Sutherlands - Circleville, OH

We stopped here on the way through from Columbus because they had Fox Farms soil and we were so glad we did! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the pickup order we placed was ready in minutes. Thanks so much we really appreciate you!

I am not sure why more people don’t shop here! The customer service is always delightful ! Military discounts , and I can call ahead and get an actual person to answer & actually help me with my questions .

Laziest staff I’ve ever seen …. We had to load up a bunch of quick Crete and lumber . I had a 60 year old guy with a bad back with me and the warehouse guys drove by on tow motors and wouldn’t even look at us . We do a large amount of remodeling projects in central Ohio . I will not spend another dime at any of your locations

I visit this store often for my construction needs and always have what I needed.

Always have good service although nobody seems to smile. Had my handicapped nephew with me and they went out of the way to be respectful to him, and as always it seemed cheaper than if we had been at another store. Doing a complete rehab, down to the studs, and they have had EVERYTHING I have needed. Plumbing, framing, roofing, drywall, fittings, electrical supplies, they have had it all.

The ladies out side with flowers were awesome!! Such great hello and got me cashed out quick. And the man out there this morning hoping tge ladies also a big help andade sure everyone had carts to shop with and helped load or unload our things! They all deserve a huge thank you !!

very good selection of goods . pricing could be a little lower . but hey its a new crazy world we live and buy are needed supplies in today remember its a safe bet to pay a little more to bring back small town living . American strong proud we all must support home town america . want things better made priced right to last . get out and VOTE better more often and remember vote local . use your eyes ears nose . investigate before u throw your vote . do not just vote because u hurd there name . term limits is a must . janitor to judge to Congress . Senate . stand up for what u really know . except nothing less but the best . heart mind soul its all about family friends country . best thing about Sutherlands is the great small town american born raised loving employees . spread the love buy local . and always look for american made everything first . we make things to last .

Have furniture and appliances now. Check the clearance deals also. Still in there four or five times a week getting what's needed to fix the task at hand. Still the place to go in town to get most all home related or tool needs.

I didn't find what I was looking for, but no stores carry the item except for one..Sutherland is very friendly and organized, they've always had what I needed in stock..

While in the Circleville area today I dropped into the Sutherlands here for some solar lights for a fence and foursome fence post caps.

Sutherlands here is a no frill outfit but it is very nice all the employees seem overly eager to help you and very friendly friendly. There’s selection might not be as big as some of the big box chain stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s but their hometown atmosphere and friendly customer service certainly make up for it.

Bottom line I found everything I was looking for and more I would highly recommend the store if you were in the Circleville area needing some home improvements

Cashier is a little crabby but they have most of what you need for your lawn and home repairs. More expensive than other places

Nice home improvement store. Everything the family needs with a more local and down home feel than the larger cookie cutter chains

One thing about Sutherland's is that they usually have what I go in there to purchase. Sometimes it's difficult to get an employee to assist you. I know the clerks are busy and they may even have a staffing shortage. I usually know what I'm looking for when I visit their store.

Always find what I'm looking for the employees are always friendly and helpful and I almost always find a great deal

Horrible horrible horrible experience if I could give them a negative score I definitely would. I called before I went over and asked if they had what I was looking for gay explained that they have 4 items and I only needed 2. When I get there they have 1 then waste 30 minutes of my time looking around to see if they can find one in the back.

Sutherland's was great. Found just what we needed with the friendly help of an associate. Went to Rural King and saw the very same product for $7.00 cheaper

I drove an hour just to go there to pick up a large purchase (I called ahead) cheapest price I could find anywhere. I spoke to Colin when I called, excellent customer service.
