Excellent service. Found a leak from a missing shingle Wayne was out the next day and fixed the issue on the spot. Very reasonable price and very professional!!

Wow! I have never dealt with a more honest roofer. I was approached by a roofing company working on our street after a storm. Our roof was relatively new and appears to be in good condition. There were no shingles missing but if everybody else had damage I let him on my roof. "it needs replaced along with your siding and down spouts you need to file a claim" was the report after they climbed down. I was skeptical so I called Dean's for a second opinion and as I suspected my roof was in good shape. Although he did not replace my roof on this trip, when i do need a roof I know who will take care of it for me. Its nice to know honest folks are still in the business. Thanks you!

Full Review: We had a leak in our roof and had contacted several companies to give us a quote. Dean's Roofing and Construction came out, did an entire inspection, reported hail and wind damage and helped us work with insurance to get it covered. They communicated the steps we needed to take to get things rolling, were very transparent with the process, and everything worked out exactly as they said it would... with one exception.
After roof was installed we had another leak in a totally different spot. We had contacted Dean's Roofing and Construction the next morning to attempt to get it resolved. They had people out not within the next week, not even within the next day, but within the next 45 minutes. They discovered it was a problem with the permanent anchor (one is on every house in the neighborhood from the original build). It was sealed "extra good" and no problems since. Dean's Roofing and Construction stands by their service and I would recommend them to anybody.

Dean's was easy to work with and quick to get the job done. They installed a ridge vent on my roof and were able to work with me to fit my budget. Greg did an excellent job with communication and I would have confidence to work with him again for future projects.

Wayne and his crew arrived on time and completed my roof in one day! As a commercial project manager I was extremely impressed with all of the prep work that went into protecting my siding and driveway prior to removing the old shingles. They swept, cleaned, and ran a magnet over my yard and driveway dozens of times to ensure no nails or chunks of demolished shingles were left behind. It was like they were never there outside of the new shingles on the entire roof. The team performing the work on-site were top notch and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional work done and a team that cares about the details. Lastly and most important to me, as a PM in the construction industry, communication. I knew where were we every step of the way. Wayne's ability to communicate the process and working with my family made this process significantly easier than I thought. We had Dean's Roofing & Construction complete another home improvement project for us. They replaced our roof last year & this year, and just a few weeks ago we had them remove and close in a man door and window air condition unit that the previous owners had permanently installed. We had siding that needed to be installed due to the removal of these doors. Wayne took special care to get a sample of our current siding to make sure what he had to replace would match exactly. Wayne not only replaced the siding on the now closed door ways he replaced the siding on that entire side of our home. Wayne takes care & pride in his work as if he were working on his own home!! We are already thinking of our next improvement project and will absolutely be calling Wayne. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be using them again in the near future.

Great manners. Showed up did the repairs on a rubber repair. Cleaned up after he was done. It was like he was never even there.

Wayne Dean did an excellent job on my remodel which involved basically the whole house. He is very detail oriented and strived to make sure that everything was the way I wanted. He made great recommendations which looked better and saved me money! He uses quality materials which I know will last many years to come. I would definitely recommend him and will use him for any additional projects I have.

We called Deans Roofing for an estimate Wayne came out and got on the roof and said we needed a new roof. He came out again when the insurance adjuster was out. Wayne is very experience and knowledgeable in this industry. He worked with our insurance company to get an entire roof replacement and gutters we were thrilled! The work was done in 1 day for the roof and a couple hours for the gutters. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. We were so pleased with the quality of work and the customer service provided. I would highly recommend Deans Roofing owner Wayne for your roof repairs or needs.

Dean's Roofing was our first pick for a roof leak we noticed on our three year old home. Wayne was over within hours to assess and cover the damaged area and instructed us what to do from there. He was very honest with the options and suggested we reach out to our builder before he accepted the job. Finding an honest company these days is hard to come by! Having this experience with them is adding another reason why I continuously recommend them to friends and family often.

Dean Construction did a large remodel of 3 bathrooms. The team is amazing. The quality of their work is incredible and were able to tackle any changes I threw at them. The roof of our barn had damage from a wind storm and Wayne did a fantastic job in repairing the damage and securing the roof panels to prevent more damage and he took care of us for an affordable price. If we have an issue in the future we will be sure to call him.

The company came out and explained what need to be completed, we set up an appointment for tear off and replacement, everything was quick once started and the company cleaned up … very satisfied!

We had storm damage and called Deans Roofing & Construction for an inspection and Wayne was very polite and on time. He inspected our roof found we had missing shingles and other damage we couldn't see from the ground. Our roof needed replaced and it was scheduled and completed within days of the initial inspection. There professionalism & honesty is above other roofing companies, it was such and easy transaction. During our initial inspection our neighbor asked him to inspect his roof as well, they also had their roof fixed by them.

Wayne was responsive and easy to work with. He came to do a roof inspection and answered all of our questions. When it comes time to replace our roof, we will be using Dean’s Roofing!
