10/10 company. They say you can only get two out of three when it comes to price, quality, and timeliness in contracting, but they delivered on all three. Extremely communicative and easy to work with. Offered us the best price out of several companies for a fortified roof. Crew did an excellent job and the state had it certified within 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I HIGHLY recommend Rocket Restorations, for your roofing needs! After sustaining damage from the tornado that hit or area in April 2024, I contacted Rocket Roofing, familiar with there work on neighbors homes and other homes in the area. They also will work with your insurance company, to ensure that they pay for the damages sustained. Chance was quick to reply and get the process started, being available when the Ins. adjuster made his inspection. It was obvious from the start that the ins company was going to play hardball and get away with as little as possible! They were not attempting to being a "good neighbor"! They refused to cover the cost for full roof replacement, although the tornado damage was very obvious, to include several leaks throughout. The owner Mike, was a former adjuster, and knew how this company tries to get away with, as little as possible. He worked diligently with them presenting all the proof needed, so that the "good neighbor", had to own up to their responsibilities. This took several months of back and forth, several different submissions and many phone conversations with the Ins company. Mike handled all of this and I rarely had to talk with the Ins company directly. Chance always kept me informed of everything going on and was quick to respond to any of my questions. If I noticed something new, like another leak starting, he quickly responded taking photos to be submitted to further proof of damage. Ultimately, full payment was received and roof was fully replaced. Rocket Restorations is local, very dependable and provide workmanship warranties, as well as, provide you with copies of shingle type and warranty, if it is ever needed. I can't say enough about this company and it's employees and thank them all, for everything they did for me.

Rocket Restorations came out this week to replace some of our roof vents that started leaking after Hurricane Francine. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly pinpoint the problem areas. His crew showed up on time and the work was completed professionally in an efficient and effective manner. I know a lot of neighbors and friends in Madisonville and Mandeville who have recommended Rocket Restorations in the past and now I see why.

Rocket Restorations was heads above any other company we might have chosen to replace a roof on our summer home. We somehow wound up getting 4 quotes (another party was involved, we usually get 3 max) and RR offered the lowest price and with no question did a great job. Work was done expeditiously and the finished roof is very impressive, no shortcuts and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic work, price for the job was more than fair and a large crew to install a new roof in one day on the townhouses that I and my immediate neighbors own. They started getting organized just before 7:00am and worked throughout the day to get done that evening. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards on our property and moved back outdoor furniture and I was comfortable and understood everything going on in the process. Would definitely recommend Rocket Restorations for any roof replacement or repair work.

ROCKET did my roof! I chose ROCKET for my FORTIFIED ROOF replacement over 2 very qualified roofers. Mike(owner) and Chance(sales) helped with my whole LA State Fortified grant. They were very knowledgeable and well schooled about my special needs for skylight qualifications, dormas, and gabled roof requirements. Additionally they performed some minor repairs and paint work. Rocket just completed installing a new Fortified roof on our home. Chance, Mike, Edwin and their staff are courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. As a homeowner, the entire process with Rocket was easy and stress-free. The Company went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and left our home (and yard) looking 100x better than when they found it - paid attention to the details and were meticulous about cleanup. After interviewing many local roofers, I am glad I chose Rocket and would recommend them to anyone!

I used rocket restorations as part of the fortified roofs program that the state of Louisiana is conducting. From start to finish rocket restorations made the process extremely easy. Chance, the salesman that I dealt with did a fantastic job of coming out to my house to give me a quote checking out the roof and pointing out about 10 sheets of soft plywood that would need to be replaced. They got me scheduled in within 2 weeks of coming out to look at the job they showed up on the day they were supposed to with a large crew ready to work. They had my roof installed in a day. The salesman chance, and the owner Mike, we're both on the job all day to take photos and document every step in the process because that is required for the fortify program. I can't say enough good things about this company they came in on time and on budget the shingles that I used all of the other companies that bid on the job wanted me to pay extra for these shingles and rockets price was lower and they included the atlas pristine brand shingle I would definitely use these guys again in the future and I have already referred them to a couple of people that I know that need a new roof.

