The sales people are super freindly and helpful. They help me design a kennel for 2 of my dogs. It turned out perfect. The delivery guy was prompt and professional had my kennel set up in about 30 minutes. Deffinatly would use them again.
Thanks to Mika and Rich my dogs have there own space with heat and air.

I talked with Mika and was shown everything available on location and we built a couple of buildings on her PC to compare pricing.
We ended up purchasing one on the lot and we are awaiting delivery. Everything was as smooth as silk, even financing.

Yesterday I had my 24 by 25 foot double garage door metal building installed at the farm. The craftsmanship of the installers was great and team leader Jose Rosas could not have been more knowledgeable. Go by and see Denise if your in the market for an outbuilding or metal building built to your specifications. You won’t be disappointed!

Thank you to Rich Koontz for helping my husband and me design and order a 10x16 lofted building. Rich is knowledgeable and was patient while we kept going back and forth on size, main color, trim, roofing, electrical package, and financing. So much to take into consideration, but I think we made the right choice by selecting Ascential Buildings. It’ll be around 4 weeks before actual delivery so check back and see how that goes. But so far, a pleasant experience!

Honest people, great buildings, excellent service and delivery. Bob at the Lewisburg location is very thoughtful and no high pressure sales talk. Pineview builds with quality materials throughout and it shows. The reflective interior surface is a nice feature. I just purchased my second Pineview Building (the first 5 years ago and it still looks like new) and the quality and attention to customers continues.

Rich was very helpful getting the materials ordered. Enjoyed talking about our service time. I think he helped in getting the best price i could aford. I have not recieved the two covers yet, but will update after they are installed.

To busy trying to push a new building on you at $10,000 or above to receive a 20% discount which they kept saying it was ending tomorrow, telling me even if you buy a smaller unit that I would still have to pay full price for a bigger building and loss on the material as they tried pushing the 20ft or more which i said it wouldn't fit my property nor was I even interested. Seen a repo unit which was still $10,000 but as he tries to force a new building again instead of making a deal on the used unit which I wanted but wasn't going to pay full price on a used item, come on! I had cash on hand to purchase a building or garage but seems they wasn't interested in making a deal so like the old saying goes cash spends anywhere so I went to another place and found a much better deal since I told them about theses cosmos and purchase a new building for way less then $10,000 which I later found out that they were trying to make commission and they could of bargain a deal especially with cash in hand.Dont recommend these guys they aren't professional just pushy salesman whom think they are smarter than the customers when we know really how much goes in theses cheaply built buildings and low cost materials, jacking the price up making you think you're getting a deal! Research beforehand to save you time and money!

If you are looking for a building this is the best place to get one. From start to finish the customer service you receive is great. I highly recommend them...the guy who delivered the building was awesome also....Thank you for such great customer service.

The delivery and setup went without a hitch. The driver was so very careful and meticulous about the building position and level that I knew he was going to do it right. My only concern is that there is no overhang on any side if the roof but then again I knew that when I bought the building. The construction is very impressive and I am anxious to finish wiring and insulating the inside so that I can start using my workshop.

I can't say enough about my great experience at Ascential Buildings in Beckley! When I showed up to the lot to look at the buildings, Nathan Immediately came to greet me and show me around. He is a fantastic salesperson, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Rick, who called and scheduled my delivery was friendly and professional. Seth delivered my building. He called right on time and showed up shortly after. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient! He placed the building exactly where I wanted it made sure it was level and sturdy before leaving.
From start to finish this was an easy process and a great experience. They also have a website that allows you to design your own wood or metal building I highly recommend Ascential Buildings for all of your building needs!

Joe and the team have been phenomenal! We found the building we wanted online, went to the lot and got an even better deal than anticipated with some great rebates going on this month! We were in and out in less than thirty minutes with a solid plan and a payment that I am more than comfortable with! The delivery team has already arranged the transport to our home too and it will be here in less than the projected two weeks! I highly recommend this team and company, especially if you’re wanting to avoid opening more loans.

I am very happy with the new shed I purchased it was quality made and the delivery was pretty quick. The delivery driver was able to get through the mud while it was raining and setup in the location I preferred without any problems.

We recently purchased a 10’ x 20’ shed. The whole process of buying the shed and having it delivered was fairly smooth. It would have been delivered a week after buying it, but we had to put delivery off due to COVID. We finally got it 3 weeks after buying it and we could not be happier. It’s very well built.

Great service. Rich was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sale to something we didn’t want or need. Building came very quickly. The speed and ease of setting up was something to watch. When I need another building this is where I’ll go.

My mom purchased a 12x20 building recently from Pine View. The overall experience was awesome. We REALLY appreciated the time that Jesse spent with us, to be sure the product looked great with her home, and met all of her storage needs. The building came in on time, and is beautiful. My only issue is that we feel someone from delivery should have come to the delivery sight ahead of time, to plan what equipment was needed, and, moreover, that more than one person would have made delivery and set up much more time efficient (not to mention less stressful for EVERYONE involved , including the driver).
There is a large hole in the floor from the hook used to move buildings around the lot. A work order has been filled out. We only have one issue with that as well. A copy of the work order should have been provided, and a definite repair date written on it. We are just guessing and assuming it will be done in a timely manner.
Basically, I'm sure Jesse is a huge asset to the Beckley office, as she was a lifesaver for us. She made a large purchase a lot more fun, and our delivery driver, Darren, needs a raise.
