Dawson Peters just shampooed my carpet. I had spilt spaghetti sauce on it and he got every bit of it out. I was very impressed with his work and is a very pleasant young man to work with. Thank you!

Serve Pro has done an excellent job cleaning up our house with smoke and water damage from a neighboring fire! I could not be happier with my experience with the gentleman at Servpro in Gillette!! I was needing to get my apartment carpet cleaned....John came out and gave me a fair bid and was very professional! Trent and Dave were on time to the appointment and showed up ready to go! They were professional, efficient and did a very good job!! I don't think the carpet has ever looked as good as it did when they were finished!! Big thank you to these guys!!

John was very friendly and easy to work with.
The man who put up the sheet rock did an excellent job.
The painting was a challenge as it was dark blue and the ceiling is textured. We did have to request that the painting be touched up. They did and it’s much better.

We had our basement start flooding and the guys from servepro came over in a very timely manner and went to work immediately. The first night they had all the water sucked up and their equipment set up to start drying. They got our basement dry in just several days when we were expecting it to take longer. John David and Maddox all did an amazing job. Thank you guy very much!

This company was dishonest, did poor quality work, and did not stand behind their word. The job they had was to clean hard goods, soft goods and did my rebuild. They damaged many of my items, used poor quality workers and created more stress than I already had with my fire. They started out good but did not follow up and once paid had no interest in following up, If you want more stress, hire them.

Sept 2024 we had a water value break on the second floor of one of our apartments. Major water damage to both floors of the apartment. John Peters of Servpro came and began drying out what he could, and removing damaged sheetrock, flooring, etc. He was there everyday checking and making sure things were getting dried out properly, he kept us informed of all that was going on. We appreciated his expertise.

John and Maddox did an amazing job on my parent’s apartment. They made sure to play close attention to the problem spots on the carpet and it cleaned up well! We will be using them again and I will be recommending these two to my friends and family!

SERVPRO has gained my trust as an honest company. They did some work at my shop and they were upfront about the work that needed to be done vs what I could have done due to my lease. They clearly communicated in writing as well as verbally and met us at our current needs at the time. Andy took great care of us.

Today I had a recliner and my carpets in my home shampooed, they always do a wonderful job every time! I love how they text after to make sure all was to my liking!

Servpro did an amazing job with cleaning our carpets and upholstery! John and Austin came in on a Saturday and got all the stains out of everything we asked them to do. Two floors of hallways and offices plus 28 chairs in eight hours. Looks like new again! We’ll be calling Servpro for our next round of cleaning.

SERVPRO is our go-to company with emergency recovery services. John Peters with SERVPRO has been super easy to get a hold of, has been professional, and did a thorough job at our home when we had water damage and then later came to the aid at our Elementary School with a large air scrubber to get rid of smoke that needed cleared out of the building from nearby wildfires. We highly recommend their services!

John Peter's with Servpro was so helpful.
He got called out early in the morning (4:00am)on a Saturday and never left till the problem was solved. He stayed and tore out carpet and flooring and loaded them by himself. He was amazing!!

The guys that came out were absolutely amazing very kind did a very good job. Even had to work around toddlers running around I am very pleased with how my carpet turned out. Highly recommend using them.

Servepro charged my property management $800 to vacuum up water after a broken pipe. The property manager passed this cost on to me. I had to return the next day to clean and vacuum water myself as the leak had not been fixed. No fans, no carpet removed, no drywall removed. Just claimed to have vacuumed up water as it continued to leak.

SERVPRO was very easy to work with and did a great job doing a routine service on my house. Would highly recommend!
