From start to finish, the experience was great! Every person i talked to and worked with, from Kristen, who gave us the quote, to Daniel and his crew, who completed the painting, was helpful, nice, and knowledgeable, and now i have a newly painted house :) They were efficient and got the painting completed in less than 8 hours, that’s including the touch ups. I would definitely recommend them :)

I was disappointed in the dispatch and estimate team. I had read the good reviews about Battleborn and so I used the online contact form to request an estimate. Four business a days later, I hadn’t heard from them, so I called and got in the schedule. I confirmed the appointment twice over the phone and via the text message system. But the estimator didn’t show up during the time scheduled by Battleborn. I called twice during that hour he was supposed to be here and was told by the dispatcher that his car/teucj had broken down. The scheduler wanted to know if I wanted the guy to come later that day, but I had lost confidence in Battleborn’s reliability. I went ahead and scheduled the work with CertaPro!

I had an amazing experience with this company from the bid all the way to the finished project (the exterior of my house). I felt so comfortable with the quote that I got from Derek that I canceled the other company I had scheduled to give me a quote and went ahead with Battleborn. I’m so glad I did. After signing the contract, I was originally given an estimate of the third week in July to paint my house. But as I was having company staying with me the week of the 14th, they rearranged their schedule to fit me in before my guests arrived. The day my house was painted, the crew showed up at 8am on the dot and worked all day on the 90plus degree heat until it was finished. The attention to detail was amazing and the final walkthrough was very thorough. My house looks amazing now. I want to give a great big shout out to all the guys that made my house beautiful again. Very professional! Derrick started with a very thorough inspection of our home, discussed every option, and answered all of our questions. We received verbal price quotes on the spot, followed by a written quote shortly thereafter. No long waits for a pricing quote! Very good communication via text, email, and phone. They took the time to wash the house before they painted it and they insisted on only using the highest quality of paint! The crew that came to do the work was very professional and respectful. No call no show for my quote appointment for my new build detached garage.

Edit for response from owner: I made the appointment late last week and was out of the country until midnight last night (night before appointment), could not get a hold of you before my appointment at 9 am. Unfortunately, I assume that when an appointment is made, it is good to go and both parties have automatically agreed to it being set.

We are very pleased with the beautiful patio resurfacing they did. It is UV- and weather-resistant. Bailey did a superb job with the top coat and is very professional. We highly recommend them.

Battleborn painting just finished another project for me. previously they resurfaced my garage floor, this time they painted numerous cement stripes in my back yard. They arrived on time and worked hard during the day especially since the work was at ground level. Once the stripes were finished they sanded down 3 columns in a fountain. Once that was finished they applied a coating, a different color for each pillar. The result is outstanding. I recommend this company for all your painting needs.

They even cut hole in the window covering so light would come into the office, that was such a nice gesture. We are very happy with how the house turned out. The only thing we felt was an issue was us a slight gap in communication between BB and us. A call sooner would have been better for us. That being said we locked almost everything in when we signed the contract, so I can understand why there wasn’t so much communication between them and us. How the house turned out and how great the paint crew was made us pleased with choosing BattleBorn. Our home was transformed and we are ecstatic about our “new” home.

I requested for a garage epoxy floor covering. From the email request they immediately respond and take you step by step throughout the whole process. They constantly kept in communication and helped with picking the best floor option, colors etc.

The day of the job, the two employees were amazing. Both were very professional and explained the whole procedure and length of time. They explained follow up to keep floors looking great and curing time/process.

We just had the Battleborn team out to paint the exterior of our home. They were timely and showed up both days exactly when they said they would be here. They completed all of the work in only one and a half days which included repairs to the facia boards and the removal of some old satellite tv equipment.
