Years ago Billy's replaced my roof and the job was perfect. A few months later I had an issue that I thought might be the roof. Billy himself arrived and inspected the issue. It was NOT the roof and he showed me where the issues was. He then fixed it! Amazing.

Today, many years later, a bad wind storm pulled off a shingle sheet. Brian arrived this morning to take a look. Brian inspected the entire roof, reattached the shingle and made sure all was good. He was very fair. He filled me in some details about my roof to be aware of and to call him back if any other issues.

I can't imagine any other company working on my roof. 100% trust in this company.

Got a quote from Billy's for a new roof. They showed up on time and were thorough in their explanation of what needed to be done. They use great quality certienteed shingles, and their price was competitive.

Had a roofing and gutter job completed to our satisfaction recently by Billy's Roofing. The job was done in the promised time frame, looks great (the crew worked efficiently and very hard all day, did not leave any mess), and the overall cost was fair for the scope of work performed. The quote process with Katelyn was great and we really value dealing with a locally owned and operated company that could provide good examples of possible shingle designs/colors that they installed here in Livonia. I am very happy with the appearance and quality of my shingle choice (Landmark Pro Pewter) and how it was installed. I would recommend others to consider Billy's for their roofing job.

Recently had a number of companies come by to estimate my roofing job. While they all had competitive prices I wemt with Billy's Roofing. Brian was a no hard sell representative who knew his product and was very helpful in things I didn't know. My wife and I were treated 5 star rating by Brian and everyone with the job. The roof looks great. This company was very fast to get back to us,and kept us informed. The crew was a great group of very polite young man and hard workers.The clean up was outstanding. Charles and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof they took their time and did a thorough job of cleaning up the yard after debris fell. They went above and beyond what I expected they changed out all the wood trim and painted it. I highly recommend Billy's roofing for anyone's roofing needs. Great experience. We had a big project done by Billy's at the end of 2024. New roof, all new boards, new gutters, trim and more. Good communication by Josh, our sales guy. Friendly and respectful work crew. When I thanked the work crew, their crew leader turned it around and instead thanked me for providing them the work. We are left to figure out what to do with our water meter wire. Kind of a unique situation with that wire so I don't hold that against them. Overall, we are very satisfied and grateful to have our home in good shape. Glad we went through Billy's. Good people, from sales to installers

GREAT GUYS, GREAT COMPANY. Family owned and all the employees are related or friends of the family. I signed the contract on Jan 28th and the roof was installed on Feb 3rd. They showed up at 9 in the morning and were finished by 1:30 in the afternoon.

Did a full tear off and replacement of my roof over the summer. Reasonable pricing and good communication up front. Sloppy, clumsy design on the chimney flashing tho. Did what was quick/functional, not what looked good/functional. And by their logic, the flashing would be to the top of the chimney after another few roof re-dos (I didn't appreciate the gaslighting). Chris didnt return my last call. So based on this, I can not give them a high recommendation.

I highly recommend Billys roofing. We worked with Chris, who explained everything in detail and helped with choosing what we need. They were very reasonable and efficient. I truly felt taken care of through the entire process. If ever considering a new roof, CONTACT THESE GUYS!

Billy’s Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. The pictures speak for itself. The team were great at making sure garden beds/bushes were protected, and continuously cleaned up everything throughout the day. Overall, it was a super smooth process especially working with Katelyn.

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with my experience with Billy's Roofing. Over the last few years, my roof had a couple of leaks, and I knew it was close to needing replacement. I had multiple roofing companies inspect my roof and provide quotes. Out of all these companies, Billy's Roofing stood far above the rest. There are four reasons I say this:

1.)Attention to Detail - When Katelyn came to inspect our roof, she conducted a detailed inspection with pictures. Katelyn found multiple leaks I had missed, identified ventilation issues that were causing mold growth I had noticed, and provided the most detailed overview of our roof's current state. Other roofing companies did not spend nearly as much time with us and missed the other leaks since they did not even fully inspect the attic. The free detailed consultation Katelyn provided was better than the home inspections I have paid for when purchasing a home.

