I had to go through the corporate office. They wanted all my information before they could tell me if there was even an appointment open.
Worst phone service ever !! The woman was in Florida and needed more info than if I was having major surgery.
After 45 min she said she lost all my info and needed to start over.
I have NEVER had to have them work on any of my cars, yet they keep calling me. It's irritating.
I just want them to stop calling.

I'm sure the repair would have been well done. My issue is with the process. I couldn't contact the local person. I had to go through the corporate office. They wanted all my information before they could tell me if there was even an appointment open. I decided to use a different company. Being able to talk to someone local makes a big difference.

Great service start to finish. Called morning of service to let me know his schedule promising to call when on way. Arrived early and offered to meet at my work rather than my home to save me any inconvenience. Will definitely use them again.

Worst phone service ever !! The woman was in Florida and needed more info than if I was having major surgery . That is after a horrible auto response phone system. After 45 min she said she lost all my info and needed to start over . I told her it was the worst and she she said I understand your frustration. So in total after an hour there was no service place available for more than 2 hours away . I just hung up

I have NEVER had to have them work on any of my cars, yet they keep calling me. It's irritating and I wish to never have to deal with them. I would have not rated, except the people I have talked to there seemed nice. I just want them to stop calling.
