Rob - my salesman - is phenomenal! I immediately felt comfortable with him when explained his tenure in the roofing business. Rob did an excellent job of reviewing my insurance paperwork and carefully coordinating with me to get my roof, windows, and siding done. Rob is straight to the point, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and has exceptional follow through skills. Rob is an asset to this roofing company and they come highly recommended!

Had my roof and siding done. Claimed to be a local company but subcontracted out all the actual work to out of town workers. Workers who then left garbage everywhere. I was told a different story by everyone I talked to. Work that was promised to be done never was. I asked for the old plastic shudders to be left off the house but that was never related to the people doing the actual work. Probably because not one of them understood English. They gave me a bid and then a contract to replace my widows but then claimed not to have a contract or even be a company that does widows at all. If you need your house repaired from hail damage look we elsewhere.

I had an excellent service provided by Razor City Roof. My roof looks great! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. The salesman was prompt at returning my phone calls and knew the answer to all my insurance questions after filing a claim for hail damage. He was very knowledgeable in regards to explaining my coverage and my deductible. I would recommend this company to anyone.

In July 2019 our home sustained thousands of dollars in damage, from the hail storm. We contacted a company to give us an estimate. When the etamator showed up, he wasn't customer friendly by any means. He insisted we sign a blank contract. When asked if he would buy materials local he said no they buy direct from the manufactures. We informed him we wanted an estimate in dollars. He said his company works directly with the insurance company, and we had no say in the matter.
In February, there was no contact made with the insurance company. Our patience ran out and called Razor City Roofing. The estimator was here the next day. We went over the damages, he gave us an estimate, and said work would start in late April. He agreed all materials would be purchased locally. Within a short time contact and approval with insurance company, us and Razor City Roofing was met.
A few days prior to starting they called said the materials would be delivered and work would start the first of the next week. The roof was complete in 2 days. The following Sunday the crew called and they had time to install the gutters that afternoon if We didn't mind them working on Sunday. Then the siding was done and job was complete.
What a great experience working with Razor City Roofing & Siding. They are very professional, customer oriented and,, a honest company to work with.
We will highly recommend them to anyone and use them again if the need arises.

After the hail storm destroyed the front siding of our home we requested Razor City Roofing & Siding to come out and give us an estimate for repairs.

We met with Rhonda (who has always been a pleasure to deal with and has always gone the extra distance for us) and after their initial inspection, we signed the paperwork for them to do the work on our property.

When the insurance adjuster came to the house, Rhonda was there to assist us - Although the insurance said our roof was good, upon a second look it was determined it actually did need replacing - without her help and advocacy we wouldn't have gotten this done.

Now this isn't to say everything was smooth sailing - Menards had said they delivered the siding to our address when it was still at the store warehouse, and due to the winter weather temperatures not getting high enough for the roofing to be completed in a way that insured proper adhesion it did take a bit longer - but the work has been completed professionally and beautifully.

We are quite happy to have worked with this company and appreciate the honesty, the time taken to explain why there were unfortunate but understandable delays, and the extra distance and work they put in dealing with both our insurance and reverse-mortgage companies in making sure the money flowed as needed.

We highly recommend Larry, Rhonda, and Razor City Roofing & Siding - they have been a pleasure to do business with and we would definitely hire them again.
