Absolutely could not recommend a better company and service. Had a huge crack that had begun to spider across my windshield from a semi throwing a rock on it and wanted it quickly repaired. Safelite wasted no time in getting me an appointment and came all the way out to my home to quickly put in my new windshield. These guys are amazing, quick, and professional with their work. Will be a customer for life and recommend them to anyone who needs windshield repair! Caden was the awesome tech who drove all the way out to us and I wanted to shout him out. It went really great smooth and I was very happy with the Tech. But I’ve noticed after driving the car that the windshield has a defect in it.it is warranted and will be replaced.

Great service at the Beckley, WV location. Quick service. Professional assistance. They repaired a rock chip and the damage, after repair, was hardly noticeable. This is the second time I have used their service and at the same location and both times the service and results were awesome.

Great service and friendly staff. Shane was awesome. Answered all my questions and worked well with me since we had some rain on and off that morning. He didn't get aggravated he simply assured me he would be able to complete the job. Overall really satisfied highly recommend

We called this place to put a windshield in my husband truck they were supposed to show up on a Thursday I think around 1 or 2 they never did show up so I called them they said they were at my house on Wednesday and no one was home and I was home all day both of those days and no one ever showed up at my house and I had a friend to use them and they said Safelite tore there truck up I wouldn't let these people put glass in my dogs houses and I will always give them bad reviews no matter what they don't know what they are doing

The best Customer Service) I have experienced in a very long time. Safe flight sent out a very nice gentleman who cared about what we thought about the job and our needs and was so genuine. Awesome I recommend them for replacing your windows. We thought it would cost an arm and a leg, but it did not highly recommend

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Very quick turn around time. The technician was very nice and did excellent work! He even vacuumed the glass out of my van. Highly recommend!!

These guys may be a bit pricey, but they get the job done quickly and professionally. Just be sure to run it through your insurance.

I have had to have two windshields replaced through them (rock hits on both) and they worked with my insurance and got it done. Fast. No leaks. Adjusted the road camera perfectly, too.

Retaliatory. Best way to describe this Safelite location. I'm in from out of town and have used Safelite in NC many times without issue, so I (wrongfully) assumed that this would be no different. I had a small chip in my windshield and made an appointment to have it fixed while I was in to visit family (we're stationed out of state). After getting there they took the car back and within five minutes they came back and said they cracked and now has to be replaced. Ok, frustrating and I told them they did a poor job. This clearly did not sit well with them based on the manager's (Robert Underwood) response and tone. I told them I did not want them to touch the car anymore and to return it. When he pulled the car around I opened the door and immediately saw they had torn a hole into my headliner and I immediately called the manager out and asked him what happened. He denied doing anything. Called the cops and will ensure USAA never uses this shop again. Completely unacceptable behavior. Pics attached.

They fixed all my worries away. Thomas, the technician, did an awesome job in installing a new windshield for my Mazda CX-5. Great job guys!

100% do not recommend. Our first appointment was rescheduled bc they got the address wrong and didn't call us. Our second appointment was supposed to be between 8-12. Didn't show until 1:30 so I had to find someone to get my kids from school. While he was fixing my windshield he was cussing the entire time saying how much he hated his life.

Called main 800 number, not the local location for someone else. Expensive, wouldn't give a full price quote unless I scheduled service. Then price went from just under $400 to over $500 with fees like $40 for disposal of windshield (landfill fee is under $13 if you haul it yourself). Needless to say, my friend didn't go through with their service.

Several years back, they came out to install a windshield in my one son's truck at his job. The removed his broken one, then had the nerve to refuse to install the new one he paid out-of-pocket for. His one pillar had a dip to it, easily fixed using a jack and 2x4. They refused him the chance to do the fix and left the windshield leaning against his truck before leaving. Then it starts raining. Luckily a coworker had a tarp, so they sat the windshield in place using some odds and ends to cushion it and covered it over.

They couldn't replace what I was inquiring about, it had to be through the dealership, but they were overly accommodating and helpful to my mother and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. They was fast professional keep in touch during the entire process highly recommend. The office was clean and well maintained.

Honestly.. I’ve never even been to this location but based off the multiple poor reviews I’ve read I decided to call and see for myself because you never know both sides of the story, people have bad days. But I can’t even talk to a human being when calling the location itself.. basically get forced to get a quote or make an appointment online because it knows I’m on a smartphone? I don’t care if doing it online is easier.. (the automated system is very persistent about that for some reason) all I want to do is ask a few questions and make an appointment but it directs you to the website and hangs up.

Other than seriously underestimated waiting times, my experience wasn't too bad. Had an 8 am appointment time and it was a little before noon when they finished everything. They'll estimate 2 hours on the phone and on their online appointments, but I would plan for longer.

Wonderful and friendly personnel. My windshield was replaced in 45 minutes. They cleaned all of my windows and vacuumed my car. I was totally satisfied, and will recommend you to anyone needing a replacement for their windshield.

Stopped by the Beckley location today and immediately recieved 5 star customer service (without an appointment!). I had a small ding in my windshield and was quoted quickly and fairly. Moved forward with the repair and I am 100% satisfied! 10 out 10 recommend.

Had an appointment for them to come to my house and they just never showed up, after receiving multiple forms of confirming my appointment the day before. I couldn’t even get through to a real person on the phone until the end of my 9-5 time window who told me they just weren’t going to make it. I went out to the store the next day where I let her know I had some concerns about them cracking my windshield to the point I would need to replace completely, but I was told it’s only happened once before, low & behold I get a phone call 5 minutes later saying mine cracked and would I like to “come to the store or have them go to my house to replace” I feel like this store is a total scam if not the whole company, you’re better off just going to your car dealer.

So this was my 3rd windshield replacement in the last 12 months. These guys did number 2 and 3. The second replacement they didn't get the rubber around my windshield flat and I was very displeased and complained, they tried to tell me that's how it looked when I dropped it off. This time it's flat, just saying....also I've heard conflicting information about calibrations, a guy at the Honda dealership said newer cars calibrate themselves, safelite said that not true and charged me $670 for calibration. The thing is that the day I picked my car up some of the things listed in the calibration didn't work until the next day. Hmmm!

Fixed the window but left the broken glass in the door so I hear it in there every time I open or shut the door. Sloppy and lazy work! I’ve had windows repaired before and they always cleaned out the glass from inside the door.

ALSO - this appointment was made over a week in advance and on the day of the appointment I drove 35 miles to Beckley and they told me I would have to come back because they didn’t order the correct window. Not the first time we have had a bad experience with a Safelite location but this is the last time we will ever give them our business.

I came in to get my windshield fixed. I had been quoted $288. I was told that the final price was $380. When I objected to that new price they dropped the disposal fee which reduced the price to $308 with taxes.
This meant I was being charged $75~ for dumpster space for my old windshield!!!***!!!

Then their employee said he saw too much rust for him to do the job, though he was unable to show me any rust whatsoever.

Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. This place is a huge ripoff and the most poorly run Safelite store in the nation

I had a good experience at Safelite Auto Glass .They were professionals, with fast service and quality work would go to them again if need be. I recommend them for all your automotive glass needs.

I have a Jeep, so stops at Safelite are not rare.
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
The technician did an amazing job. I had to search for the spot he repaired and it was very obvious before he fixed it.

Due to poor customer service, making you use an automated system, I couldn’t speak to someone to try to ask some questions so that I could make an appointment. The automated system hung up on me three times, so I gave up. This is the problem with business in America.
