Sutherlands - Price, UT

I miss read the sign and got to the check out 5min late. I apologized to the checker. Got a crappy look from a lady with long black hair, she was acting really important. Must be a manager. The checker basically ignored me except for " our regular closing is 7:00 pm." While I was still talking to him he turned away and started talking to the important lady. Thanks

Majority of people are ready to help if they can. If not will point you in the right direction. Small town business doing there best. Always go there before CJs.

Great selection of goods for your home/farms. Friendly staff and usually has some even going on in the parking lot.

This store has everything. Very helpful employees. The restrooms impressed me how clean they were and very fancy for a hardware store.

Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. My trailer broke down in Wellington, and they helped me out of a tight spot. Thank you so much. Talk about customer service, and kindness. Customer service above beyond to a complete stranger. Even offered to let me park my trailer in their store parking lot or at a relative's place of theirs that was close by to where I broke down. Great great people. Highly recommend this store.

Muy excellente! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and they have every hardware item imagineable. Quite the terrific store for this area. We're helping remodel a home and we've made trip after trip to get little things we've ran out of, or couldn't bring this far.

Very friendly and great service. They helped me out by tying my stuff down on my vehicle when I did not have anything to tie it down with. Did not have to pay for it or anything awesome people! Number one place to go and do business with in my opinion. Very very friendly.

I love Sutherlands, especially the guys that work in the yard and load your vehicles for you! They are so helpful and cheerful!

I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and am pretty fed up with the quality of lumber. Despite hunting for non-warped and twisted pieces, you cannot find enough for nearly any project. Recently, I needed three 12' 6x6 posts. they only had 4 in stock and every single one was too twisted to be used.

Other than a less then good experience in the past with an order, we love the place. Its a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but no one is comparing because it is in a rural area with little competition. Lots of friendly help, and a decent selection.

Prices are definitely not as good as Home Depot or Lowes. It's a smaller big box store with lumber, cabinets, windows, doors, tools, etc., but, the variety is lacking. It's not uncommon to not be able to find what you're looking for. Service is usefully pretty good. I'm glad Price has a Sutherlands, but I wish it were Home Depot.....

My parents had purchased my fiance the combo drill kit for Christmas. One of the drills wasn't working properly so we needed to exchange it.

He preferred Brushless but when it was purchased they had run out of the brushless set. When we went to exchange it they were kind enough to switch it out even though the brushless was no longer on sale.

I usually like to shop hometown but sutherlands can't be beat when it comes to customer service and helpful associates they have a vast knowledge of their products and a quite the assortment they specialize in everything from a to z for the home and yard!

Someone came to help me right away and even let me look at the display toilet before I purchased, then carried it to my car for me and loaded it.

Employees are hard to find. If you can find one they only might know where or what you're looking for. On top of that they don't seem to care to do any more than the minimum. Sadly I never walk out satisfied. But they're the biggest hardware store in town.
It's good to shop local, but there staff and prices make it hard.