I've had several contractor experiences over the last 5 years, and they've all ranged from "average" to "total nightmare".....Rocky and Rocket Roofing are the exception. He's the BEST. He replaced our roof after Ida - this was a total replacement, including sub roof, and also replacing a dozen and a half 24-foot, single beam rafters on a large extension that had been built onto the house prior to us owning it. Not only that, but he pointed out a design flaw in the extension's roof, and his guys elevated the pitch 11 inches to join it to the main roof and prevent future problems.
I expected the job to take 4, maybe 5 days, but his guys were done and cleared out just after lunch on day 3. His guys were fast, very professional, efficient, did beautiful work and CLEANED UP SPOTLESSLY. Rocky was onsite several times throughout the process supervising, he's fantastic with communicating with you on what needs to be done, and what he's doing through every step, and he's just genuinely a kind guy. You're never going to feel pressured or taken advantage of with this guy.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE......insurance co. tried to screw me, as they do, offered me $2,700, but I got a public adjuster who ended up getting me about $85,000........Rocky did ALL of the leg work on this, inspecting the damages, writing the estimates the adjuster used to fight the insurance co, bringing in other contractors for second opinions and estimates, and overseeing the initial demo and mold remediation being done by a third party, and most importantly, he was my point man through all of this, so I didn't have to worry about anything....ROCKY DID IT ALL, he's more than just great roofs!
I can't imagine anyone else you could ever go with giving you a better experience than Rocky.

WOW! What a remarkable team of people! I will never use anyone else to do my roof again No roofer had ever taken my old roof down to the wood and these guys did it (4 layers of felt) and then repaired the wood damage! They are extremeley knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, and guide you through the entire process. They know all about tiles and which ones work best for you and which ones give you the best warranties. They take care of you! The foremen are present the whole time. They have a huge team of guys who do the roof and then the cleanup is awesome! I was just left with a clean yard and a gorgeous new roof! What a relief after my last bad roof job that ended with a leaking roof and a nulled warranty! THANK YOU ROCKET FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They replaced our roof before Ida hit in 2021 and came out to inspect it after the storm at no cost to us. Roof held up great. They also did a small repair caused by an errant tree limb at a reasonable price. Mike and his crew are the best. They know what they are doing and provide some of the best customer service I have ever received. You won't regret hiring them for roof repair or replacement.

Their price is very competitive. The work was started on time and completed very quickly because they deployed a 15 man team plus an on site supervisor. All of the workers were neatly dressed and had company shirt. One of the owners (Michael Kupar) kept in touch and informed me about several details as the job progressed. The yard was left clean and completely clear of nay nails. I personally recommend Rocket Restoration for any roofing needs you may have including inspections after any storm.

Rocket Restorations did a great job on my roof. They were responsive to all of my questions. When they did the job everything was done as agreed upon. I had a wonderful experience working with them. The team was very knowledgeable and installed the atlas roof to warranty spec; with pictures to prove it. I was watching throughout the installation process and their team really put in the work. They changed out all the rotten boards and very nicely repaired some extensive rot near my chimney. The yard was actually cleaner after they left. Chance explained things to me as they were happening and was readily available to answer all of my questions. The quoted estimate was very fair, and the final price was very close even after fixing all of the hidden rot (which my roof had a good amount of). I was very impressed with how fast they were able to get the job done considering the complications my roof presented (high, steep, and rotten). A++, very happy with the final product.

Very professional and responsive. Their processes of working with us to gain insurance payment for a new roof was amazing. The roof materials and installation were done in a professional and timely manner.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Rocket Restoration for our new roof. We had some damage from Hurricane Ida and we called them to replace our roof. It was no time before we got our estimate and the roof started. They were on time, nonstop workers and even some upgrades on our spec house roof. It was amazing working with Rocket Restoration, they took care of all paperwork with our insurance company and all we had to do was enjoy our new roof and the compliments from neighbors.

Chance and the roofing crew did a fantastic job from helping me with the insurance information to picking out shingles. They crew worked quickly and efficiently from start to cleanup.

Professional and dependable. Also helped us appeal our insurance claim after being cut a $35 check (after paying hefty ded) to replace our roof. Two weeks later Ida came along and two trees hit our house damaging several shingles on their way down. RR came over and fixed the damaged shingles. No charge. Thank you RR.

Rocket Restorations. There pricing was in the ballpark just as the other contractors were, also they will provide the first 2 sheets of wood free of charge in case of repairs. And everyone that we dealt with at Rocket Restorations made our job seem like it was there main objective to get done and get done in a timely manner. The job started on time and was finished ahead of time. They did a excellent job. I would recommend giving them a call if you need work done.
