What a great experience working with Mark at Blue Diamond GM. I found a beautiful Chevy Silverado 3500 HD online and settled on a deal with just a few emails and phone calls. When I picked up the truck everyone at the dealership was super friendly. An hour later I was on my way. I would happily work with Blue Diamond again!

The DEF sensor went out on our Chevy truck just before we got to Price, UT.
We had 2 horses in the trailer on a Monday morning, headed for Colorado.

The Service department advised that they were too busy to change the sensor until Thursday afternoon.
We certainly understand waiting in line for your turn - so now we had to figure out what to do with the 2 horses standing in the trailer.

We confirmed Three times the price of the parts with Dallas in the Parts Dept.

They finally advised they had the truck ready Thursday evening Just before close.

Libby in Service department charged us over $150 more than the quoted price.

She continued to claim ignorance on knowing anything about the price of the parts. She said “Dallas had already gone home so she couldn’t check with him”.

Apparently she couldn’t look on the computer under parts to see (where that was saved under our name according to Dallas in Parts).

After getting a bad review, the company did reach out to us to say that it was an accounting error and they would correct it and send a check to correct the error.
They sent 2/3 of the corrected amount.

With a second discussion, it was apparently another accounting error and they did finally send the rest of the refund.

We appreciate their efforts to take care of business.
They did replace the sensor and it’s working fine now.

My wife and I were looking for a car to replace our 2024 Jeep Compass. It turned out to be too small for us. This Chevy Dealer sent an airbag recall for my Tahoe. While installing the new airbag, they broke the dashboard trim. I took it back for them to fix correctly, and they did not do anything! I give up on this business. I buy a car or truck every 2 years, but not at Blue Diamond.

I recently bought a truck from Mark and I would totally recommend buying a truck from him. First and foremost he is the first car dealer I have ever dealt with that did not lie to me. Wonderful no pressure purchase late Friday night with Mark and Oscar - who both stayed late to help me! I couldn't be more impressed with them. After I left the dealership, a few miles out, the cruise control wasn't working. I called Mark who was on his way home and asked him what I was doing wrong.
