One of the most friendly and accommodating shops I’ve been to. Did great work with an electrical issue on my VW and went above and beyond to help me with binded bolts on my roof rack when I had my Toyota in for regular service.

Global was able to complete the repairs quickly and everything is running as it should. I am very happy with their service and their timely completion.

I bought a car that needed some suspension work and suspected that the dealership had not in fact replaced the necessary parts, so I took it to Global Car Care for inspection. BEST DECISION EVER! The report they sent to me included photographs and videos showing the worn parts and the source of the clunking noises I could hear when turning corners - which allowed me to go back to the dealership with proof that the work had not been done. Fortunately, they stepped up to do the work in light of the report received from Global Car Care. The estimate for the suspension work to be done at Global was about $2800, but it only cost me $65 to get an inspection report that enabled me to hold the Seattle dealership accountable. Wonderful people, an immaculately clean lobby, and responsive service - I wish I'd discovered Global two cars ago!

I don't normally write reviews on google but if one person reads this and decides to go here, it'll be worth it.

I've been bringing my car here for the last few years since I bought my Kia and not once have I had a bad experience. Sure I've been given unfortunate news and had inconvenient instances (no fault of theirs), but they've always made up for it even if they didn't technically have to. I've always felt like they've had my best interest at heart and that they valued the well-being of my car more than the money in my pocket which is a value many companies do not have these days. I will say, the cost is more than what you could find somewhere else, but the peace of mind knowing I'm working with a locally owned company that values professionalism and integrity is more than worth it.

As much as I wish I didn't have to point it out in this day and age, it's important I mention that as a woman I have never felt belittled or talked down to going here. I've never been made to feel small or stupid for asking what might be a simple question and I've appreciated that they don't beat around the bush when explaining to me what's going on with my car. Jeremy and Tino up front have always been very cordial and friendly every time I've come in and the many times I've called. I also appreciate the online booking options and the ability to pick up/drop off my keys after hours, so helpful!

I was in Wenatchee visiting my parents and my power steering went out. This was on a Thursday at 5:30pm and I was stuck. I looked for help online and found the Global Car Care at a 4.7 star ratings with over 500 reviews. I decide this needs to be my first stop. I called them the next morning and they said bring the car in now. Wow, so fast. This is a great start. I brought my car in and I was totally impressed with how clean and friendly their facility was. Then they called me later in the day and found a solution and my car was ready by the next Tuesday as they had to order parts. I was totally impressed as it was not a high pressure place but they made you feel like family,. Super high quality, friendly and a great value too. I will be back as I will now only take my car to Global Car Care even though I live in Seattle. They are the best.

Global Car Care is one of the best places to take your car to. Each time I come in, they are quick, friendly, accommodating, and I never feel as they are trying to up sell me on anything. I always get great customer service, but I really need to give a shout out to Tino and Luis. If you want a mechanic shop you can trust, go to Global Car Care.

This mechanic shop is a life saver!!! My truck broke down in the middle of central Washington on a Thursday evening, about 4 hours from home. This was the ONLY shop that would help me! No one else would even look at my truck until the following week. Got a tow to Global Thursday night and Jeremy and his team had me back on the road Friday evening! I am so beyond grateful for these people, and its customer service like this that earns a business good reputation.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Tito. I very much appreciated the shuttle ride to and from work and Luis and I had a really good chat. I will definitely use your services again if need be (hopefully not!) and will recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks so much!!

This was a standard oil change. I waited inside while the mechanics did the oil change and went over the car to assess the condition. Global Car Care delivered.
