Sutherlands - Riverton, WY

Ending staff was great helping me today. Sadly the Mary lady that works there needs to find a different job not in customer service, she was very unprofessional, very rude and not helpful. When asked simple questions that an assistant manager should be able to politely answer. If it wasn't for the other wonderful staff that works there I would never go back again because of her behavior and we are in there quite frequently.

Very friendly and helpful staff, huge inventory and reasonable prices. They honor past and present military with discounts every day of the year and offer a senior citizen’s discount on Tuesday in store. Store manager (Brandon) is very down to earth and has a career history with the company and his knowledge and experience is evident. So happy to have Sutherlands in our community!

Great products and great staff. We were helped right away and staff checked on us throughout our visit. It was a great experience! We will definitely be back here to shop anytime we are in town. Keep up the great work!

Guy in the back was great. Woman up front told us to get in the line to the right because she was on the phone. Called someone else to take the call and then proceeded to check some friends. Took us forever to check out, I think the kid who had our line was new. Woman needs a course in customer service.

The store is clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. Lines are usually short and they have flowers!

Staff is always helpful. Never had the I'm to busy to help. A bit pricey in some things. But you get what you pay for. I'll pay for good customer service and helpful staff.

Actually Was A really Nice and organized store. First time in there. Helped a buddy of mine get some kitchen remodeling supplies but had a good look and it was really nice. Recommend to any builders and local contractors.

Bill was a great help in getting my son to choose a mattress after a couple trips to various stores. He was convinced to try it and I about didn't get him back up. Friendly staff and good selection of merchandise

I finally went to our new Sutherland's. The last time I was there it was Kmart miss that store! It was nice, clean the employees were very helpful too! I like the variety of items they sell too! I will go back soon for sure!

Friendly, helpful staff that helped us get just what we needed to finish up our winterizing. Thanks Glen and Gloria and also the young man who helped us with the bigger stuff.

We appreciate having this local option! Some really great staff who help with loading and getting you set up for your projects.

Would have given you 5 stars but our cashier (Grace)was not accommodating to us almost couldn't get her elbows off the resister long enough to wait on us. We are definitely not used to this type of service from this store as they are usually very helpful!

I came to the Riverton Wy sutherlands to buy some drywall sanding equipment. I was told to buy one attatchable sander head and sand paper. When I tried to use it the paper did not fit the sanding tool.
When I came back to return it the assistant manager (mary) said I cannot return it because the packaging was not all there. It has a small paper that clips to the end that was not there. She said I can come back on monday to talk to the store manager but he will say the same.
As I see it I was directed to buy the wrong thing, it is very very bad customer service to not take it back when it is obviously not used. And the rude way in which it was put does not help. It seemed that I was some how to know that I could not bring it back. It says nothing on the receipt about this.
I expect more from a large store

Lots of merchandise, but they don't carry sinks,tubs, things for mobile homes, and there are alot of them in this area.
