The app took me right to the right aisle and bay. So despite three different workers checking in to make sure I didn't need any help, I managed to find everything I was looking for except the gloves (which they sell but were not in stock)

I came in this afternoon to take care of some returns and I had a great experience at the service desk the associate Angel was very knowledgeable and made sure that the process was quick and painless which was a breath of fresh air compared to my past experiences.

We went to Tilton Home Depot today asked one of the associates if he knew anything about installing Bathtubes he said no. We asked if he could get someone that did he rolled his eyes and said yup. We waited for 3min he didn't move from spot or pick up a phone he had not intentions of helping. Lowes right down the street.

We just purchased a new washer and dryer and the Home Depot team did an incredible job from helping us choose the perfect style to the delivery through my tight doorways. The delivery guys were kind and efficient and very knowledgeable.

We went to Home Depot to purchase a washer and dryer. Having not done this for many years we were not very informed on what the latest models were like although had done some research. Kevin in the appliance department is wonderful! He was extremely helpful in explaining the various models, warranty packages etc. We were very pleased with what he told us and are extremely satisfied with our purchases. Thank you Kevin, you made this process a pleasant experience, you are the best!!

Home Depot is not the same at each store . I have been to many and the Tilton store is the best!! They actually take time to help ! Kitchen and Bath rocks!!!

Went a month ago to buy ceiling tiles with my uncle. Price online was not advertised properly and would not price match. "Pro Services" manager was an absolute jerk pretty much saying "I don't care that the price is different." and "I don't care you found a better price somewhere else". Would not help us in any way at all.

Yes he really said "I don't care". He seems like the type of person to be like, "I don't care, this is my job and it sucks so you have to have a bad experience as well".

We went to Lowe's to buy the ceiling tiles instead and got instantly greeted with friendly employees and they even gave us a few extra packs because there were some damaged ones.

Helpful employees. Had what I needed. Were helpful with a heavy product and its return. Store seemed a little dated, but it is a building supply merchant, not a department store.

I always find what I need here. This time it was an oddly sized lightbulb for a basement light fixture. I'm also a big fan of Ryobi products which HD has a partnership with.

I was sent to Home Depot for a few items he needed for our home project. I was assisted by three awesome associates who helped me find hinges, zip ties, and latches for our chicken coop. Thank you for your help!

Worst experience ever at any home depot. Employees weren't helpful at all. One employee hoovering and waits until we have loaded 3 carts of wood, on with 27 sheets of OSB, then asks if we need help when were just about done. After we load everthing on to our trailer ourselves, I go back in and ask our cashier how I was supposed to attach the flag (there was no stapler or roll of flag material) she shrugs her shoulders and shakes her head.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are a contractor do not bother to order anything from Home Depot. I have been waiting 3 weeks so far on a delivery of almost 10k. All of the money that I saved on the price I had to pay three fold for down time and just waiting to get a call back for status of delivery. Everyone I have spoken to wants to blame someone else. This will be the last time I ever is Home Depot for a build.

Very disappointed, I really like the store, but I witnessed something that I just could not believe. Waiting in the garden department there was a cashier that was a senior citizen, a brazen thief literally walked right by her carrying something and when she asked for his receipt, he just kept going. It really didn’t dawn on me until I asked her. I said what was that and she said it was another theft. the guy disappeared into the parking lot as quick as could be that this is a common practice. It’s very disappointing that Home Depot does not have some kind of security to catch these people. It’s almost as if it’s business as usual and it’s an accepted behavior. Very disappointing for the law abiding, paying citizens. I really like this store, but I was very dismayed by this seemingly acceptable behavior. It was as if the thieves know this and do it anyways…

This is the best home depot out there. You have plenty of room to move around. There are no other guests walking around. And you certainly don't see anyone working there to pester you about what you need and if they can help. The ones that you do see are smart enough to know you wanna be left alone completely as you walk around looking for the small electronics bay. They will go to the back row to walk to the other side of the store. Just so they don't have to bother you while you're looking For that tiny little piece that you need to complete your hot tub. In plumbing, There are never employees working to try to help guests find that unknown cuppling, They don't know where to find it either. So why stand around? They are trained extensively in knowing when to hit the bathrooms. Any guess in plumbing is a trigger for the bladder. Bravo Home Depot..you've finally achieved a contactless shopping experience!

I have never experienced a Home Depot like this one. Service and friendly helpful employees in every aisle! I cannot recommend them enough! Amazing

My go to store for tools and home project needs. This store in particular I enjoy because they play good music, none of that rap/pop stuff. The Staff are very helpful. My only complaint and this applies to all stores is that they have self check out, customer shouldn't have to work. The girls just standing there greeting you could be running a register very frustrating that I have to go to lumber to check out. Lastly I love the home delivery service for 79.00.

Think twice before using Home Depot for new carpet. They outsource the installation and if there is an issue Home Depot does not do anything other than refer you to the installer. Another little tidbit of information if you purchase carpet with say a 10 or 15 year warranty that does not include warranty on the installation process. ACS installed my carpet and they only warranty their installation for 3 years. Just because you receive a quoted layout of the installation showing where seems may be does not guarantee that is what you will end up with. Also we had issue with ACS reinstalling closet doors, they actually lost the hardware they TOOK OFF. If I could give a 0 star I would. Went to get roofing supplies and couldn't even get help with it whenever we asked for help we would get rushed like we we're a bother. Heather at the service was extremely rude when placing a order kept snapping at us, was sent to pro service to get the right item for the roof and Brian I couldn't even tell u rude as hell was told he had to show us the right item and he showed us and didn't even k ow the answers to any questions asked. Tham goes back to his computer and comes back saying I can't help u I have other things to do and walks off.. this place is horrible and lost our business..

It's a Home Depot! What's not to love? The selections are good, the store is clean, the staff are helpful. Plus holiday deals are starting if you need/want some new power tools
