Never called back. The owner doesn't seem to want to work. We used them in the past but will not use them again. They have changed. I will call the owners brother who split from this company Instead. Called and he came right out within 24 hrs and fixed our issue.

Had this company replace our roof about 5 years ago. A week ago today we encountered a leak. I reached out to The Roof Doctor and set up a time today to assess a repair option. Unfortunately, the representative I contacted was a no show/no call. I have attempted multiple times to contact this company today and still have not had a returned call. A roof should last much longer than 5 years..... I do NOT recommend this contractor.

We hired Josh to reroof our garage a few years ago, and he did a great job at a fair price. Sometime later, we needed a new roof on the rear addition to our home, and The Roof Doctor came to the rescue again. Still later, we needed a new flat roof on the dormer over the rear of the house, and Josh came through again with a great job at a fair price. Finally, we hired Josh to replace the shingle roof over the remainder of the house including replacing several roof boards, and he provided another good job. We have recommended The Roof Doctor to family and neighbors needing roof repairs or replacement, and all were pleased with the results. The Roof Doctor is our go-to contractor for any roof or gutter repairs.