2.)Quality of Work and Materials - The crew did an amazing job on the roof and was extremely efficient. We had both a large detached garage and our home roofed. The crew completed the job in a single day. The edges of the roof and the roof's surface look much better than the last roof I had, which has given our house more curb appeal than it has had in the last 20 years. Lastly, they left our yard in better shape than it was when they arrived. I could not find a leftover nail or scrap of debris anywhere.

3.)Communication - Katelyn did an amazing job of communicating throughout the entire process. She had a clear plan for resolving the issues with our roof, kept us informed on scheduling changes as the weather evolved through the week, and ensured no detail was missed in our roofing project.

4.)Value for the Money - Out of all the estimates I received, Billy's Roofing offered the most value for the price charged compared to their competitors.

I cannot recommend Billy's Roofing highly enough. I will 100% trust Billy's Roofing in the future for any roofing needs I have.

This is a well-run, impressive company. The estimate was thorough, and Katelyn explained everything in a way that was clear and simple. The team who replaced our roof was skilled, conscientious, respectful and experienced. They did a fantastic job and the quality is excellent. We would refer everyone to use them.

Reasonable pricing, big crew came out and did the job quickly and with great craftsmanship. Mariah was very knowledgeable and conscientious.

These guys are truly the best. They replaced our roof when we moved in 2.5 years ago and came back today to deal with a leak issue we had (not caused by them but discovered to be due to a poor installation job of our woodburner pipe by the woodburner guy). The guys that came out were polite and respectful and took care of it immediately. They didn’t even charge us for it. Chris has been exceptional to work with - always responding promptly-and we will recommend him to anyone we know who needs a new roof!

I had my roof replaced by Billy’s a few weeks ago. The whole experience was easy. Mariah came out to give the estimate. She was great! She explained everything, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me in any way. I’d gotten two other quotes, but ultimately went with Billy’s because of 1) all the great reviews, and 2) I trusted Mariah. I didn’t expect such a quick turnaround, but the job was scheduled for just a couple weeks later. Charles and his crew were awesome. They were really careful to protect our landscaping, and VERY thorough with the cleanup. I went outside a couple times to see the progress, and the guys were super nice. The job was completed same day, and it looks great! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Billy’s completely redid the roof on our garage and house. Mariah was our main contact person who provided the quote after coming to our house for an inspection, gave us continuous updates, and provided pictures after work was completed. She was in constant communication about when supplies would be delivered, the dumpster, etc. The work was completed quickly and the crew cleaned up nicely. Their price was fair and I would definitely use them again.

Billy’s Roofing is the only company to look at when you’re in need of any roofing work. Katelyn was our contact from the beginning with a no pressure approach. She was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. She was the only company that actually inspected the attic and knee wall, taking photos to show us the issues needing attention. Katelyn explained every step of the process from what materials to be used to bringing shingle boards to choose roof color. There was never a delay in contact and relaying information to us. We had a complete tear off and replacement of both the roof and gutters. They delivered the materials the day before the project date and were sensitive to where we needed it placed. They did an absolutely beautiful job! It was all done in one day and when they left, the yard didn’t even look as though anyone had ever been there. Just had my roof done. Josh was fantastic. Covered everything plus we communicated back and forth leading up and during the install. Josh is 100% a class act. The crew did great. No mess. Mariah got back to my online contact request within 24 hours and came out the next day to perform an inspection when we heard water in our attic. She completed a thorough inspection and ended up telling us that our roof was in good condition and the trickling was due to our shower fan. Thrilled that she was honest, timely, and knowledgeable. She also helped us by diagnosing some gutter issues we have. When we do need a new roof, we will be sure to call Billy’s and will recommend them to our neighbors after having such a great experience.

Billy’s came out in one day and worked about 13 hours to completely tear off, add all new plywood, and completely re-shingle our home.

