I actually met Skye on accident. Almost a literal car accident when I was run off the road by an illegally passing vehicle. Anyway, Skye and his wife, Skye too, we’re the only people on a busy highway, to stop to see if I was okay. Skye(too) gave me Skye’s business card and I held onto it for over a year. Naturally, when it came time to find a home (at really bad time to be buying) I remembered that business card.
It was a long time shopping for sure, but Skye never gave up on me and eventually, I found my house. Skye walked me through every step of the process and kept me focused and excited about my purchase even when things didn’t seem to be working out in my expected time line. I joked with him that he had to hold my hand the whole way but, he did exactly that. I closed today on my new house and will forever be glad that I chose Skye at Remax to walk me through my purchase.

My wife and I worked with Skye on a house purchase in Lander. Unfortunately, the deal didn't work out due to a difficult seller, but Skye was nothing less than fantastic to work with. He was responsive, diligent, and deeply knowledgeable about the local market. He posses a solid knowledge base around residential construction issues/quality, which is a somewhat uncommon skillset in my experience with other realtors. He was able to point things out that could be potential issues (along with certain positives about the property) prior to formal home inspection.

Skye was never pushy in his approach, and we never had a moment of doubt that he was working with our best interests first and foremost in all dealings. I've worked with a number of other realtors in the past, and Skye was absolutely top-tier.

I just purchased my new home through REMAX in Riverton Wyoming. Skye was amazing. He went above and beyond. He would answer my texted questions at all hours morning and night. He worked through the crazy process of buying a foreclosed home. He dealt with plumbers, roofers, and home inspectors all on my behalf. He and his staff were always kind and courteous. He never treated my questions as an imposition even though I know some of my questions were probably silly and time consuming. In showing my mother and I houses he was so sweet to help my mom through the deep snow and to drive us to the many locations. I am so glad I made the call to Skye to help us find our home. These guys really are all-stars. Skye knows his town's history and neighborhoods like the back of his hand. They checked up on inquiries, helped negotiate with the seller, and were all around professional. After home purchase, Skye even bought us garage door openers after the seller took off with them. Absolutely dont waste your time with these folks. Poor professionalism, cant keep anything straight, a LOT of misinformation to confuse their clients. Dont believe them if they say "we do this all the time". Check with your bank check with other realtors and seek legal counsik before committing. I would absolutely give less stars if I could.

Skye recently helped us purchase an investment property. Helped me get a great price, and also helped get a new roof we weren't expecting when he recommended that we get the roof inspected. He knew that old T-lock shingles weren't made anymore and insurance companies typically replace them. The insurance company paid for a new roof.
