We have been needing a sliding glass door replaced for several years. Finally decided to take the leap and started searching for companies. Bo Lacey Construction was one of the top and I am so glad we chose them. Everything has been perfect from the estimator Jimmy, to the project coordinator Brad, to the installers Dustin and Frank (I think that was his name). We also had a window replaced above the kitchen sink. I definitely will be choosing Bo Lacey Construction if we decide to replace our siding. Highly recommended and they also offer financing.

This was the first time I have used bo Lacey. They did a roof and gutters from the first visit to the end of the project Scott and Marion was very responsive to any questions I had Scott point out I need to have the over hangs fixed and they took care of them as well. They told me the time frame and keep to their word. Thank you Scott and Marion. We’ll use them again for other projects

I can't thank Bo Lacey Construction enough for helping me when it came to replacing the siding on my house. I was struggling to find a company that had the knowledge of manufacturer warranty claim vouchers. Not only was Bo Lacey willing to take on the job, but they went the extra mile and contacted the siding manufacturer to make sure they had all the information needed to install the particular siding that was being replaced. Their communication and customer service were exceptional. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for siding replacement.

11 windows out 11 windows in. Guys did a great job! Not impressed with company though. First measurement all wrong, guys came to check what was going to be needed, had to tell them 11 out 11 in nothing else,( wasn't in their notes) . Got windows, they scheduled day (they called cancelled) another day ( they texted cancelled the evening before) they scheduled another date, showed up. Every frame had to be cut to fit windows in. No one could tell me why the fit wasn't better. But windows are in, job done.

Quality work! Done quickly and done right, with excellent communication throughout the entire project!

Bo Lacey came out to assess our gutter/downspout system. Holly calmly talked me through the options available. A few weeks later, we now have an upgraded, seamless gutter system with leaf/debris protection so water may flow away properly and efficiently. Brad's team completed everything in a few hours and cleaned up.

Bo Lacey recently put a new roof on my mom’s house and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would! From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The best part was they finished the job and besides a new roof, you can’t tell anyone was ever here. The clean up was phenomenal and all the old materials were disposed of as well! In the past mom has never had anyone to finish what they started or take the time to do the job right, and Bo Lacey was the first! Easy to work with, honest about what needs done, and completed the job in a timely manner! They will have our business from now on. We both highly recommend them!

I was very happy with Bo Lacey Construction. I needed a roof replacement. They explained everything at every step. They were reachable, approachable, and responsive to my questions. They asked me more than once through the process if I was happy or had any questions. And, most importantly, I am happy with the work completed. My experience with the Bo Lacey crew, I had new windows put in my home and they have been really great. The crew are so good at what they do. They listen to what your wanting, if there are issues they are taken care of. I love my windows. As I had 1 minor issue and they are fixing that. I recommend this company for your next job.

Bo Lacey replaced all my windows and doors on my house a couple of months ago. It was the best experience I have had. After being scammed a few times by handymen who were suppose to be licensed and bonded I was at the point of giving up. I tried one last time and called Bo Lacy. I was so impressed with the professional and straight talk I received. They answered every question I had. Scott Sr sat and talked to me and told me how to vet others so I’m not scammed again. It started with Winston who did my estimate to Marion the project manager to Homer the lead of the team. Scott Sr was in and out to make sure everything was getting done. I was amazed at the team. They worked so hard and cleaned up after themselves. They even hung all my curtains back up once they were done. Many of the team did not speak English but we still communicated by pointing at things or by having Homer to interpret for us. They were so kind and thoughtful during the whole process. There is so much more that I can say but this is definitely one company you need to experience for yourself. They get a 10 rating from me and will be the company I call should I need something else done. Thank you Scott Sr, Winston, Marion, Homer and the whole team. I pray the Lord blesses you this year.

We had windows replaced in our entire house. Bo Lacey did a great job installing them and with their clean up. Everyone we have communicated with is very personable and professional. You can tell they care about what they do and the quality of service they provide. We will be using them for future projects and recommend them without hesitation!

