Jordan Tucker is the best one to get you a car from, I went in and went from a 2010 to a 2018 Ford fusion and I love it I would definitely recommend him for all your vehicles and business.

Over the last year I had two different and yet similar experiences purchasing vehicles. Last year I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Tucker as he helped me find a brand new 2024 Tundra TRD Pro. The majority of the process was over the phone/text/call and finished up in person at the dealership. Jordan was absolutely excellent the entire time. Communicating with him was always a pleasure and never a hassle. I was so so pleased with the car shopping experience I told him I would be a returning customer. I cannot recommend him enough. A few days ago I reached back out to Jordan as we were in the market for my wife’s vehicle. Our plan was to set up a day on the lot to test drive a 2025 4Runner. We ended up falling in love with a 2025 Land Cruiser 1958. Once again our experience with Jordan was excellent. He was very attentive and patient with us through out this process. I went to Bill Penny Toyota of Jasper on April 24, 2025. The sales associate was Jake. Jake seemed knowledgeable. I explained that I wanted his best deal upfront without the traditional haggling. He gave me what he said was their best deal and became rude when I said thank you but that does not meet my budget. He walked off without so much as a goodbye, hope to be able to do business another time. No nothing, just left us at his desk and walked off. Just rude. I will not be going back there. Any future consideration I would have given this dealership is null and void!!

Messed up bill of sale twice, saleswoman kept pushing for a survey every time I went into the dealership. I was promised a second key (new vehicle) which never got. (Called multiple times). Went with my brother for an oil change in his truck, which got stuck on the lift. They gave him a loaner and after he returned it, they wanted him to pay for gas .

Worse experience I have ever had... Try to be nice because the sell person was trying so hard, but he was not very educated and had very little knowledge in the vehicles that we purchased.. Make an appointment to get your vehicle looked at or even a simple oil change, is it all day event.. every time you order a piece and you go to have it put on or get your key , they give the items to another customer or sent it back and all you get is an apology. I had my tires rotated on the five thousand mile mark and it shimmies and shakes after they rotate the tires.. I've told them and all they say is don't worry about it. It won't damage anything and when you come in next time we will have an alignment done.. the truck , I had 5000 miles on it. Nothing was wrong until I took it to toyota.
Im sure they are going to post their reason or reply to my review and I expect the same statement , a apologize but we have spoken with them numerous times on these issues.
And the only reason I gave them one star. Because they refuse to let me post my review unless I choose one star. Honestly it should be minus five stars.

I had a wreck yesterday and needed a rental asap! Went to Enterprise, had a HORRIBLE experience and then went to Bill Penney Toyota. I wish I had gotten the woman's name who helped us. She was very courteous, friendly, very professional and she made sure we left as happy customers! I was there today on 5-20-25 around 3-4 pm. The woman working these hours needs a big raise! She is a rockstar!
