I had a difficult project with rotting wood that needed repairing after an entryway was removed. After contacting a few other companies who said they couldn't help, Home Exteriors of Michigan came to the rescue and took the job. They came out immediately and did a temporary wall fix to keep out the water and animals. A few weeks later, they fully replaced all of the rotting wood and siding. They even went above and beyond the quoted work and fixed some wood trim around a couple of other doors for free. I was very impressed with the high level of communication from multiple people in the company and will be returning to Home Exteriors of Michigan for more siding replacement and new gutters in the future. Great team and quality work!

I was on the market for a good siding company, whom I can trust and be happy with the end results. I talked to 5-6 different companies and I choose Home Exteriors. I liked this company from day 1. The sale rep was straight to the point, he didn’t waste my time, no useless 2-3 hours presentation, no useless tablet shows, he didn’t not use “great marketing strategy” like the project will cost you $95,000, but if you sign it today only it will be $56,000, ect… He was straight to business, only a few jokes here and there. Most importantly, my whole project was done professionally on time, and I loved the price. The install crew was very professional, they didn’t make mass, I could ask them any questions I wanted to. I needed to have my porch posts replaced along with the base section of the chimney repaired and rebuilt. They came in with a very competitive quote. The entire process from job quote to job completion was effortless and stress-free. My salesperson, Ken Bildson was very professional and not at all pushy for me to accept his bid.
The assigned project manager, Frank Raburn kept in touch with me regarding the allocated job date, to ensure the scheduled date was ok for me.
The crew was extremely professional from their mannerisms to work ethics, they were present on-site first thing in the morning to prep for the day.
They did the job meticulously and went above and beyond. They double checked all their work and explained to me what they were doing along with happily answering any curiosity driven questions I had. This honestly came as a surprise to me as most construction crews don’t really like being spoken to.
At various points in the job, I noticed that they would go the extra step by touching-up or quickly repairing any issues which were not part of their job scope. This spoke volumes about them and I really appreciated the gesture as it reassured me that this crew truly cared about me and my home.

We had Home Exteriors of Michigan replace our vinyl siding after it was damaged. The damage and replacement was covered by our homeowners insurance. Ken (of Home Exteriors) was kind enough to work directly with our insurance company and was able to get them to increase the amount that they were originally willing to reimburse us for. Ken also did a great job helping us pick out the color and style of siding that worked best with our house. Frank (of Home Exteriors) and his installation team showed up on time and completed the work on a timely basis. They also did a top notch job without any issues or need for rework. EVERY person from their company that I interacted with was professional, punctual and did what they said they would do. I spoke with Lacey on the phone several times regarding my needs and paperwork. Steve came out day 1 after my call to assess my roofing needs and later gave me a quote that was better than I was expecting. He also helped us with picking out our materials and with the financing. Both Frank (the Project Manager) and Eric (the Owner) came out to check on things and to ensure we were happy with every thing.

I learned during the install that I had mold under the decking that needed to be corrected. Frank and Eric were both quick to help me resolve that while the roofing crew were on hand. It seemed like they never missed a beat.

I was home during the roof install and wanted to observe as much as I could. Mostly because I like to learn but also I wanted to insure the work was done to my satisfaction, since I wouldn't see this portion afterwards. The final person I want to make sure I mentioned is Ura. He was one of the roofers who explained things as they were doing them. I came away educated in what I purchased and very satified that Home Exteriors of Michigan do GREAT WORK.

Excellent sales and on site teams. Sales estimate was better by far of other estimates. Estimate was accurate and there was no unexpected overruns. The installation of a large gutter job took 1 day. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Home Exteriors of Michigan installed new siding and gutters on my home last October (2023). They did excellent work. The job was done in 4 days and the work was flawless. It's been about a year now since the job was done and I couldn't be happier with the way my house looks. I whole heatedly recommend this company.

To start with my wife and I interview 8 construction companies before we chose The Home Exteriors of Michigan to complete the project of siding, gutters, and a new front entrance door.

To open up, my wife and I are impressed with every member of The Home Exteriors of Michigan team. The Home Exteriors sales team is not one of those high pressure sells team, so you are not pressured into any contract before you have time to think it over.

Our project manager and sales contact (Frank) is very knowledgeable about their companies product. My wife originally sought them out to install siding, gutters, and a front entrance door. Frank went thru their product line with us. We finally decided on the color combinations for the siding, gutters, and the door.

I was then sent an email that the permit to install the product had been placed to start and complete the project. While the product was being ordered and the permit going thru the ordinance dept my wife and I decided to replace the front bay window. I again called Home Exteriors, Lacey and Home Exteriors received my call and had Frank come back out and take our order for the new bay window.

