Safelite AutoGlass - Bluefield, WV

They got my windshield replaced and found the leak on my back glass in about 2 hours. Pretty good time.

Didnt take them long at all to replace my entire back windshield on my equinox, very impressed with the services. Thank you for making a hard situation a easy, quick fix.

The guy that came left glass everywhere since he had to bust the windshield all the way and didn't even clean it. I have busted glass in the floorboard,seats , wiper cowl, even in my grass . I called today asking for money back since I will have to clean all this and they blew me off . I would not recommend I would find another shop

I would give more stars if I could , couldn't ask for better experience , definitely recommend and will use again and I hope I get the same technician/ installer , thank you God bless my installer had to drive to my home on a 4 mile dirt rd in the middle of no where's to top of my mountain where I live , it only took him less than an hour all by himself , I'm impressed they came all the way to my home considering where I live and how hard it is to get here , it's 4x4 country and service and attitude was still top notch, he could of easily canceled my appt due to road closures but he still found a way around and made it, and I called 4 other places first and they could not help me , so thank you for all the extra care and help

Took 3 weeks & 3 different tries to get the window replaced. The 1st guy wasn't knowledgeable in how to change this specific glass & he left a trash bag taped to the car window. I wasn't even able to drive it because it's the middle of winter. Before he took the glass out i could at least drive it wth the crack. He left the pieces of glass laying in the driveway. Didn't bother to clean up his mess. The 2nd guy put the glass in but, also taped it in because he didn't have the proper tool to remove the bolt inside the door. I had called for mobile service, but the car actually had to be taken in to the shop to get fixed. Very unprofessional. moved me to the back of the list both times that they couldn't get it fixed. Should have been a priority since they messed it up. Overall I would not recommend safelite.

The gentleman in the front office was nice and friendly when I dropped my car off. I liked getting updates as the work was in progress. When I got in my car, the windshield was spotless as well as the interior of my car. I would definitely recommend.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! They make it so easy for the customers to have repairs completed on their vehicles, and are even open on Saturdays, which is a huge convenience. They are super fast and efficient, and do exceptional work! Highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing window or windshield repairs or replacements. Thank you guys for a pleasant, easy experience! :)

I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THEM WITH ONE STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO CLICK A STAR TO POST, SO RIDICULOUS! I'D RATE THEM IN THE NEGATIVE. THE MOST UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, & LAZY GROUP OF STAFF I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. NO NOTIFICATIONS OF CANCELLED APPTS., NO UPDATES, NO NOTIFICATIONS OF RESCHEDULED APPTS., ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS WORKED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. I FINALLY TALKED TO ONE LADY AT THEIR BUSINESS WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WITH AN ATTITUDE AND CHIP ON HER SHOULDER, TO LAZY TO EVEN TALK. SCHEDULING APPTS. FROM 8 AM - 5 PM IS RIDICULOUS, TYING UP AN ENTIRE DAY AND THEN NOT SHOWING UP. SAFELITE IN BLUEFIELD GENUINELY SUCKS AND THEY NEED TO DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN! I'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. PEACE OUT SAFELITE IN BLUEFIELD, WV & THANKS FOR ALL THE UNNECESSARY FRUSTRATION!

First appointment they showed up even with rain forecasted just to make sure if they could or couldn't get it done. That was fantastic, I was immediately put back on schedule for 2 days later when no rain was in forecast. Arrived on time and was super quick to get job done. New windshield has had no issues since.

Don’t expect them to show up I waited a week for this appointment and they waited until the day of the appointment to call me and tell me that they weren’t coming and that I’d have to reschedule. Seems like the ton of bad reviews on here are true I’ll get my windshield replaced somewhere else.

I took my car to the Bluefield store and was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a brand new windsheild for my 2017 Highlander. The staff was very considerate and helpful during the entire process.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Had a windshield replaced in truck almost a year ago. Have tried countless times to get ahold of someone at the facility since THAT day in regards to services rendered because of the poor service, rude installer whi felt compelled to SCREAM AND CUSS Me and the $250 plus dollar bill from the dealership where the truck had to be repaired after the installer drove my vehicle at high rates of speed while trying to calibrate it and come back without completing. NOW I'm receiving a bill from THEM. DONT USE SAFELITE

Very friendly staff and very clean and comfortable waiting area. They cleaned the glass out of my car and got it all fixed up quickly.

I think they are a rip-off. If you are paying cash. They want $30 to RECYCLE my glass windshield. I would rather recycle the glass myself, thank you. You can upgrade to the next level for $50.and they will put on $20 wipers. If someone else's insurance company is paying, great. But if you are paying yourself, read the fine print.

Went to the one in Bristol TN. Amazing service! Great people. Got me in quick and got it done right! Definitely recommend and will use again.

Windshield installed at Blue field WV Safelite. Windshield started to FOG UP at night, could not see to drive safely. Went in to Blue field store & met "DAVID".Very professional, concerned & helpful. David cleaned the windshield really good & I have not had FOG anymore. I was a mad customer & David turned me over to a "Happy Customer" . Therefore, I am recommending the Blue field WV Safelite at 5 stars!!! Thank you David for your patience & kindness!!! ☺️

I highly recommend safelite in Bluefield WV. They fixed a crack in my wind shield, it looks perfect. The employees were so nice and experts. Thank you Safelite, and the guy who fixed my wind shield.
