof Doctor two times now and would recommend. Both times, Jimmy has come out to give me estimates and came out quickly.
I knew up front they are busy and I would be on a first come first serve board. I was lucky enough to get my roof done much earlier than quoted.
I know if there were to be an issue, I could call with any concerns as well.
My roof and skylights look great and their team even cleaned my gutters and downspouts.

I had my roof,, siding replaced and a dormer added by Roof Dr. they were responsive to minor issues but when the wall the dormer was added to failed see picture, the wall under the dormer slipped off its base they denied all responsibility and offered to give me an estimate to fix the problem they created. Run from this contractor.

I have a vacation home in Ocean Shores, though I live in Montana. My neighbor recently informed me that a storm caused some wind damage to my roof and I lost quite a few shingles. I called the The Roof Doctor and Brandon was quick to respond and repair at a fair price. I would highly recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

job they just did is leaking. They won’t fix the problem. They took the money and ran. Horrible company that takes advantage of elderly people, not to mention twice the price as other companies. (A1 will be the same price because they are owned by the same family and probably the same quality) Anyone who is considering using this company shop around, you will get a MUCH better price to do the same work with other companies. Other companies will do a better job at fixing issues as well. As far as guaranteeing their work? Non existent, they’ll leave you hanging as the work they did is damaging your home and just counting their dollars with a smile on their face on the way to the bank.

Roof Doctor did a great job of figuring out what was causing the roof at my work to leak! We had another company come check it out a few years ago but it continued to leak.

I had a very tiny damp spot on my family room ceiling after our recent wind storms. Roof Doctor tech came out, checked out my roof, other than a possible slightly bent shingle, which he fixed, there were no other problems found. He didn't even charge me for the few minutes on my roof.

I had a new composition shingle roof put on by Roof Doctor in 2004. I had 3 skylights. I came home and they had put in 3 new skylights which were not on their estimate, and they have been leaking since one year after the roof was done. Roof Doctor did not fix the problem. The shingles were to last 35 years, but the skylights leaked and caused me to have to put on a new metal roof this year. All of the sheeting under and around the skylights was rotten. I would never recommend Roof Doctor to anyone!

I did a lot of checking and research before we hired the roof doctor to redo my mothers roof. They did a fantastic job! There were always problems popping up but nothing slowed them down. There was almost no idle chatter, everyone was focused on his particular job and did it very well. At this point I should say "but" and make complaints. I am risking my curmudgeon license by saying I have nothing to complain about. I would recommend them in a second.
