Rico and Brit came over to Trinity Episcopal Church and pulled up wax from Easter . They did a fabulous job leaving the carpet like it was never there. They will come back !

Last September our house was flooded by a faulty commode.
Servpro did come out quickly to start drying the floors.
All the flooring had to be removed and it was done within 2 weeks.
The problem was the people who put the new flooring down did a horrible job and they left us with a mess in our bathroom, walls were messed up and the paint jobs for the walls are terrible.
We are having to completely repaint the baseboards and redo the bathroom ourselves.
There were so many things messed up, I cannot list them all.
They were in charge to get professionals to do these jobs and they did not!

Rico and Martell came out and did a great job after we recently had flooding on our home. They were able to get things cleaned up quickly and explained things well. Super friendly and extremely professional. I would 100% recommend Servpro, and especially these guys, to take of your cleanup needs.

SERVPRO did an awesome job working our frozen pipe issue on Friday February 21st at Highland Baptist Church. They removed well over 500 gallons of water out of our first floor area in about a three hour period and had it all dried out in a few days causing minimal damage to our property. Adam Rico, Rusty Cody, Nate Clifford, and Devin Carl all worked until the job was complete.

Rusty and Cody did a great job. They were professional, friendly and kept me informed about everything. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this company from the beginning to the end. Patricia, in the office, was wonderful on the phone with estimates for cleaning my carpet. Super friendly and genuinely helpful. Appointment was scheduled the next day. The team members that arrived were early. Called me too. They worked quickly. Super friendly as well. I shared my concerns about the carpet not being cleaned (though they supposedly were) and they showed me how filthy the carpets really were. Shout out to Rico, Brittany and Kadarius. I called them a month or so ago to give an estimate on an insurance claim. They were prompt in coming out and getting pictures of the damage and getting the estimate but they never sent the info to the company and I had to call them numerous times to ask why. They kept saying oh I thought we sent that and let me check and call you back but never did. The three starts is for their promptness and I’d give a negative zero for customer service.

Great friendly company to work with so, if you ever need their help with any type clean up needs Servpro is the company to call.

I called them on Thanksgiving to clean up water from a busted washing machine hose. They were on site within one hour! On Thanksgiving day!! One guy actually got his Thanksgiving dinner to go! Great company. Great workers. Great job. And very fairly priced!
