I was told that the cost would probably be between $15000 and $20000. The final bill came to over $28000! I realize that an estimate is difficult but over $1000/day seems excessive.Be very careful to hold them to a maximum of 10 percent over bid. I feel this would have been acceptable.

When UpRight is in my real estate dealings I find the accuracy and thoroughness of their business to be of tremendous value. My customers come out of the process understanding the work that was done, the bid is detailed and the job always gets organized and completed timely to keep the closing on track. UpRight is easy to schedule with, efficient to complete the work, the best at what they do, transparent in their billing and fair in their pricing. They advocate for their customers and are attentive to providing back into our local economy. One of the attributes that most impresses me about UpRight is that they’d rather miss a job opportunity than do a job that is incorrect; this is a company that’s here to stay and is about serving a community’s need.
