This store when it first opened was great, the staff were at least knowledgeable enough to try to help you find a part or order it. The people they have there now don’t even want to help or move from their computer screens, they simply say you got to figure it out or we can’t help you even when you give them the exact specifications of what you need. Im beyond frustrated but I’m also sad this was my favorite place to order parts but I will be going elsewhere from now on or online and just skip the store altogether.

Just because auto zone (the company) can supply just about any part you could reasonably need, that does not mean that the staff at this location will be able to find the right part or understand what your automotive problem even is.

As someone who works on a lot of cars and has done fleet maintenance before, I know when the employees at a parts store are also mechanically minded. Or at the very least understand how an engine functions at a basic level.

These employees quite frankly had no clue what they were doing, even when I gave them exact names and part numbers, and that's sad.

I'm not saying they need to hire qualified mechanics to do clerk work, but I hope that they can hire people who are more... Enthusiastic or knowledgeable about cars, and care about finding a solution, not just staring blankly at a monitor and walking away when they put in the wrong part/model numbers.

You are better off using the online store.

Auto Zone has a great inventory and the staff is very helpful! However, it is rather difficult and challenging for them to answer the phone. Usually, you have to go in person to check on parts availability, which is a waste of time if they don’t have the part you’re looking for. Overall a great store!

With my battery barely starting my Jeep I drove to AutoZone in the rain, was immediately assisted by Maduro who pointed me in the right direction, then Bruno and Tarrika went above and beyond to go out to my car in the downpour to test, remove and replace my dead battery. I will definitely be back for future auto needs! Not to mention clean store, great location and friendliness from the entire staff. Thanks AutoZone!

Ms. Richards is very helpful; she sacrifices her time to stay after her shift to help out the customers. She engages in some kind of conversation to get to know the customers and what they need. As for a loyal customer I am Ms. Richards ask me if I found what I was looking for.
She always makes sure that I get the correct things I need for my vehicle. even thou I can be stubborn and give a lil trouble at times but as what the system has in it for my vehicle, she never leaves me wrong. like if I buy oil that I have to buy the correct oil. plus, don't forget I need an oil flitter etc... this will always be my first stop because of her.

Some of the best service ive ever received from autozone. The young lady that assisted was phenomenal and new the system better then any autozone ive been to across the US and other places.

This review is to highlight a particular customer service agent. A young man by the name Maduro who went above and beyond after a very disappointing experience at the same store!

I went to the store to pick up a number of items I ordered online. I’m picking up my parts the Assistant Manager a young lady told me one of my items was not available after going on the back. I was extremely disappointed ahe then offered to order the item special order. I decided to leave and try elsewhere. As I did not find the item by the competitor I came back to the store to now place my special order!

This is when I met Mr. Maduro, he asked my what part and then said the store is showing one on hand. I then advised him I was there 15 minutes ago and the manager didn’t find it. He said he would go back there And look. Well he did find the part.

I was so pleased as my car was in a lift at the body shop. I thanked him profusely and told him I really hope the store realize what an asset they have in him.

Mr. Maduro is my hero. My car randomly would not go into park and it was a rental and I drove everywhere but no mechanic was open and/or wouldn't see it, but Mr. Maduro talked me through what to do and offered advice spot on without even needing to look at it. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful costumer service. I would highly recommend this place and him to anyone who needs quality service.

Fairly nice people but seems like no one has been trained in retail. Literally 25min in line as second person while 4 counter people fuddled around looking busy and not actually processing any orders. They need to show the staff some videos of how customers are standing around dying to just pay for their parts.

I went to AutoZone to buy motor oil. I asked the male associate while he was cashing me out if someone could assist me with checking the oil. A female associate spoke up and told me AutoZone doesn't do oil checks. The male associate cashing me out made a weird face and then asked another male associate to help me. The young man came out to my vehicle, check the oil and showed me how to do it myself. As a female and a paying customer, I thought it was weird how the female associate chimed into the conversation and denied they don't assist with oil checks. They actually do a few minor diagnostic checks. I really didn't like her disposition and she didn't seem to assist any of the customers that were there. She mainly stood by the counter chatting up another male coworker. Because of my experience, I think I will go to Advance Auto for my automotive needs from now on.

The guys at Autozone are awesome and very nice! i was having trouble finding a strut for my car and they said they had 1 in stock.When i got there they initially couldn't find it but they could sense my frustration and double checked.After a few minutes they found the part for me and made my day.
