We were passing through and spent the night at a local RV park. We got up Saturday morning to leave and truck would not start. Called the dealership and the service advisor told me that they did not have maintenance techs in on weekends but I could have it towed in and they would work it on Monday. I did and a few hours later the service advisor called me and said the truck was ready. She said a maintenance tech dropped by and saw the truck being dropped off and offered to work it. The tech fixed the problem and the service advisor managed to get the claim approved with my extended warranty company in just a few hours. I am extremely pleased with my service.

Our intercooler pipe blew as we were driving through Price, towing our 5th wheel. We called AutoFarm Price Ford looking for the part. They had the part in stock. We were going to do the labor ourselves, but they said just bring it in. We will pull a man and get it on for you and only charge for 30 minutes of labor. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service and accommodation!

2nd truck I bought here...Jeff is amazing to work with..I would give 5 stars except Spending that kind of money on a truck I wouldn't expect to get it home and detail the inside and wash the windows inside the truck..Minus the detailing issue on both trucks I have bought from this place I would definitely go back.

Dallin and his manager were so great to work with. I was only expecting to just talk to them about a new car and I ended up getting one the same day. They didn’t pressure me into anything. They were very helpful with helping me understand everything and made sure I got the best bang for my buck.

I am going to leave you my honest experience with you. I was impressed with everything up till I picked up my truck.
When I picked up the truck it was a cold and rainy day.
I turned on the defrost and it never seemed to blow warm air. (After the vehicle was warmed up completely)
So I went back to the service writer and told them the problem I was experiencing. And they said that I would have to reschedule to get it back in to have them look at it.
They said that they didn't have a technician available to quickly look at it and see what happened? (As it was not blowing cold air when I brought it in.)
After having it there for two weeks. You would think it would have been double checked for quality control?
So I am very unsatisfied with my service.

Lynna was a great person to work with and chat with. The experience at auto farm was a very good one cause it’s not all high pressure. They were very helpful and helping me find exactly what I wanted.

Service/Parts: I was in from out of town and had a trailer disconnect issue between my truck and trailer. The Parts Asst Mgr and Mechanic here were great! They got me in the next day to check out the issue and fixed a brake issue in the trailer so I could get on my way.

Best place in Price to take your vehicles for service and tires, they beat the Big Tire company in town, by $500 for 4 tires on my truck, comparable quality and mileage.

WOW!! Best car buying experience ever! I found a Bronco Sport on Autofarm Price Ford’s website and called the dealership. I spoke to Dallyn M. and worked out all the details. He mentioned they may even have some rebates I may qualify for and what do you know I did. Saved another $750 through the rebate. But it didn’t stop there, I live in Salt Lake City and Dallyn drove it here and delivered it for free. Paperwork took less than five minutes. No matter where you live if you need a new Ford call Dallyn. I definitely will be buying my future vehicles from Autofarm Price Ford.

Highly recommend Autofarm Price Ford for your servicing needs. I would move all my business to them if I were a bit closer just based on the experience I had with my service advisor and technician. They were able to find and resolve my issue so quickly that I was shocked with the response. This has not been my experience at other dealerships.

I used the pick up & return service that Ford is now offering when I had new tires installed. They came to my house and got my vehicle at the time I scheduled and returned it as soon as services were done. Super helpful & convenient!