The company pays a great deal of attention to even the most minor details. My roof has a couple of tricky areas and Billy's found solutions and did a masterful job of fixing them (as well as other roofers' attempts at 'fixing'). The crew did a great job in protecting my house and yard from damage, installing the roof and cleanup afterward. Cost is very affordable. My roof looks great and I have received several compliments from the neighbors.

We had five quotes and decided to go with Billy’s Roofing was on the sales experience with Joshua Canada, he was knowledgeable, provided a detailed bid and did not try to pressure sell. He came out a second time to help us pick out the shingles. They were out in a little over a week to replace the roof. The entire crew lead by Nick was top notch. They were very careful of our landscaping and took great care to not damage our new gutters and gazebo. The replaced and added additional vents and best of all they re-routed our bathroom exhaust fans. The workmanship was excellent and cleanup was immaculate. I did my homework and had 5 different quotes. I chose Billy's based on their assessment and a recommendation from a neighbor. They weren't the cheapest nor the priciest, but their price seemed fair and reasonable for the work required. As promised, Charles was there working with the crew to assure the work was completed as required. I was impressed from start to finish and can recommend Billy's without hesitation.

My house is special. It’s 100 years old, made out of brick and stone. I’ve lived here 12 years and see myself as a caretaker of this beautiful home. A roof was put on 24 years ago so it was time for a new one.
I got 6 quotes and we decided to go with Billy’s Roofing, right here in town. We chose them based on the many glowing reviews folks in this group gave them as well as the wonderful job they did giving us a quote. Katelyn, the sales rep, really knew her stuff and took her time to explain everything to us. As you can imagine, we were overwhelmed and her patience and kindness meant a lot. She suggested the color of the shingles, which match our brick handsomely!
Billy's crew did a great job! They were thorough and neat. The crew was very professional, used a quality product and cleaned up well. I’m very picky and have dealt with a few shady contractors who weren’t good. Charles and his crew were truly amazing. You could tell they really cared. My steep roof has a lot off odd sections that they navigated effortlessly. The uneven bumpy brick and old fieldstones created challenges for the flashing, which their guys sculpted. The flashing is impeccable; like a work of art! The fastidious and hardworking guys worked from early morning to well in the evening the first day, and wrapped up by midday the 2nd day. I didn’t find one scrap of shingle or any debris when they were done.
All of this being said, I highly recommend Billy’s Roofing, 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend this company if you are looking to get a new roof. Finding out you need a new roof can be stressful and is a large expense. This place is the best. They installed our roof years ago, and last year they installed gutter guards, and we’ve never had an issue. We had some additional work on our home and need some shingles replaced. I called Billy’s and those brought out 2 boxes of new shingles no charge!
I have a sunroom attached and just recently have had some leaks. Before I called the contractor I called Billy’s to see if it was a roof issue. ( it was not) the caulking had started to wear around the panels. They left me 2 large tubes of caulk and a caulk gun.

A 5 star experience with Billy's Roofing. We recently contacted Billy's online to give us an estimate on a roof replacement for our home. Katelyn promptly contacted us to set up an appointment. She was prompt, showed up on the date/time agreed to and proceeded to conduct a thorough inspection of the roof and attic including photos. She then sat down with us and went over her findings in detail and provided a detailed written estimate along with options of what we needed to complete the job. The estimate we received was the best of the other offers we already had received and included work that the others hadn't offered. Katelyn kept us up to date on the start date (weather permitting) and the time the crew was to show as well as the delivery date of the material. The crew,, led by Nick, showed up on time on the date promised. The crew took steps to protect our property while work was in progress and were professional and courteous. The complete job was completed by early afternoon. They took care to clean our property as well as our neighbors of any/all debri and nails. I was then given a walk through by the crew leader of all the work completed to insure satisfaction. Katelyn also followed up the following day to assure satisfaction and to pick up the final payment. I would highly recommend Billy's for your roofing needs. I contacted Billy's Roofing recently to get a quote for roof replacement in the spring. They responded quickly, followed with thorough, professional contact. Joshua was knowledgeable and helpful with our concerns. They were able to address all of the issues that had been created by prior owners and remodeling projects. Our job involved stripping multiple layers of shingles, correcting roof and bathroom fan ventilation, replacing a skylight and damaged roof sheeting. They even removed a defunct wood burner flue. All this was done in a single day!! Yes, this week's mild weather allowed the job to be done promptly. Well orchestrated deliveries and crews moved in and out with impressive results. Small details, like removing the skylight sticker and furnace exhaust cap replacement were done with gracious attention. We are impressed and very pleased with the job done by Josh and all the crew. Be prepared for the cost. But we are so relieved to have the literal weight of the roof off of our heads, we eagerly recommended Billy's Roofing.

