HONEST COMPANY! Someone said the roof needs to be replaced. I called to ask for a 2nd opinion and Andrew went out to my home and he informed me that the roof is fine and nothing needs to be done at this point. It is nice to know that there are still HONEST companies out there. Will use them next time I really need a roof. Dean M

I had hail damage on my house from earlier this year. I contacted Sprague this fall. They were able to get my roof replaced, house painted, shed roof replaced and painted. Quickly and efficiently. I can't comment on the actual work performed but I can comment on trying to coordinate with them to get work done. Horrible communication and a ton of babysitting to get them to respond. Many emails, texts and calls to get them to actually reply back with either a "yes, we can do it" or "no, we cant". From one business owner to another, I am shocked how they are still in business if they can't communicate to get a job done.

In this day and age people have a hard time getting contractors to call back and then have to wait for the work to be done for months. NOT HERE!!!!! Bill Honn from Sprague called me back the day I called and came out withing days to take a look at the job. His estimate was fair and he was not looking for ways to make the job larger than it was. We agreed to work together.

The job was started within a week or so and finished with a week or so. His crew was professional, courteous and clean.

Sprague roofing took care of me from start to finish of my hail-triggered roofing job that was completed last fall. They guided me to select impact resistant roofing, which has protected me from this year's hailstorms. I was grateful to get their support in handling my insurance claim, which included documenting all the damage thoroughly and interfacing with the insurance company. This also included ensuring damage to fence posts were included in the claim. The team was friendly and honest. I would recommend them to anyone needing to repair or replace their roof!

These guys are just great. And in everyway. They do what they say they're gonna do. Their prices on bids are right in the middle. Their workmanship is fine and thier timing is excellent. What more could you want from a construction contractor? Really!

Sprague Roofing was the WORST contractor we've ever dealt with. They not only contracted for our roof, which was damaged from a hailstorm, but they also contracted for all other damages to our property, i.e., replace damaged doors, replace broken shutters, replace the tin roof on our work shed, replace damaged boards in our decks, etc, that occurred as a result of the hailstorm. They replaced the roof and it blew off. They again replaced the roof (with the wrong colored shingles) and it blew off again. They did replace the gutters and the small shed roof, however, they failed to follow through with any other repairs and we ended up piecemealing the remaining items. It's been a year and a half since we initially signed the contract with them, and it's still an open issue as now they want to be paid for all the work they DIDN'T do. STAY AWAY FROM SPRAGUE ROOFING!!

Sprague Roofing did trim repair on our newly purchased mobile home in Cheyenne. We worked with them long distance, as we only live in Cheyenne part time. They were very responsive to our questions and requests. And they did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again if any more issues with our roof and siding come up.

Aaron and his team were great from start (proposal) to finish (job completion). We replaced white gutters with black gutters and redid the entry way porch covering which was damaged due to previous gutters. The black gutters make the house pop with curb appeal and match my new window trim. The new leaf guards are amazing as well. The job was completed as promised and the quality is outstanding. In April 2021 just by chance we stopped at the Laramie Home show because our gutters had pulled away from our roof during a March blizzard. Attempts to contact local companies were unsatisfactory. But meeting Ryan at the Sprague booth was a godsend! He scheduled an appointment right then and showed up on time the next week. Originally looking at the gutters he took additional time to look at the roof and siding telling us we need the whole exterior to have work. It was like having a personal assistant. Ryan reached out to our insurance company and participated in the conversation and was really our contact with them for the entire process. This is the third roof we have put on the house since 2000 and it is by far the best job and it was done in 1 1/2 days! Incredible work! Gutter replacement and exterior painting followed and we loved every bit of it. In fact, I referred a colleague to Sprague for his roof replacement before our job was completed. I have repeatedly recommended Sprague to friends and would use them again in a heartbeat! Ryan and Glen kept us informed each step of the way. The best company we have worked with.

I could not be happier with the work that Ryan and Sprague Roofing did on my home west of Laramie. Sprague Roofing didn't just provide me with a roofing job - Ryan worked directly with my insurance company and adjuster throughout the process of my wind and hail claim. Not a single unpleasant mystery or surprise that way, which I appreciated since I had never gone through a home insurance claim before (and did not want the hassle of having to mediate between the adjuster and the contractor). The new roof is beautiful, and Sprague's outstanding workmanship and warranty on it gives me additional peace of mind no matter what the weather decides to do, even in WINDY Wyoming. Sprague's project manager was responsive, knowledgeable and was the best contactor I have ever used. Was accurate in quote and timing. The only roofing company for me. Have done a follow-up on a second property.

