Nicest Home Depot employees anywhere. My favorite to use for delivery and if I have to go to one. Just pleasant friendly people compared to even other nearby stores.

Outstanding customer service from Paul G in the wood section. Help select what I needed for my project, perfectly cut the wood. Paul is genuily happy to help customers. The world needs more Paul G.

Took their free home water test home that they offered. After mailing in a sample for testing they only would give me the TDS results and said they would need to send a water quality technician to my house for further testing. Their technician was just a whole water filter salesman who was very aggressive with their sales pitch. They fear tactics such as fake water tests like a $5 water electrolizer which just makes the minerals in the water and makes your water cloudy and adding a chemical that makes water look cloudy and glimmery (something that's a my first chemistry set trick) . Do not fall for this scam. This home depot is openly allowing this scam to happen and I feel it's completely unacceptable.

We just scored a 36” vanity for $78 originally $369 and too for $116. And it wasn’t the cheap builder grade.

Store is clean and associates are helpful for sure. Some prices on the storm doors in the back are a little confusing, would be nice if they could organize things like that better for us customers. That parking lot is in desperate need of being repaved badly.

Employees always cheerful, everything is easy to find due to marked labels of aisles and bays. Everything seems to be in stock and available when we visit

Years of building houses, remodeling, carpentry, and my own DIY have led me to the best Home Depot in the world. The one next to Walmart in Gloucester. Employees are cheerful and helpful and will bend over backward to get your project moving. Jackhammer rental works fantastic. I love this store. Today Shay was super helpful and reminded me why I'm always driving past other hardware stores to go to this Home Depot. Thank you!

Love the store and employees very helpful. What drops this review down so far is the parking lot. Probably the worst parking lot conditions than in a 500 mile radius. Don't even think about pushing a cart more than 10 feet without all the contents shaking off onto the ground. I have seen abandoned parking lots in better shape. Come on Home Depot you're better than this.

Always greeted, always people willing to help and they know what they are talking about. I'm a contractor and have heard other stores tell people crazy things. This is my Home Depot of choice on the peninsula.

I find this store has such pleasant and helpful employees. Darryl was so helpful assisting me with finding the products I needed. He save my day twice after finding my cell phone and bringing it to the store front before I left. I didn't know I lost my phone. A big thank you to Darryl and the ladies assisting as self check out. Great customer service!

Drove 2 hours for NO REASON! I called to see if they had a product in stock and the guy on the phone said they had a lot of the product in stock, get to the store two hours later AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY!!!!! Do your job and check correctly!!! This is pure laziness.

This power house has great products and great personnel--ready and willing to help you out with whatever you need. Wonderful place.

We visited your store twice since we are remodeling one of our bathrooms. Brandi was there both times when we visited and was so very helpful, professional and nice. A pleasure working with her.

Excellent customer service! Ordered some things for curbside pickup. Arrived and parked, not even 2 minutes later, our order was brought to us! Perfection!

Went to buy a stove. Drove an hour to get there. Apparently, they do not believe that people might need a stove immediately, so they don't keep them in stock. The appliance lady wasn't particularly friendly about telling us that. Fortunately, the Lowe's up the road has plenty of stoves in stock, so since they actually want to sell products, that's where I bought a shiny new stove, and a few other things, too.

I found the people at this store to be especially helpful both at the front desk and the paint department

On 10/17/23 I ordered an electric lawnmower, an electric weed eater, and a set of long handled pruning shears. I was informed that because the shears and lawnmower were in stock at my local store (this location) I would receive same day delivery. As I was home I was hoping Id be able to make some use out of them, but they never arrived. Instead I received an email from Home Depot at 8:15pm that my delivery was canceled because "no one was home to sign for the delivery". As tis was obviously not true I called the customer service number and the associate helpfully called the store to get an explanation, then rescheduled my delivery for today, 10/18/23 and apologized for not being able to get an explanation as to why my delivery was canceled.

This morning at 9:27am while at work I received an email saying my items were out for delivery, but then received another email at 11:17am saying the delivery had been canceled yet again, and again because "no one was home to sign for the delivery" even though the same email acknowledged no signature was required.

This time when I called customer service I was first assured that no, my delivery was not canceled and the second email was sent in error, and gave me a tracking number for my items. The tracking number, when put in to the site, said my delivery was canceled. Once again I called customer service and explained the issue, this time asking that either my items be delivered today as promised or that I be given a refund as I was not interested in rescheduling once again when twice before their delivery people had failed to do so and for false reasons.

Once again they had no answer as to why my delivery was canceled and could not even give me an answer as to how they were going to address the issue of their delivery people outright lying and not performing their duties. When told they could not try to deliver my items today and would have to reschedule again, I was forced to argue in order to get my order canceled and a refund processed, and as it stands given the standard of service I've already received I'm anticipating having to report fraud through my bank before I see my money returned.

I am never buying anything from this location again unless forced, and then only if I physically go into the store, find it myself, and bring it home myself. Whoever they use for local deliveries clearly cannot be trusted and the management is either incapable or unwilling to hold them accountable.

I needed an old overflow flapper for an American standard toilet and they had exactly what I needed. I'm terrible at fixing things and I got this one in and it works perfectly. God and Home Depot were on my side.

Probably not the best of the big box hardware stores. I spread 12 bales of STRAW bought at HD in the walkways of my veggie garden. Straw in most of the world is just grain chaff, not the seed part. HD STRAW had so many seed heads, my walkways were chock full of grass and weeds before the veggies even sprouted.

Their whole sales system is garbage. Went in to return an item and the cashier couldn't find it in the system even though I used my actual home depot card to pay for it, I found it in my email and got the order number and they still couldn't find it. I'm blown away at how incompetent the sales team is, and the app is just as bad. They were able to pass it off to a gift card which I can't even use to buy anything online or through the app because it's an invalid payment method. What a joke. From what I see the store sales and online sales are on separate systems and can't communicate with each other so good luck if you try to return anything.

It is a great store, shelves are organized, floors are clean. You can tell the employees care for their store! Thank you!