The long anticipation of the work to began was about to happen. Thanks to the great communication of Lacey and Frank my wife and I knew exactly which day and week the transformation would being. This information was received well, for my wife and I frequent our cabin in the northern part of Michigan.

Frank brought out the crew on a Tuesday morning. The crew Tom, Lester, Roman, and Roman. The crew, I can't say enough of how they conducted themselves. They were very professional, very knowledgeable about their trade, and their communication was outstanding. The communication examples: always asking is this what we were looking for, or giving us choices of how they could install the product in different variations for a different look.

The starting time for the crew was 8:00am. Tom the crew leader would get the guys together before 8:00 am and go over with them what was expected or what he would like to get done that day. Once the crew started everyone knew what their part was and got right to the project at hand.

The owner Eric came by every day to make sure nothing was needed and the project was going as planned.

Their work, WOW, I can't explain how well the team worked together and their eye for detail is amazing and their drive for excellence at their trade was apparent.

The gutter crew(Jason and Oz) followed up the following Monday after all the siding was installed.

The project is complete.

My wife and I are amazed of the transformation the house went thru and the beautiful job done by, The Home Exteriors of Michigan.

In all, Home Exteriors of Michigan is an amazing company, competitive prices, communication that exceeds five stars if there was a sixth star I would have awarding them with it. The house needed some trim repair. To me it seemed like a complicated repair. Ken and Frank and team were responsive and detailed. Beautiful work. Highly recommend.

We returned home from a vacation trip to discover that a rainstorm leaked water into our house from a roof leak. Home Exteriors of Michigan inspected and discovered the source of the leak along with other indications that required a roof replacement. We contracted with them to replace some of of the wood and all of the roofing material as well as improve the ventilation in the attic. Also hired them to repair and replace rotted facia board and trim, and all of the gutters and downspouts! Agreed upon materials were ordered, and the work was completed within a week of the discovery of the leak. The installation crews were conscientious, skilled and efficient from tear off through cleanup and we are extremely pleased with the workmanship and completed product. We would highly recommend Home Exteriors of Michigan for any home improvement project.

Home Exteriors of Michigan recently completed a project on my house, installing a new roof, siding, and gutters. Prior to the project, we requested quotes from four companies and received a wide range of prices. While some bigger companies seemed to inflate their quotes to take advantage of homeowners, Home Exteriors of Michigan, a local, family-owned company, stood out for their many years of experience, good reputation, and a reasonable quote.

I want to extend my gratitude to Frank, the sales manager, for his hard work, professionalism, and honest work ethic. Throughout the entire project, Frank maintained excellent communication with us regarding progress, materials, scheduling, and other related information. When issues inevitably arose, as in every home renovation project, Frank was proactive in addressing these problems, frequently communicating with us and coordinating solutions until we were satisfied. The company's owner, Erik, was very friendly and often visited the job site to oversee the resolution of issues personally.

The siding team, led by Tom, was outstanding. They took their time, working meticulously to ensure the job was done right, clearly taking pride in their work. I just had another roof done on my other property and these guys were very competitive with price and TBH , much better with communication. In hindsight, I'd have used home exteriors for both roofs. My Husband and I are over the moon happy with our new half cove scallops that were replaced on our 1880 Victorian home. Tomek and his team did a fantastic job, and they were very meticulous with placing every cedar board perfectly. We received a lot of compliments from our neighbors. We signed the agreement with Sam who figured the price and materials for the job, he was great to work with and put our minds at ease. He did a wonderful job making sure our project was exactly what we expected, and he gave suggestions to ensure the project was perfect. Home Exteriors of Michigan were great! We got our roof replaced on our ranch, and they were easy to work with, fair pricing, and clear schedule of when the work would be done.

The Good:
So I reached out to Home Exteriors for a quote for soffit, fascia and gutters. I really liked that I got a no-nonsense quote with none of the pressure tactics to encourage making a decision in an hour. I'm really hoping going to a continuous soffit vent and adding more vent holes to the soffit boards is going to improve my attic temperatures a bit. The crews that did the work were prompt, polite and looked to have done quality work on everything.

The Frustrating:
The installation date was moved from a Friday to a Saturday and that wasn't communicated to me. I had taken a day off to be present on Friday. It also wasn't communicated that the work would be done by two crews, so once the soffit and fascia were completed the first crew took off. Would have been nice to know up front.