Marian was amazing and took care of so many issue along the way.

Things I was not impressed with:
1.My landscape bushes were trampled on and branches broken everywhere. I'm concerned they will not do well after the damage.

2. The clean up efforts were terrible. Cigarette butts all over the yard and in landscaping, trash, etc. Marian had them come back and clean up again.

3. My gutter warranty is voided due to removal (which I was told originally that the gutters did not need to be removed). They were bent, dings in them, downspouts were not put back on straight.

4. Electric outlets and doorbell were put back on with drywall nails.

5. The frames around the windows have chips all over.

6. They broke the water spicket knob off.

The removal of the old siding was done way too fast and without proper care of items that were remaining on the house.

Marian took care of a lot and he was in communications with me as needed. He was excellent to work with. Had I not been working with Marian, I would have given a lower rating.

Everyone at Bo Lacy was very nice and professional. The job was completed in one
day and clean up was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to Scott Richards, Jr and Sr, and Marion Smith for staying connected and communicating regarding my home

We needed gutters for an addition…Great customer service, fair price and Marion was very helpful with our questions about the best placement for water runoff.

Out of all the companies I attempted to contact for home window installation, this is the only company where you can talk to an actual human and not a recording. They call you back when they say they will. My home looks so much better. Quality is great. But their open and easy communication is what really did it for me. Thank you!!

Very nice work. I would of given five stars but they rutted my yard in several places. Should of used some sort of plank to prevent that.

Excellent sales and service. Complete new house roof was complete in less then one month from time we first contacted them.

Great service from start to finish. They did a before and after walk through making sure everything was completed as quoted and we were satisfied. Tore off and completely installed new roof in one day but quoted two days. Mr Richards Sr and Jr very nice and trustworthy fellows. Highly recommend.

Update: Part of my siding wasn't secured, and was advised it would be fixed. So far almost 3weeks without an update. First issue with Bo Lacy. Will be 5 stars upon remedy.

I called Bo Lacey and had a deck with stairs built onto the back of the house. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They initially came out to talk to me about what I wanted. I was satisfied that they could provide the service I wanted so we signed a contract. I got a call every week or two updating me on where we were at with materials on order, supply deliveries, and when construction could be expected to begin. I would highly recommend this company. Our experience was during Covid last year and they came through with excellent construction. What really impressed me were the timely phone calls letting us know where we stood at all times.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Scott Jr does a marvelous job of explaining everything that needs done during the sales process to make it as smooth as possible. Scott Sr does a superb job at keeping you up to date on when your job can start and when it will finish. You can really tell that the customer is the number one priority.

I contacted Bo Lacey Construction to obtain an estimate for possible roof replacement on a porch, garage and out building. Charlena Fisher was my sales representative. Ms. Fisher was very professional and pleasant to work with. She explained the process, gathered all the data and answered my questions. The estimate was timely, complete and fair. I chose not to go ahead with the project for reasons not related to Ms Fisher or Bo Lacey Construction. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend them.

After waiting too long,we finally decided to replace 4 single pane windows in our older home. We went with Bo Lacey Construction. We made contact with Char and she was very responsive to any questions we had during the process. The day of installation went smooth with no issues. Scott and his crew were very professional and friendly.We will be using Bo Lacey for 2 more windows and gutter replacement...it was a great experience for us. We had our old existing porch removed and replaced with a completely new structure.
The new porch gave us an extra 2 feet more than we were expecting.
The young men who built the porch did a great job and were hard working and very polite.
We did have a couple questions / concerns that came up and Scott was very willing to take care of them.
We have had several compliments on the porch.
We love the face-lift it has given our home. Hope to enjoy more of it next year.

Hired Bo Lacey after a storm made us aware of a leak in part of the roof. We got our estimate quickly, and the lady they sent out (Char) was wonderful. Scheduling was simple, the guys were in and out in a day, with minimal disturbance to us, and did a great job. Definitely would rehire.
