I hired FBI to install a new slider and outdoor stairs at my home. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the price was more than fair and the clean-up was thorough. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and I couldn't be happier.

I hired FBI Contracting on three separate occasions - twice for the installation of metal roofs and once for the replacement of old skylights. Each job was done professionally, at a reasonable cost, and on schedule. I am pleased to give FBI a five star rating.

I recently had Frank put in skylights and gutters for me. He is straightforward, does what he says he will do and shows up when promised with a competent crew/equipment. Overall I was pleased with the work they did and I would get them again/recommend to others. Quality work at a fair price, what a concept!!! Frank and his crew are extraordinarily good, hard workers. Fair on prices in today’s economy and will always do his best to keep his customers satisfied. It’s a shame some degenerate (owner of “All D***'d Up”... yes you read that correctly) is trying to ruin his name/business over not liking an estimate that he had demanded over the phone. How can someone give an accurate price on a roof without seeing, with his own eyes, the condition of said roof? Seriously...?

Do not be fooled about bad reviews. I spoke with the owner and explained the situation of a group of people targeting the company. Owner demonstrated excellent customer. If you are on the fence due to reviews, I suggest getting in contact with Frank and his company. Friendly establishment.

Just know that all these bad reviews are because they dislike frank. He has done the best work with no problems, he’s a very hard worker and takes his job very seriously he will not stop until you have everything right the way you want it. Keep up the excellent work frank. We look forward to working with you

Frank and his team do amazing work! They perform extremely high quality work and are very capable. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Really sketchy guy on pricing. Has an attitude if you don’t want to do things his way or as he calls it “the right way”. My father was a roofer so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to these sorts of things and all he was trying to do is make an extra dollar. Qouted high, then dropped dramatically once I started naming off the price of materials from past experience. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

UPDATE: This IS NOT spam or fraud. This guy is off his rocker and should be collecting a check rather than being on a roof. He puts “spam” on all his bad reviews trying to save his reputation or lack there of. Frank, is a piece of work to put it gently. He tried to get every penny out of you that he can using cut rate materials. Idk how he has been in business for so long honestly.

My 6 year old could do better and more efficient work than this company! I am pretty sure they get paid hourly rather than by job! They were at one home locally forever watching traffic rather than working! I wouldn’t trust the man who answers the phone neither he is mean and vindictive! Calls the cops because he doesn’t like a review. Should be more focused on the poor performance of his employees rather than what others think out him!

I highly recommend Frank and his company. They installed a beautiful metal shingle roof 2 years ago. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after work every day. This year a chimney cleaner damaged the ridge caps causing a leak - Frank came right out on a sunday and fixed the problem. So good to feel secure knowing a local company cares and has your back.

I have worked with several contractors and Frank and his team are the only ones that ever did exactly what they said they would do and did the work even earlier than they committed to.Quality of work is excellent. I would definitely recommend. Work completed roof,windows,gutters.

We have a very complex roofline with many valleys, hips, gables and returns. The 30 year shingles we had put on the house when we built it were in failure after only 15 years, so there was no way we were going to put asphalt shingles back on the roof. We interviewed many roofing contractors, some of which never called back, or provided a proposal, even after a site visit.

When we first contacted FBI, Frank gave us a call back in less than 24 hours (probably 12). That alone was huge in this day and age of poor or non-existent service. We chatted about the project and established a time to meet... he even gave a follow up call to confirm the appointment the day before!

We met for well over an hour (probably 2) in the evening at a time that worked well for us. He explained the various types of roofing FBI offers, and we quickly ruled out the asphalt shingles because of our past experience. They also offer standing seam metal roofing and metal shingles by Kassell and Irons. Since we didn't want to change the look of the house, we elected have him provide us an estimate for metal shingles with a backup estimate of asphalt, so we could have an apples to apples comparison against other estimates.

The FBI estimate for the asphalt was the most competitively priced, and while the metal shingle estimate was meaningfully more expensive than the asphalt figure, we expected this. Since we aren't interested in putting another roof on the house in the next 15 years, we elected to proceed with the metal shingles, which have a 40 year, fully transferable, non-prorated warranty. We emailed Frank shortly after reviewing his proposal, signed it, sent him the 1/3 deposit and asked him to put us on his schedule.

We also had FBI replace a few trim boards and replace two automatic skylights. As a matter of fact, Frank took so much interest in the project, he brought the Vellux representative up to review the skylight options. The representative also showed us operational things we didn't know about two other skylights we have!

