The Home Depot - Reno, NV

Lots of hustle and bustle here. I feel they did a decent job of categorizing their products. Their staff was surprisingly good at directions and helping customers. Way to go folks!

I had my kitchen remodel by Home Depot and they did a great job from start of Cathy Sumner the design specialist who did a awsome job and help me with the changes. The demo and install team they work with Chisum was awsome and very clean!! The countoper Accent team was amazing. I would highly recommend Home Depot for Remodel Kitchen to my friends and family and was afforable as well.

It's nice to walk in to a store where people are friendly and they help you with what you need the people at the pro desk are always there for you answering your questions and sometimes taking the time to go show you where the product that you are looking for are I haven't got service like that at any other home depot they always ask you if you need help and I appreciate that so thank you Donovan , janette , idania and Dianna they all are big help keep up the good work

The pro desk always knows everything Donovan Janet Dianna and Idania they are always here and super helpful y las muchas Dianna y Idania hablan español they are smart and pretty I only come to this store cause of how good they treat me

I had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time at the West Reno store recently. Emad was there to help me and even though he didn't have an expansive knowledge of plumbing, he was so willing to stick around and help me find a part I needed for a home repair. He was so pleasant and treated me (a woman) with a lot of respect. I often go into hardware stores and have older men talk down to me and act like I don't know what I'm doing. Emad was the opposite. That young man should be managing that store! He has excellent people skills and provided great service. Thanks Emad!

I was so intrigued by Alexa's everything. I loved that girl. Thanks Goddess. I'll make sure to be back just to see her.

Had a great experience working with Alexa in Flooring. She was patient, efficient and explained all I needed to know of what to get to replace my kitchen and living room floors.

What the hell Home Depot?? You closed shop early for a Christmas party and all you could do is post a note on the entrance door?? Dafuk. Are you living under a rock? Technology is thru the roof, and no one bothered to update your website or even Google Maps with a notice. So thanks for making me waste a trip to go to your store and for having me sleep with no thermostat tonight. Merry effin christmas!

I had a great experience at The Home Depot in Reno. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mike at the paint counter who went above and beyond to assist me. Prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the variety of products available. Overall, a solid place for home improvement needs.

I am happy to say this store restored my loyalty to Home Depot. Staff goes out of their way to ask if I need assistance.

Had exactly what I wanted. Fair price. Quick self-checkout. I wish they had tap-to-pay to make it perfect. Inserting the chip is less secure than tap.

Was shopping at Home Depot stopped by a company that offered free HVAC inspection. My unit is old and need of replacing. Agreed rep came by and did inspection. Was going to buy new unit when I started pricing them online. Was about to be overcharged by $2000. I had faith and good experiences with Home Depot with window installation and appliance purchases. Needless to say I’m disappointed and now will question every service they out source.

Great home depot. It's way up on a hill and there is a wierd turn to get into the parking lot but once you are there it's a great store. Employees are helpful and it was clean. The gardening section had lots of options for plants and such. Nice place to shop for flowers.

I'm going to have to agree with these 2 ladies.I had a similar experience happen to me.They asked for my ID when I had a receipt.Then said all they could do is issue me a gift card.I didn't dispute it because I don't like confrontation. Probably should have lookin back at my experience. Makes me think that this is some sort of scam. Beware....

The employees that work in the returns are a bunch of manipulative bullies.I have never been treated so disrespectful in all my life in any store.There were 2 women in particular who thought it would be funny to gang up on me and not honor my return even though I had a receipt. They were giggling amongst each other and proceeded to try and bully me by making up their own rules .I'm not sure what their names were but I'm going to make sure that I find out and when I do I can promise you that I will make sure that corporate is aware of these 2 bullies.No one should have to endure what I went thru. Shame on them and shame on me for shopping there

This store is no good. Constantly several days late on deliveries that they promise next day, even though I paid the next day delivery fee. Constantly out of items that their website says they have 124 in stock of and the staff doesn’t care at all that I drove 45 minutes to get here to pick it up. All I get is a sorry about that. Do better. It’s not that hard.

Cancelled an order of tile without notice. No call, no email. If I hadn't been proactive enough to call them I would have been SOL when it came time to do the job. They also couldn't give any reason as to why it was cancelled. From top to bottom Home Depot is an example of weaponized incompetence. Highly recommend shopping at Lowes, Ace Hardware, or any small business in Reno over these guys.

Know who to ask for help. Always find an older gentleman. That's who helped me find something I saw online that other store workers said was sold out.

Nice home Depot. The employees are very helpful .However they need to do a better job on keeping the aisles clear of junk and clutter .