I had them replace my front door, install siding and gutters and paint the exterior of my house and I give Sprague the biggest complement I can give a contactor: I have NO complaints about their work.

I had the ugliest house on the block and now I have the best looking house on the block. They were efficient and easy to work with.

It was not much work, but felt satisfied by their professional manor and were up front in our discussions and their follow up. I did not compare pricing so do not know how they compare but it seemed reasonable to me. I will call them back for any other future work first.

We had extensive hail damage to our home last July.
We contacted Sprague Roofing to handle the roof and they took care of everything associated with the damage. Roof, painting, gutters, etc.. We also had issues with our claims adjuster for the insurance and Aaron stayed on top of things until everything was completed. We would HIGHLY recomment Sprague roofing for all your insurance claims.

Sprague Roofing, Bill Hohn in particular, worked with the insurance company doggedly. He cared that I get a quality roof and that the insurance company did not take short cuts. He was persistent almost to the point of my annoyance BUT it paid off. He cared about the repair getting done well and it did get done well. Not many people would work that hard for their clients benefit.

Josh handled my roof several years ago after a hail storm. He got a total replacement for me all covered by insurance including new roof sheathing. The crew was very fast and efficient and Josh was always quick to respond with any answers to questions. So when we decided to build an addition on our house, it was a no-brainer to use Josh once again for the Shingles, gutters, and penetrations. They did a seamless job. Thanks Sprague and Josh.

This is an addendum to my prior review above. We have had some gutter issues and our project manager was to get back with me (over a year ago, I have the emails) as they subcontracted our gutter work.

He never has and it seems that once Sprague gets your “good review” you’re in their rear view mirror. Our gutter guards are failing (collapsed) so we’ll see if they get back to us.

Sprague Roofing was great to work with. Aaron Raben was our project manager. He worked with our insurance company to ensure our new roof would meet insurance requirements to be replaced and there would be no surprise costs. Aaron was great.

We called three roofing companies to inspect the damage to our roof ridge. Aaron Raben and his co-worker Ryan from Sprague Roofing and Exteriors came out right away and inspected our roof. They noticed hail damage and deterioration. Our insurance company would NOT cover the damage because of the size of the "hail" damage. Aaron was so professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. Our roof ridge shingles were nailed back on with no hassle. We will be replacing our roof next year and definitely calling Sprague Roofing and Exteriors to do the work. In the meantime, if we have any further roof damage or other issues with our home (siding, windows, garage door, etc.) we will be contacting Sprague Roofing and Exteriors. One more thing, Aaron Raben was so honest and forthcoming about all of our issues. He has a high work ethic and we appreciated his quick replies to all of our emails.

I had 4 roofing companies inspect my roof because of a leak. Aaron from Sprague Roofing and Exteriors was the only person to inspect the roof closely enough to find enough hail damage to justify an insurance claim. He helped me file the claim. He worked closely with the insurance company to ensure that they paid fairly for the roof, windows, garage doors and siding that was damaged by the hail. He was the general contractor for the project. His communication was excellent - both initiating calls to me and responding to my calls. He made sure all the work done was excellent. This was a very large project and of course, there were a couple of hiccups. He responded immediately and made sure the hiccups were fixed properly.

I'm so pleased with my experience with Sprague! Ryan Kropp has gone above and beyond what he needed to do as project manager, making a potentially stressful experience with the insurance company seem like a walk in the park. He's been punctual, professional, and has kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be using Sprague again for any future roofing and exterior needs!

Called Sprague to handle a residential roof leak along with minor siding replacement, something many other roofing contractors would not touch due to the limited scope. Discussed the issue with Bill on the phone and he had Gordon out the same day for review of site conditions. Gordon was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he believed the issue to be as well as the proposed solution. Quote was provided the next day. Upon acceptance of the quote, work was scheduled within a week. Gordon and a helper performed the work, instead of having a random crew show up, and all work was completed within the timeframe given and for the price quoted with no corners cut. Would highly recommend Gordon, and the Sprague team. Would use them again.

We met Ryan Kropp with Sprague Roofing at the home and garden show in Laramie. We stopped to ask some questions about our current roof and Ryan was very informative. We expected that courtesy but we did not expect him to come to the house, take a look at the problem we were having and document it for reference. I was blown away at his professionalism and knowledge. He even helped make a few phone calls and set us on a path to get the roof repaired by the original contractor. He had no gain in the situation and yet he helped us above and beyond any expectation we had of him or Sprague Roofing. I am only disappointed that we didn't use Sprague the first time.

Bill H. was very personable and knowledgeable about the process to inspect, bring in the insurance company and work directly with them to get the work/pricing approved and installation done in concert with the winter weather. Very good to work with!

