Kyle and Mya were great. Not pushy at all. Very nice. This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and it was pretty smooth and I feel I got a good deal out of it.

The service was provided in a timely manner and for near the cost that was advertised. I was able to schedule an appointment, bring my vehicle in and wait while the service was performed.

I did a really big service on my car. 60,000 service along with new tires and some other issues with the car. It cost a lot.
But before they were able to work on the other issues , they confirmed with me, via website link, to see if I wanted to get the service done.
This was a good way of communicating to see if I wanted the other services done.
The communication was also down via text message which was a good way to contact me about updates.

Friendly, professional, timely and easy! This was my first service appointment since moving here. It can be challenging finding auto repair you trust and they did a great job earning it. The waiting area is also clean and comfortable.

Great overall experience. It would be nice if a rental car would be available when my car is being worked on.

The service department for GM is amazing! Rachel and her staff are as good as it gets. In all of my years I have never seen a service manager as professional and efficient as Rachel.

Although we had to replace a transmission, the service was great, communication was excellent and when we encountered an issue with only having one vehicle, they gave us a loaner. I’m very happy with the changes in ownership, seems like they are working hard for their customers

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff made the process of buying a car pretty painless. High marks for transparency and honesty. I have to suggest they up their merch game and offer better swag options!

It was easy to make an appointment and they were helpful when I had to change times. Prior to the appointment I received reminder texts that were helpful. They texted me when the work was done with the recall work. All good!

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and everyone made sure I had everything I needed

I walked in and was greeted kindly by an assistant clerk sales, and I told the sales clerk what I was kinda looking at and prices, the clerk did great trying to accommodate with the vechiles that I was interested in. But in the end I walked out with a brand new 2024 Colorado trail boss. The experience went really well. Once the ball started rolling everything went like a breeze with the paper work and finance departments.

We ordered a rack for our vehicle & went to get it installed a couple days before we were leaving on a road trip - found out we had not ordered the right one. Shawn and team went above and beyond to help us locate one that worked and get it installed before our trip started. Thanks!

I love my car. The initial purchase was good, although things became quite bolloxed up with trying to get the car license, fees and reimbursements. I had an issue with not being able to get through for service when my battery died after only 4-5k miles, but my next service was comped because they hadn’t returned my earlier calls. Most recent service appt was excellent - went through what was done and very helpful answering my questions.

From our initial contact to purchase of new vehicle, Kyle provided timely information and professional service. Fair offer on trade-in. No pressure sale. Will recommend to others.

30k check-up. It was determined that my brakes had to be replaced at 35K! This is a Toyota! Service went well, but complete brake job at 35K??!! And I don’t ride the brakes, etc.

Very pleased! Staff were friendly and employees check occasionally if you’ve been helped, which is nice. The service department did a great job and the complimentary car wash was awesome. Tires were shiny, car exterior was clean, and the interior has been wiped clean too.

All I can say is THANK YOU for taking ownership of (formerly) Mendenhall Auto! The customer service and service management is 1000 TIMES better than before!

Very satisfied in the beginning but it is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone on the phone. A lot of working adults do not have time to go into the dealership when they have a question. A lot of confusion has happened between time of purchase and the present. It took 3 months to get my Alaska Package installed. No one ever called back from messages left in effort to schedule this installation. Its been a so-so experience after the excitement of purchasing my vehicle . I hope for improvement considering the amount of money being put into the purchase.

While visiting family in Juneau we needed the salt scraped off my grandma's car. so we went to the service dept. we were met with the friendliest faces in Alaska

Kyle is the man to go to. That man will help you even tho he is busy. Im bought a truck 3 months ago Probably. They answered all my questions/ helped me with everything i ask or needed. Overall the place is very friendly. Probably the best experience I had with a dealership out all the experiences I had, i typically hate dealerships but I'd definitely recommend
