Ivan took meticulous notes on what we wanted, including painting, changing light and faucet fixtures, and replacing flooring. During the process, Ivan and his crew found some problems we had not discussed, but still fixed them within the timeframes they had quoted. Additional work done-all outside: replaced front porch posts and steps. Replaced mailbox post. Outside painting included front porch, shutters and trim at roof line. Pressure washed house and concrete patio. Ivan's crew did great job. Very professional. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Ivan very responsive, kept me informed throughout process and was flexible when i added a few adddional tasks.

The contractor was hire to power wash the house, repair wood damage around the house and garage, replace the front stairs and repaint the deck. The contractor and his team took the time to make sure all tasks were completed professionally. We had hired previously to paint the interior of my house. Overall, 100% recommend this company. The owner of this company is a retired veteran Ivan. They are very professional and serious about work. Their work is high quality. I had a lot of work for a house I bought including installing the wood floor, painting, a lot of repairs inside and outside. They did a good work, and they are very patient, finished all the details in high quality, I trust them a lot and keep using them afterwards for any house work. They can do big project and can also help with a very small thing such as power wash. It is hard to find such kind of general contractor. I would rate them 5 star and highly recommend for any house remodeling work. They are also very honest, if they could not do it, they will tell you. If they can do it, they will let you know a very reasonable price with proposed timeline.
