Sutherlands - Casper, WY

I went to the store the other day and was trying to get help. This is a complicated review. The girl with purple hair was AMAZINGGGGG!!!! But the lady that interrupted us and I remember her name. Andrea. COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. I heard her BELITTLE the purple haired girl for doing her job. From the sounds of it she did nothing wrong. As a nosy customer I ease dropped and over heard her talking with a gentlemen as well. They made a game up to mess with that girl and another lady. Andrea is a horrible person. Who makes a game out of making someone feel stupid? I guess there are multiple reviews on here about employees. Hopefully someone does anything about the staff. NO WONDER THEY ARE ALWAYS HIRING! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF AND TIME AND MONEY

Went today to get supplies for a project, Mick was amazing! He listened to my idea, showed me the materials then offered other ideas (which I chose to go with his idea in the end) saved me so much time, money and overall was really great to work with! Happily a new customer to Sutherland thanks to Mick!

We asked Mick where the lumber department was. Usually at Home Depot or Menards they just point in the direction. Mick walked us to the lumber department, asked us about our project, and spent a good amount of time making sure we bought the right pieces for our project. Mick is the perfect example of A+ customer service and I’ll be coming here for all future projects.

If you know what you want and where it is and don't want to drive across town then it's a good place to stop. I've had minimal customer interaction with employees and always have to find them. Sutherlands has let me down multiple times with their equipment rental program. This is what I've experienced over the past 7 years.

The main webpage went down and was still able to order through phone! Even reserved it so I could come in and pay with cash!

managers handling of a faulty water heater along with a employee was not in the customers best interest ! Being a former employee was probably the reason for the poor handling of my situation ! Having a receipt of purchase got me nothing under warranty because of a sticker was removed . Richmond water heaters wont fix the problem without a sticker that was removed unintentionally with in the last 11 months, ? I am infuriated with no customer service ! zero stars

Don't waste your time with this place, help is not what you get, Kevin is a horrible emplyee, i was there to spend hundreds, but now on my way to Walmart and home depot. If you want rude comments and jevin making fun of other employees behind there back, yet in front of other emplyees and customers, this is your place. Im from out of town, trying to support local business . Thank you kevin for pointing out your not Home Depot and don't compare to them. Never again. Almost tempted to call corporate.

Staff worked above and beyond to get me an advertised deal close to closing time on a weekend. Very friendly and professional and will make the drive to this specific store from now on.

Do not shop at the store the sales representatives and store manager are not worth talking they like to three different ways to Sunday They told me three different stories about a couch I already full fully paid for don’t go to the store it’s not worth your time all I do is lie and take your money and you don’t even receive a product for up to six months if not more

Was not pleased with service at checkout. The girl at the checkout was having trouble with the transaction in front of me, while she was waiting for help there was another employee just standing there. He saw me in line and did not offer to help and didn't have a light on so I stood in line, someone he apparently knew came up and he checked him out, another person jumped in behind that so I basically just stood there for 10 minutes while he helped his buddies. The girl was very friendly and apologized.

The people are always friendly. Plenty of selection for the size of the store. It's clean, doesn't smell funny and seems well organized. This would be a 5 star place if the lighting wasn't do dim and if it were easier to get in and out of. Otherwise excellent place to buy hardware.

Very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They went way above and beyond helping me with my order! Thanks guys! Still great people there