Katelyn came by to make some minor repairs to try and buy us a year or two more but, by no fault of hers, it needed to be replaced. Within a couple weeks they came out and had the job done in just a few hours. You absolutely get what you pay for, in the BEST way! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I had a full tear off with decking replacement on a sloped and flat roof on a centennial home. I also had a fair amount of rotten wood and aluminum replaced, as well as new gutters installed. Charles's roofing crew was extremely polite, dedicated, and very cautious of my tender landscape. I think they may have left my yard cleaner than it was when they started! From the estimate to the final payment, the entire process was smooth with excellent communication from Joshua each day. I would 100% recommend Billy's Roofing to everyone and would use again.

I called Billy's Roofing from a friend referral. The salesman came to the house and gave me a quote for reshingling the garage roof, a small job. He treated me like a big customer, professional, attentive, accommodating.

Working with Billy's Roofing was a great experience from start to finish, beginning with Mariah's no-pressure free inspection and quote. The price was lower than the other quote we got, and she did not ask us to decide same day like some of the other companies do.

The crew installed the roof within one day and new gutters went in quickly the next day. As you can see in the picture, they angled our gutter to FINALLY drain correctly. They fixed our chimney issues too.

I had my roof replaced this past week by Billy’s Roofing and I am more than pleased with their quality work, starting with Katelyn, who came out and did a thorough investigation of my roof with her drone and an inspection in my attic space. I thought she was thorough, professional, very knowledgeable and extremely personable. The crew that came out and were the same…professional, thorough, completing the job within one day, removing the original roof and installing the new one quickly and efficiently. The cleanup was complete and everything was hauled away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their roof. They were a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic company. Chris came out immediately and gave us a quote which included a Veterans discount. He even took pictures and showed us what spots might give us problems. They have a company that helps with financing, they offer zero interest for 12 months and you get a quick response while you are on the phone. This is one of the nicest and professional companies we have done business with. Chris explained the whole process, when they would drop supplies and trailer off and when the crew, led by Greg, would arrive. They stripped repaired and shingled all in one day. The cleanup was impeccable. They came and picked up the trailer when they were done with the roof. I have recommended this company several times already. Work done in November, 2022.

Can't express how great they are. Originally, we used them for a quick semi emergency repair which they did an excellent job on. We decided to get a complete roof inspection and quote. They did not put any pressure on us. Just told us when we are ready to give them a call.
Ultimately, we had them replace our entire roof. They made the whole process super easy. It was an easy choice to go with them as they had done a great job with my neighbors roof. Since our roof was in bad shape, they were able to squeeze us in and did a complete roof job, decking and all, and put up new gutters. They worked like a well oiled machine. I could believe how quick they got the roof off and on. We couldn't be happier with their work. It looked great. They also did great job in cleaning up. Overall an A++++ on customer service, work, and clean up. I highly recommend them.

The entire process was perfect from start to finish. A week after installation when I found some nails in the flower bed, I contacted Billy's and asked to borrow one of their magnets for peace of mind due to my young children who play barefoot outside. Even though no nails were ever found in the grass, Billy's instead sent out a 2 person crew to do another pass (finding no additional nails, I should add). Above and beyond. Would gladly use them again and happily refer them to friends.
