The Home Depot - Gillette, WY

I called to speak to the flooring department and James at the Service Desk answered. He explained no one in that department was answering but if I would hold he'd keep trying. No one ever answered so James took my number and said he'd get someone to call me back. That effort failed so James personally called me back and told me it appeared no.one was working in that department this late afternoon. Kudos to James for making the effort to keep me informed rather than endlessly waiting. Great job James at the Service Desk !

One of the best HD I've visited over the years. Employees don't scatter like cock roaches when making eye contact. The Gillette HD employees that I have encountered are courteous and willing to help. If you're looking for something and can't find, they will walk you to where you need to be, unlike other store's employees that just point and say "it's over there".
Years ago I swore I'd never step foot in a HD again. Gillette proved me wrong.

Had an amazing shopping experience at Home Depot. The employee who helped me his name was Frank. I ask him about price matching he made sure to find out the answer. He stuck with me till we got an answer and didn’t just pass me off to someone else, he even did some research and found out that Home Depot actually was offering a better deal Even went over to the cash register to make sure that it rang up properly was very polite and very helpful and I really appreciate good customer service that makes sure to stick with you till everything is resolved it’s a hard thing to find here in Gillette and I’m happy to see someone doing it.

Hope my project arrives is good shape and that everything is just like it said. Miranda at the help desk/phone was just a gem to help us as we live 90 miles away. She saved us a few trips which is amazing!!

I just wanted to leave a review for the employee Shawn. I needed some plywood cut and he went above & beyond to make sure I had the right size for my project and had amazing customer service!

I went into the local store & purchased a portable air conditioner. It was totally paid for but I could not get it into my car. I was told that I could come & pick it up later, after I could find help getting it home. A couple hours later I returned with help, I went into to get it & I was told that it was sold to someone else because the young guy did not mark it as being sold. I told him before I left not to sell that to someone else because it was still on the floor. He said, oh no we will pulling back & mark it. He didn't. He just told me oh sorry I didn't know that was the only one left. He could have figured since it was the only one sitting out on the floor it probably was the only one. Apparently he didn't bother looking it up either. He just said oh sorry, I told him I was really pissed because I had already paid for it & now I was out because tgey didn't have anything else big enough. He just got the hell out of there. The young lady at the service desk felt terrible & the evening store manager I talk to tried go find another one but couldn't. They did refund my money. I try calling today to get the name of the regional manager but never did get an answer after waiting 26 minutes. Very disappointing.

I have shopped there many times and they always have what I need. I also like their delivery options. They are very fast and have received my items with same-day shipping for a nominal fee.

Excellent Customer Service Experience at Home Depot Gillette, Wyoming

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot in Gillette, Wyoming today, thanks to Ashley's exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me during checkout and even convinced me to sign up for a Home Depot card, emphasizing how it could help me save money in the long run. Ashley's friendly demeanor and helpful advice made my shopping experience enjoyable, and she's a prime example of why I love shopping at this location. Highly recommend!

Rotten! Terrible! I will never purchase from Home Depot again!!! I spent $2100 on kitchen cabinets, delivery date March 22 or 23rd. I had contractors booked for eight weeks, electricians booked for six weeks, all waiting for kitchen cabinets to arrive. They changed the delivery dates for different times, and will not deliver my cabinets until after contractors and electricians are gone, so I will have to wait an additional 6 to 8 weeks for anybody to be able to come back. I am an elderly lady, can’t be without a stove or running water for my kitchen sink! Home Depot could care less! I am very dissatisfied with their service, everybody wants to blame it on everybody else. I could’ve ordered my cabinets from Lowe’s and it would’ve been delivered on time. Yes, it’s a major inconvenience, that’s what everybody says, but nobody is trying to get the kitchen cabinets here for me. Very, very dissatisfied. Customer. I learned my lesson, the very hard way.

Ordered an item they didn’t have in store. Received bad information about installation procedures. Later got the delivery late and was promised a refund for services we didn’t get and a hassle fee for late delivery. It took a month and 68 phone calls and 67 promises that they were working on it, which of course they weren’t. Terrible customer service.

Fasteners (gun nails, construction screws) and quick in and out service. Their selection and pricing on fasteners is the best in town. Added bonus if you need diablo saw blades. Best and longest lasting for the value. The biggest drawback is the lumber and other building material supply, it would be more helpful to have a yard, but there are other places in town for this service. Also, the curbside, online ordering is slow and clunky. Not a fan of using the service and the customer service counter is generally backlogged.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Ordered a zero turn cub cadet to be delivered to my parents place, over a week and a half ago. They call me a day before delivery, to inform me they cannot deliver it on the said date. Was on the phone all day trying to get it resolved for delivery. They did nothing (numerous people involved, including customer service and 2 different stores) I ended up canceling my order. Won't be doing business with them again.

I can't believe the customer service here! Definitely the best Home Depot I've been to in my 24 years in construction. ❤️

Good store some helpful employees and others omg don't know anything about anything had one one time looking for a adapter for a light bulb he took me all over I finally gave up and left then a friend of mine went there and found the adapter after I sold him the light bulb of course lol wish I could have found it wanted that bulb it was 23,500 luminous

This place is tops in Customer Service.
They got me loaded up perfectly. It was a tight fit and the Fork Lift Driver was top notch. I was very pleased with your Teams effort in getting me loaded.

Everyone loves the Home Depot store if your into fixing your house up or your man cave or even your she shed. They have everything you need to do your project. If you need tools to do the job or just the supplies they have it. They also have all the new electrical lawnmowers in stock right now. And it seemed that they had a huge tool box sale going on. Plus if you are into grilling they have those too. Plus the gardening section and the outdoor storage units.

Bre is a new cashier at Home Depot in Gillette but she is very very nice and definitely a people person! Very good helpful addition to the Gillette Home Depot!