Home Exteriors of Michigan helped me out with my roof after a bad hail storm. They made sure to meet with the insurance adjuster to point out and confirm the damage, and we’re quick to get us scheduled for our new roof. In addition, they were very timely with the tear off and installation of our roof, and did an excellent job cleaning up after all work was done. I highly recommend them if you need roofing work done.

I can safely say this has been the best experience with contractors of any sort in my lifetime. Brandon, the Sales Rep, was thorough, patient as I went back and forth with my wants, offering excellent suggestions when needed. The estimate he provided was highly professional, very detailed, so there was no guess work in what the costs were. Pavel, the on-site supervisor, and his team were always on time, worked solid 7-8 hour days, and were very skilled in their work. The Company owner, Eric, paid several visits to the job site over the course of the job, and was clearly committed to a quality job. His Operations Manager, Walter, was very good about keeping me up to date on job start and finish times, and was swift to return calls to answer my questions. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The crew did an impeccable job, every detail looks absolutely perfect. The quality of the work is outstanding. We felt like they went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. The office staff, production manager Walter, and the crew kept us in the loop about everything going on and were extremely responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend working with Home Exteriors of Michigan! They were prompt and very responsive throughout the process-from bids through inspection. The roof looks great and they really helped us work with our insurance company to have the full roof covered. The value is great, too. We got 5 bids before making a decision and they were all over the place (ranged from $9,000-26,000 for the same job?!). Home Exteriors of Michigan’s bid actually made sense. And, at the end of the day, there were no surprises-the projected cost was the final cost. What could have been a miserable experience was painless and I credit Sam and Walter for that-they were both great!

Home Exteriors of Michigan recently tore down all exterior trim/soffits/gutters on my home and replaced with all new materials including aluminum trim, newly installed hardi board (board and batton design) in select locations. Also installed black gutters. In addition, they had to replace/rebuild wood structure below the old trim. I feel my experience with the owner Eric, sales rep, and the work crew was outstanding. The price was fair and installation job very good. I would highly recommend Home Exteriors of Michigan.

We hired Home Exteriors to replace our outdated and leaky gutters. Even with snow still on the ground, Mike and his crew were quick, efficient and did an excellent job installing the new gutters. They were able to move some downspouts around and now our home looks so much tidier from the outside, and we no longer have pooling water near our foundation.

We have wanted siding and gutters on our house ever since we owned it in 1999. Finally in 2022 we decided to get it done! Home Exteriors of Michigan gave us the perfect quote. Brandon, the sales manager, was excellent. He explained the entire process. His team was very professional when they came out and they made my house look beautiful. We are recommending Home Exteriors of Michigan to our family and friends as we absolutely love the way our home looks. When the roof needs to be done we are definitely calling Home Interiors of Michigan because I know they will get the job done.

Changed the soffits from wood to metal and vinyl. They did a great job. The original color of some siding was too light so they changed it right away to be a darker color so it looks great now. They even painted the drip edge to match the metal so it looks consistent. Did everything we asked them to do and more. Great and respectful team of installers. Couldn't of asked for more. Will use them again when I need to do the roof.

Brandon and the team did excellent work for us. We needed a lot of work done on our house and their estimates came in much lower for all the jobs but one. That one was only slightly higher but only by a couple hundred dollars. Overall they saved us much more. The workers were all business and knocked the jobs out efficiently and did excellent work. We are thrilled with how our house looks now.

This is a TEN star company. From start to finish, Brandon Parsons was responsive, on time, professional. 100% top notch and the workmanship of his crew was excellent. I am a really picky person but I couldn’t find anything wrong with this entire job. The workers were excellent at paying attention to detail which is areal rarity i todays economy. The siding crew in particular impressed me with their level of old world craftsmanship. Excellent customer service, workmanship, great pricing and with no hidden costs. Home Exteriors of Michigan installed a COMPLETE roof on a 24x24 block garage, including framing, trusses, siding, and gutters. The block garage had no roof at all, now it looks like a new build. I would highly recommend Home Exteriors of Michigan. We originally sought them out to replace our siding and gutters, but prior to the siding project getting started we had an unexpected roof leak. They very promptly came out to our house to address that issue too. The roof was fixed very quickly and the siding project turned out wonderful as well. The whole team was very professional and very quick to answer phone calls. They were helpful with every step of the process. The work done was very high quality and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I definitely would recommend them to you and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future if needed.

The house I rent had a tree branch fall on the garage. They installed the new garage roof right away and left the yard and driveway cleaner than it was. The work looks amazing and i can’t recommend them more. 6 out of 5 stars.
