Sutherlands - Lawton, OK

I love this store they have always been helpful and they have great deals! The other night we drove into Lawton to get a specific heater before the storms Chris and Evan helped my husband find everything that he needed he was super helpful and had excellent customer service.

Husband bought a range. Took two tries to get the right price and range. He checked the third one for right color before he left. Drove out of town and went to unbox, right color wrong range! He drove it back to store (from out of town), he had called ahead to let them know. When he got there they tried to charge him more! He showed them the receipt and was dealing with the manager, he again explained he paid the higher price but they gave him the wrong range. After having to explain again the manager finally got it. ‍♀️

A very good place to buy gardening supplies… especially fresh plants… mostly likely to have something you need on sale.

The staff is super nice and very friendly! They had my cactus plants that I've been searching for a long time!

This store is absolutely hands-down the best home improvement store I have visited. The employees are all all so Very helpful… Even when I go in with my dad. They don’t make him lift a thing and are all very courteous to him young or old. Layne was very personable and deserves a pat on the back in the very least for following us around in the store and helping us pick up our every need. This goes without mentioning the crazy deals that we were able to get and when you visit a hardware store or a construction store or a home improvement store four times a day sometimes it can be very draining but on this windy freezing cold Night right before close. These boys are out here loading our trailer and haven’t skipped a beat .we thank you for all of your help!

I've never had a bad experience at this store. The people here are like neighbors. And I'm always surprised by the prices.

They were out of the 16' 5/8 3 1/4 base I needed. When I went to the counter to inquire about when they would be getting more, they were unable to tell.
So I asked about maybe some 8' . Which they directed me to isle 26. There was nothing on isle 26 like that.

This was our first visit to this hardware store. It was well organized. The staff was very helpful. We found what we were looking for and more.

The only place I prefer to shop. They meet all of my company's needs and the have the best and most helpful staff anywhere.
