Had some damage to our roof after a storm and also (something we didn’t know) found out that metal roofs actually require servicing. Called Frye roofing and they were able to come over, do the repairs quickly, and at a great price. We barely even knew they were here! Highly recommended. Great job, guys! Thank you!

Frye came out after the last big storm and made sure that our roof was in perfect condition. They squeezed us in quickly and were very thorough.

Frye’s repair crew came and cleaned my gutters out, did a regular inspection on the roof and made sure there were no issues. I was very happy with their level of diligence and communication. This required a tall ladder and knew I needed someone with more expertise. They were concerned with safety and making sure they cleaned up the areas as they went. 10/10.

I haven't had the best luck with local contractors, but Frye was awesome.

I had some flashing on our metal roof get damaged in the last windstorm we had. I called Frye at about 9:30 in the morning one day last week. They told me they had someone in the area and they'd be by to check it out.

Of course, I had heard that before. But within 3 hours, there was a crew that showed up to fix the problem.

They were super friendly and polite. They clearly explained what they were going to do to fix the issue with the flashing and then got right to work. They did a great job fixing it.

Now my wife is happy and not stressed about potential water damage. I don't have to get up on the roof to DIY something I have no business doing. And the bill was actually a lot less than what I had assumed it would be.

Highly recommend the folks at Frye for any kind of roofing issues.

Jesse and Benny were very professional and helpful. Showed up on time as communicated, found a leak around my chimney as well as replacing shingles on another side of my roof and several ridge cap shingles. Very neat and cleaned up after themselves. After a contractor did a shoddy job at trying to replace my shingled roof with a metal roof, I contacted Frye Roofing and from the beginning, everyone was wonderful. Within 2 days, Frye Roofing had the materials (decided to go with shingles) and their work crew on site. When I purchased my home almost five years ago, I knew the roof would need to be replaced. I researched roof materials’ manufacturers and products, as well as asked trusted friends who had replaced a roof in the past year or so for a recommendation. Very fast response to my initial call. The crew they sent up was friendly, professional and worked efficiently on the issue.

I called Frye for an Emergency roof repair OCTOBER 5th, 2022. They were initially responsive and told me that repairs are usually done without a contract and they send a team where I would be billed $80 an hour per man plus materials - and usually the repairs are between $600 and $1000. I agreed and they sent a team of two men on October 10th. These men looked at the roof, got photos, noted interior damage that was occurring, and said they had another job in the area and would "send this in."
On October 26th, I receive a call that they are sending a proposal that I will need to sign and return, in which I stated "the damage is getting worse and your guys didn't do anything, I need this fixed. ASAP."
I few days later I received a proposal for more than $3500 dollars, and I felt betrayed, but I really needed this roof fixed as the damage is getting dangerous at this point - at no time did they make any attempt to mitigate this eventuality.
November 6th I received a call stating that they had a question about the color of the metal used for the flashing as it was "difficult to tell in the photos." I said to them that the damage in the house has been worsening and I need them to fix it." The ensured me that they were just "waiting on the metal" and would get back to me to schedule it asap.
January 4th. I call them to cancel the order, as I am going to now need a full-service contractor to come and repair my master suite, as the damage no-longer includes just the ceiling and roof, but the interior walls and water has penetrated the light fixtures. They stated that they were "still gathering materials" and I would need to talk to someone else who was not in the office about this.
I am looking to cancel this service as 3 MONTHS is UNACCEPTABLE when making a call for EMERGENCY repair work which has now due to their negligence cause many thousands of dollars worth of damage.
I hope this review will help someone else, and maybe help Frye understand the damage they caused.

Frye roofing did an amazing job with our roof! I noticed water dripping from out ceiling and started trying to find someone to give us quotes (I don’t live somewhere convenient). I did have a general contractor give a slightly cheaper quote but he also wanted to leave the existing shingles on and just wanted to do 3/4 of the roof…. Other places didn’t want to even try to come out since I don’t live nearby (even a place in Princeton and another in Beckley. We are in summers county)
When I called to inquire I spoke to Henry and felt MUCH better about the process of getting a new roof. He was willing to answer any questions and really went the extra mile to help you understand exactly what they do. THEN he came to the house to look at everything and showed me what would be used. Also insured they take extra care to make sure cleanup is done well (I have animals that go outdoors)
I can’t say enough good things about this company! The installers were insanely friendly and helpful as well!
I have to add with my line of work, it makes me super paranoid about contract work. I am one who will research everything as well. I encourage you to do the same. And I say my opinion is trust this company.

A leak developed on the roof of our B&B that was extremely hard to pinpoint. Frye Roofing came out several times until they figured it out. One of our chimneys was leaking due to cracked masonry. We were very impressed with their perseverance, that they were able to find the leak, the repair options that were offered, and the speed and quality of the repair. Frye removed the chimney, which we no longer needed and patched the roof, doing an amazing job matching the existing shingles. We won't use any other roofers and highly recommend Frye. Nothing beats a great repair and peace of mind that the job was done right.

From start to finish, Frye Roofing was excellent to work with. Communication with the company representative was good throughout the work period. The estimate given before the roof replacement began was thorough and accurate. Additionally, the crew that did the work was very professional. Before leaving each day, they organized the materials left on-site and covered the unfinished parts of the roof to prevent water damage in the event of rain before the next work day. We did have a problem one day where strong winds and heavy rains over a weekend caused leaks that damaged ceiling tiles in our office. When this was brought to the company's attention, they promptly took care of it, replacing the affected tiles. We are VERY satisfied with the service provided by Frye Roofing and heartily recommend them.

Most companies either did not do repairs (only install new roofs), or they never responded back. The exception was Frye Roofing. My many questions on what options there were, along with all the advantages and disadvantages (for possibly doing a new install), were professionally and quickly answered. An email response included clear and detailed proposals along with photographs of various types of roofing. Because of their demonstrated expertise and quick response, I will have them do the repairs and if needed in the future, they will be the first choice for replacing the old metal roof with a new standing seam metal roof. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

We spent a year and a half with no look looking for a company to address an algae problem on our roof in Lewisburg prior to locating Frye Roofing. Frye was able to complete the algae removal and inspect the roof. The inspection located a problem that was not visible from ground level which they were able to repair while there. We were very impressed with both the professional response from the office and the team leader who kept us informed along the way. The roof looks brand new! We highly recommend Frye Roofing.

I had a roof leak in my house and Frye Roofing responded quickly to fix the leak, despite no prior relationship. I was quite pleased that the team identified the leak and repaired it on a single visit. I asked them to quote me a price to replace the entire roof. I was agreeable. They willingly delayed the job due to issues of mine and held the price despite rising costs over several months. The job was done well and they left the worksite remarkably clean of nails and other debris. The crew worked diligently and addressed my concern to install kickout diverters, which are not commonly used. Henry Mankin communicated very well with me throughout the time of the leak to final job. A supervisor came by a couple of weeks later to be sure everything was acceptable. I feel fortunate to have had Frye Roofing handle my roof replacement. They are professionals and I am pleased to recommend them.

I purchased my home 06/2020 it has a metal roof and had an inspection twice with another company when I purchased it. Called Frye to inspect 2 spots on the roof and give a current inspection. They replaced 3 screws and caulked. $335.00! They were at my home 20 mins tops. The invoice I received said i need a whole new roof. Lol okay. $$$ I didn’t think a local place would be so greedy.

They worked on our church’s roof - Carr Memorial UMC. Workers were neat, clean, and timely. Church members were satisfied with the finished product. Follow up inspection went excellent. The office staff and site superintendent were cordial and helpful.
