Great local company! Francisco, Joe, AJ and Bransen were all extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and are true professionals that will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is 100 percent satisfied with the job.

Extremely pleased. Initially our insurance company only wanted to pay a small fraction of the price to repair a hail damaged roof (due to a bad adjustment). Kyle B. and team went above and beyond to get another adjustor on site and pointed out all the obvious hail damage. They ended up getting the insurance co. to cover the full roof replacement. Kyle worked with us on picking out the right color for our house, and we are very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.

Ed and his crew did a phenomenal job on our roof! They maintained excellent communication with us, sent us pictures and updates along the way, and took care of every detail. They cleaned up after themselves and followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the job they did. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks, Ed!!

On 11/2/24 we had a Fortified Roof installed by Gulf Coast and the job site supervisor, Kyle was so impressive with attention to details; up and down off roof supervising workers all day long; sending photos of progress to official site inspector and keeping us as owners completely up to date with progression all day long that I could not let it go by without complimenting his diligence and Gulf Coast for employing such an exemplary young man.

Roof was done on schedule, timely, and looks great. They even hand picked nails out of the rock garden, moving the rocks around to make sure they got everything. Kyle and armand were friendly and easy to work with! Gulf Coast goes above and beyond

I really like this company. They did my roof just before Christmas /2023 and did a great job! We have over 3000 sq ft under roof and the removed the old roof and installed the new roof in 2 days. Roofers were on site a 7am and worked until sundown each day. They also did a big clean-up and then a couple of guys came back on the 3rd day to do a thorough clean up. They had one of the three owners onsite each day. I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone!!

I personally had a very good experience with Gulf Coast Construction. Johntae was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure everything went smooth.

It truly disappoints me that I have to leave a one star rating because I did have somewhat of a decent experience with my sales person. However, since day one it has been nothing but lack of communication and on organization on the company Behalf. The day my roof was repaired, halfway through the install I get a call, saying that there was some type of miscommunication and a Fortified roof was not being installed. After expressing that the only reason I decided to go with them was because of the price provided on the Fortified roof. They removed the regular Roof and install the fortified roof with a completion on the following day. Since then, it has been an uphill battle with getting them to repair the damage that they caused to my house in the process of repairing the roof. I have reached out on multiple occasions about someone repairing the damage. Someone showed up weeks later unannounced hammering, the panel back to the side, which is unrepairable since it's badly dented, in addition, it took them almost 2 weeks to remove the extra material out of my driveway even though they told me it would have only been a few days. And on top of that they have been continuously giving me the runaround in regards to the fortified certificate. It was only after I did my research on how the process works that someone magically contacted me about taking pictures of the inside of my home. Still till this day, I still have the damage and I do not have the certificate showing that the roof is fortified. really feel like it's more so about money because they're continuously communicating with the insurance company to exhaust the rest of the funds totaling over $20,000, but can't let me know when I can get my certificate and when they will be fixing my damage. I hope that this shines on the unprofessionalism the lack of communication and process and protocol around Fortification. If you're looking to get a fortify roof I would highly suggest going to a company that has been doing business legitimately the right way because no one seems to know when I will be getting a certificate and I'm not even sure if all the steps were taken for me to be able to obtain one. I hope this helps someone else make the necessary decision. Please do your research and I would suggest going with somebody that has a Google guarantee any event that something like this happened to you.

After damage to my roof early February I signed a contract with Gulf Coast Construction & Restoration. I did not know any of these guys so please keep that in mind while you read what I have to say!

This company very much works as a team which is so impressive. Kyle was the salesman who initially got us under contract. He is a great communicator and makes you feel confident about the experience you’ll have with them. Chris worked with our desk adjuster to get the insurance matters settled for us. Francisco and Armand made visits to our house to evaluate and then calculate the job. On the day of construction Cody and Branson oversaw the production crew as they removed our old roof, replaced old decking, and built a whole new roof for us. Our architectural shingles are resistant to stains and the color is called Morning Harvest. It is so pretty and matches our home perfectly. The crew painted our chimney, installed new coordinating roof jacks, and attended to other small details. Branson oversaw the clean up and made sure everything was meticulously taken care of for us These guys were all very thorough every step of the way! I admire the way this company operates and I appreciate how they made this a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

When my wife and I bought a house in Covington and came to the terrible realization that we would need our roof replaced, this was the first and last company we called. Coast Gulf Construction did my roof. I had the pleasure of meeting JP, Wayne, Kody and Joe.who were all just great. When I agreed to a new roof, Wayne right then and there called my insurance company to open a claim. They handled everything. Within two weeks I had the check in my hand from the insurance company. They never pressured you about anything, They all were very polite and easy to work with an advised me of what I needed to know because really had no idea. . They are differently here for their clients. They always keep updated what was going to take place. They roofers arrived at 7:00 AM and all finished and gone by 12:00. The installers were fantastic when they were finished I didn't have anything to pick up not even a roofing nail. In fact my back yard was cleaner once they left then before they came. Wayne came by the next day for a walk through with me to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. All I can say is that Gulf Coast is very efficient and courtsey. If I ever need another new roof they will be the only ones getting the contract. Great job guys you are the best!!!

After seeing the stellar job they did on my neighbors roof and the sheer ease of their craftsmanship, I called immediately and started the process. Armand came out did a full walk through with me about what to expect, called my insurance company so everyone was one the same page and made the whole process smooth and hassle free.
My roof is beautiful and THE CLEAN UP WAS AS PRECISE AND CLEAN LIKE A HOSPITAL SURGERY ROOM!

I want to express my appreciation for the help Gulf Coast Construction provided in entering the claim for the hail damage to my roof recently. The effort on my part was minor other than the initial call to the insurer and putting the claim in motion. They handled all communication with the insurer in an attempt to capture all eligible damages associated with the claim. The roof was changed in one day and clean up was excellent.