When the time came for the work, they showed up when they said they would. When a few unforseen issues arose with how the house was constructed, Frank offered suggestions and was able to adapt the installation to look consistent. I happen to have a job that requires a high degree of attention to detail, and when I questioned a few things about the installation he explained things in a manner I could understand, or made minor adjustments to satisfy my excessively discerning eye.

The crew works hard, even the days Frank was not on site (everyone needs a vacation!) I'm not an early riser, and much to my chagrin, they were here everyday the weather permitted promptly at 7am! Frank explained roofing is much more palatable when it isn't scorching on the roof in the hot afternoon sun.

If there were any things I wasn't prepared for, it would be the hundreds of bent shards of metal pieces over the lawn and landscape, which are particularly dangerous for pets. However, by the end of the project his team had picked up most of them. A Few small cracks appeared in the stone walkway as a result of the self propelled lift/dumpster they used, but since we were so happy with their work it seemed trivial to even bring up.

We provide this detailed review because we wanted to show how smoothly the process went with Frank and how responsive he is. It would have been far easier to tell you to simply save your time looking anywhere else and just hire FBI, but the explanation of the details is what matters. So impressed with FBI, that the company I work for will be hiring FBI this spring to replace the roof at our office at my recommendation. No need to call anywhere else, just call FBI.

Frank and his team installed vinyl siding on our home, and I am very pleased with the results. Frank was always available for questions, and was able to accommodate various changes I requested throughout the project. The team was always diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with our new Kassel & Irons metal roof with Aged Cedar shingles! Frank's operation is most impressive, his equipment is state of the art and his adherence to safety is exemplar. Frank's crew are skilled and well supervised. The roof installation took several days of work and they always left the work site neat and organized. On the last day our yard was completely picked up and left in pristine condition. The end product is really beautiful, it can be considered a work of art the way he blended the shingles around our three Velux windows and the chimney. We would definitely use F.B.I. Contracting LLC again.

I was lucky enough to have chosen Frank Iberger of F.B.I. Contracting to install a metal roof for me 4 years ago. I was then and am still very happy with my roof. I requested a follow up roof inspection this summer due to my concerns that due to the unprecedented ice accumulation this past winter that there may have been some ice damage. Frank came out and inspected my roof for me the next day and all is well. Thank you Frank once again for your professionalism and long term commitment to your customers.

Picture yourself at home on a very windy day with heavy rain forecasted only a few hours away. Then, you realize that the ridge-vent on half your house has blown off. In a semi-panic, you try to find someone to fix your roof before the rain comes. You find the website of F.B.I. Contracting and give them a call. You get an answering machine and leave a message. We envision needing to place buckets around the room.

But, the phone rings a few minutes later. The person on the other end says that he normally wouldn’t be home, but finished early. He can come by within a half hour. Frank Iberger shows up with a very “can do” attitude, explains what your problem is, and fixes it for a lot less than I thought it would be (including an unrelated skylight issue). You are fine for the coming rain storm.

He also showed us some concerns with the roof including that the ridge-vent on the house that was not what should have been put on, and the roof, itself, was not in good shape. He didn’t paint a gloom and doom picture. He didn’t apply pressure to let him do it. We talked and he agreed to give us a quote for everything. We got the quote, and, other than offering to answer questions and give us previous customers’ roofs to look at, no pressure. Eventually, we agreed that he would put the new roof on. We scheduled the work out so it would meet our needs.

Then the time came for the work to begin; he and his crew showed up as planned. They were all very nice, respectful, more quiet than we expected, and the work was done slightly ahead of schedule at the agreed price. The roof looks great!

We are very impressed with F.B.I. Contracting. We will probably have more work done in a couple of years and Frank will get the call. Frank treats you as much like a friend as a customer. He and his company are first class all the way.

I used FBI to replace our old roof with new Kasselwood Steel Shingles. Frank Iberger the owner of FBI was always with his crew. They were knowledgable and professional.

Recently, FBI Contracting completed installing metal roof shingles and replaced 3 skylights on our antique cape. This was the third time I’ve hired FBI Contracting to replace roofs for me. The other two times were asphalt shingles on antique colonials. FBI Contacting has always been on time, on budget and have completed each job to my satification. Frank is very professional and provides competitive, detailed quotes.

Frank does excellent work at a great price. He did the siding on my house and his standard of work is high, if it is not done right he will rip it out and get it right. He is timely and professional.
When my siding was damaged he actually fixed it for less than what he quoted me originally and I thought the original estimate was very reasonable
