Those guys can literally do magic. They built the entire shed in 4 days and it was amazing work. The lineup, dedication, and shed building was extremely smooth and following exactly the 3D rendering that their designer made. I love the work they did and can't describe my satisfaction level.

After the last storm we encountered, the pipe froze and we got leaks in the bathroom. My wife and I were very disappointed because we had just the entire bathroom renovated. Our original contractor was not responding so we reached out to Potts brothers after we found their profile on Angie's list and we are glad we had the luck to get them to renovate our bathroom. The work looks phenomenal! We were worried about the damages that the leak and wall cracks caused, but they did spectacular job in remodeling the entire bathroom as needed and repainting it seamlessly that no one can tell about the bad encounter that we had due to the storm. Thanks to Joe and Peter and we definitely recommend them. The photos don't give justice so I posted a video that shows our remodeled bathroom.

Potts Brothers LLC did an outstanding job updating all the old cast iron plumbing in my house to PVC. They were incredibly professional, worked efficiently, and even finished ahead of schedule. On top of that, they came in under budget, which was a pleasant surprise. Finding a contracting company that is both reliable and cost-effective isn’t always easy, but Potts Brothers exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any plumbing or renovation needs!

I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Peter oversaw the work and together with omar and the rest of the team, and they made sure everything was done right and on time.

The bathroom is now my favorite part of the house—it’s modern, functional, and just looks so good. The basement went from being a storage dump to a space I actually want to hang out in. The quality of the work is really solid, and you can tell they care about the little details. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were. Youssef and Peter kept me in the loop the whole time, answered all my random questions, and made sure I was happy with how things were going. If you’re thinking about a remodel, I’d definitely recommend Potts Brothers. Youssef and Peter are a great team, and they made the whole thing stress-free. 10/10!

Great experience with Youssef and Peter! They were professional and on time with my bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinet painting. The estimate was done smoothly and they were very communicative. Their teammate Omar was very knowledgeable and hands on. They worked very carefully to ensure the kitchen floor and furniture were protected during the work, they even did some additional work at no extra cost! I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Very well! Both bathrooms projects were completed very well and with great attention to detail. While working on the interior, Potts painters discovered a leak from the floor above, enabling us to get a plumbing repair done before the leak caused damage. The painters cut a neat hole in the ceiling and later repaired it expertly. The before and after photos show their great work on the bathroom.

Let me say first that I certainly TRIED to use this business, but due to their complete lack of follow-up and responsiveness, I was unable to. I had them come out to give a quote. They were a half hour late, but they gave me a heads up with plenty of time to plan for that, so no problem. The guy came in, we discussed the job, he wrote down a few notes, and then quoted me an amount on the spot. I gave him my email address and he said he would send me the proposal to review later that day (Saturday) and I made it clear that I wanted to move quickly on scheduling and was eager to get the project going.

I received no email proposal Saturday. I received no proposal Sunday. On Monday, when I had still received nothing, I called them and received a voicemail and left a message. No proposal, no callback. I had found this company through the Anji app, so on Monday evening, I sent the company a message through the app. No response. Here we are on Wednesday, I have received no follow-up contact from this company who supposedly has such amazing reviews. Those must have been the lucky people who were actually able to get these guys to show up on time and respond to their inquiries. It is really a shame. They must be so busy that they don't need my money! This has been a setback for my project planning and overall a disappointing experience.

Potts Bros have done several jobs for us over the years. We call them back every time we need painting done because we can count on the job being done very well for a fair price. And the crew and staff are always super friendly, polite, very helpful, and thorough. They’ve painted are front porch twice, to include replacing damaged or rotting wood as needed. Over the years, They’ve painted pretty much every square foot of the inside of our home - some rooms twice as the kids grew and moved out. They also do other work, for example the power washed the exterior gutters, siding and trim - which made a huge difference with the look of the house. We didn’t realize how dirty the outside of the house had gotten - yuck! Potts Bros is the best , and we’d never hire anyone but Potts Bros when we need our home painted and for other stuff.

Before I start, let it be known I rarely post reviews I NEVER POST NEGATIVE. I hate to complain. But I just want to share my personal experience with Potts Brother LLC, I'm sure some people somewhere have had greats experience and may think the world of them, unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Potts Brothers, in my opinion, suffer some horrible communication and customer service skills and also not realizing its the year 2018

We were hiring them to take care of mold and repair drywall. The never tell us what time they were coming my wife has to call and ask what they will be there. They say 9:00- 9:30. Ok got it! The day comes I'm home waiting, I'm on the phone with my wife I tell her that I think I hear the doorbell, I go downstairs open the door nobody's there. I look out the back window see a gentleman in getting in his car, I lift up the window to try to get the guy's attention still not sure it's him or not. I go downstairs open the basement and the guy's gone.

At the time I'm still not sure if that's him, nobody called and said hey I'm at the front door or I'm at the back door or anything like that. So we called the only number we had which always goes to voicemail,"Hey not sure if that was you but, we're here" no response. I call back Monday get the expected voicemail, no response. So I call back Tuesday, someone picks up and HANGS UP THE PHONE, YES. So I said this cant be real I call right back, someone picks up, and proceeds to argue with me about how they're not coming back out because I should have been there. Their lack of communication is costing them money, we had some more work for them to do, my porch steps are jacked up, there are other things in the house we wanted to be fixed.

What I assume happen was, that he came knocked on my basement door, then came around front rang the front doorbell once and left. I was waiting for them, for some reason I did not hear him. All he had to do was call and say "hey Mr. Humphrey I'm outside". We had no contact information for him, he had ours. Communication and bad customer service got them this review, loss of work, loss future work, and loss of recommendations. Again I'm not to assuming that my experience is the same that everyone else will have. This is how my family and I were treated.

I had a very good experience with Potts Brothers. From getting the estimate to the completion of the project, everyone was friendly and professional. I had a 6 foot fence painted. They found a color that matched my deck. After the work was done there was a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied.

I have a townhouse with a full across front white porch with six sections of railing. Some of the bottom rails had rotted and needed replacement. I went on Angie's list and checked out three painters. First two could not handle carpentry. Called Potts who came out in very short order, surveyed job, quoted good price including carpentry. Crew came out early and did first rate job painting the TH (mainly trim except for big front porch). Key aspect was that Potts guys replacement of full bottom rail on sections between pillars. Previous painters had replaced rotted areas of a section, but over two years they rotted out again because of hair line joint between repair and old section.

Excellent and professional paint job with no drops or brush dribble on non paint surfaces. Good selection of paint and two coats plus on porch. Oh, and the guys took off six flower boxes from railing, painted them inside out and put back up after thoroughly painting entire railing well.

Master bathroom remodel- and I would highly recommend them. Tile work by Jose was fabulous, as well as the custom window bench. A big thanks to Bob (and my neighbor for recommending them)! Already thinking of the next project- will definitely use them again.

Potts Brothers painted my house inside and out several times over the past twenty-five years. Each time they did highly professional work at a reasonable price. Moreover, their people were consistently helpful, friendly, and honest. I heartily recommend Potts Brothers.