UNPROFESSIONAL, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I tried to contract Sprague roofing for a full replacement of my roof with a standing seam metal roof originally in October of 2020. Initially I worked with Glen Starcher who quoted me, which I signed and gave a 4200 deposit. I was told the job would start before thanksgiving, then the first week of December, then before Christmas. Sprague then fired Mr Starcher. I was then call by the service manager Josh Sierra and a sales rep named Ryan. I was told they just needed to verify the signed quote (late December 2020) I was told the job would "start soon" I finally asked for my deposit back ... which I was given and I told them I was happy to give it back when they scheduled the job.... I have called several times and have been given the run around. Non committal answers. It is now FEBRUARY 202. I will be selecting another roofer

Great experience working with Seth to get the gutters on our home adjusted. It's such a relief to work with people who value customer service. The work was actually completed a day early. Such as sharp contrast to companies I've had to chase down to get work done.

Very pleased with the professionalism and communication of Sprague. We worked with Ryan and he was very helpful and informative and got us very prompt quotes, which was needed because we were selling our home.

Seth of Sprague gave us a timely professional quote and also suggested helpful ways to deal with the insurance agency. He was "covid-19" ready with masks. Once we selected Sprague, Seth arranged for crews to come and replace our roof (and update the tech) followed by painting the entire house and lastly installing new and very much improved rain gutters. We couldn't be happier. Oh yeah, and they did all this in the WINTER TIME and still were on time. Great communications as well.

Ryan Kropp at Sprague provided a wonderful experience for my clients this spring as they prepared their house to list. He was very quick to, provide a thorough roof inspection, noting extensive hail damage, prepare a quote, and work through the process with the insurance company. My wife and I had Sprague do a new roof wind damage Insurance claim with State Farm and they did an amazing job! Ryan Kropp handled all the insurance stuff and even got us more towards our claim than the adjuster initially was going to give us. Ryan was easy to work with and made things happen on a tight timeline. We have used other roofing companies before and we will be using Sprague again! Job sight was clean afterwards and we did not find any trash or nails after the job was complete. We highly recommend them! On a personal note; make sure you get a lien waiver (which Sprague offers); we learned this the hard way with a different roofing company and had to pay over $3000 out of pocket after insurance paid - NOT with Sprague!)

Sprague was an excellent company to work with. Ryan Kropp was very responsive, nice, and professional to work with. They replaced our deck while trying to sell our home on a VERY tight timeline. Not only did they do an excellent job (foreman was Ryan Grove) on the deck construction, but they made it happen fast!. They made it possible to close the real-estate deal on time and we are eternally grateful! My wife and I highly recommend them! (note: deck stain not done by Sprague).

Aaron at Sprague was incredible at getting us all the roofing supplies and windows needed for our home addition. He was extremely professional and courteous and got us a quote and delivery fast and without issue. My husband even broke one of the windows when trying to install it and Aaron went out of his way to help us get a replacement immediately without any benefit to him!! Sprauge Roofing replaced our roof at our lake house in Glendo WY over the summer from some nasty hail damage. Sprague did a complete reroof for us as a result of the 7.5.19 hail storm. Professional and very communicative from the get go. Sprague did an excellent job of our roof replacement from beginning to end. Seth Blue in particular was incredibly professional, informative and patient as we moved through the various stages, especially with dealing with the insurance agents. We were kept informed at every stage and often confusing insurance documentation was broken down and explained.

The roof installation itself was completed to a high level of quality and with little disruption to our life. The guys installed quickly and efficiently and kept our gardens tidy from debris whilst also returning it to normal once they had left.

Sprague Roofing and Exteriors did an amazing job coordinating the different crews to get my house fixed after the terrible hail storm that we endured. As a full time teacher I knew I wouldn’t have the time to coordinate with all the different people that I would need to get my house back in shape; roofers, siders, gutters, windows and a glass door! Thankfully Bill and his people were there by my side through the entire endeavor! They negotiated on my behalf with my insurance to make sure that I got the highest adjustment that I could. Another big concern for me was my animals that I would have to leave in the house during the days when there would be workers at my house. They completed the work in a timely manner and my dogs weren’t affected on bit! I am so thankful that Sprague was here to help me in the biggest adult project that I have to this date had to deal with!

I originally had given this company a 1 star review a few years ago. I have had an opportunity since then to speak with Josh and get through some miscommunication that we were having then.

As I have grown in the roofing community myself, I find that there is an open dialogue needed between other roofing companies and not continue to cause drama amongst each other over roofs.

I am proud to see Sprague Roofing thriving in Colorado through all of the many challenges roofing companies have faced over the past few years.
