Working with Perfect Roofing and Siding for our urgent roof replacement was efficient, cost competitive, of high quality, and beyond all, pleasant. Below is a summary of our experiences from start to finish:

Angi Bid Request - Betsy, the company administrator was kind, courteous and respectful. She provided me an appt with a job evaluator the next day within 5 minutes of submitting my Angi request.

Job Evaluation - Jim, the job evaluator, was familiar with the area and very respectful towards my family and our home. He provided a thorough overview of the Perfect roof replacement process highlighting quality of work and longevity of the material used and installation. His no-haggle sales discussion was much appreciated.

Job Agreement - Carlo, the marketing director was also kind, professional and respectful. He was very accommodating by being willing to urgently reschedule his visit due to medical issues in the family. He was able to confirm details of our installation, finalize the contracts for the job and provide us with an early timeline for our job’s completion.

Roof Removal and Replacement - the installation crew arrived close to the 0800 start and immediately began preparing to work. Within 15 mins tarps were spread across our property to catch the debris from the roof removal. The roof was stripped down to the decking, damaged decking boards were repaired or replaced, and a thorough cleaning of the prepared decking was completed by 1100. The new synthetic sheathing and ice guard were installed and the shingles followed shortly after; all debris was removed from our property and taken away in a dumpster that was timed perfectly in both arrival and departure. By 1500 the roof was essentially complete along with the clean up afterwards. By 1530 the entire crew, dumpster were gone, the only indication that someone was working on our house was the new roof and the advertisement sign I agreed to be placed in the yard.

Job Completion - time will be the ultimate test for the longevity of this roof. However, the Perfect team seemed committed to giving it its best chance at outliving its 50 year warranty. In every interaction with Betsy, Jim, Carlo, and Ramses (the company founder), experience was apparent. After inspecting the roof first hand I can attest to the quality of the materials used and the attention to detail in the work of the crew. Am looking forward for the sun to set the roof over the next few days so we can once again have a leak and worry free roof.

Final thoughts: As an engineer, a quality product and proper installation was paramount for our home’s roof. After discussing our needs with several other contractors, it was clear that Perfect Roofing offered the best product in terms of quality of materials used and quality of installation. This was proved true following installation. Further, duration from first call to job completion took less than one week, which was fantastic considering the active leak we had. Lastly, having a 50 year transferable warranty provides tremendous peace of mind regardless of our family’s plans to stay in this house for a lifetime or sell next year. Overall, the roof replacement was an investment worth making and I am glad we chose Perfect to replace our roof.

My dad recently had the roof on the house done and I got to sit in on the consultation. Will, the representative, was very respectful of my dad. The crew that worked on the house were professional and diligent. They stayed almost until dark and each day they cleaned up behind themselves. The roof looks great and my dad seems quite pleased with it.

To start the custom service rep Will was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job. He answered all the questions that I had and explained some things I was unclear about.
The people who did the work were professional quiet and thorough. I really only got to speak to them once during the entire encounter because of my work schedule. With that in mind, when I get home I’m tired and ready to sleep at 3 p.m. I heard nothing. I knew work was happening because I could see them working when I got home but once inside I could go about my day.
This process took about 4 days and considering I’ve NEVER had any work done on my roof in the 18 years I’ve been in this house I’m amazed that it didn’t take longer. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. If I had not seen the crew working and the fine work that was done I would never have known they were here. The clean up was immaculate. I mean NO debris in the back yard. NO dust or roof pieces in the front including any dust. I never even heard them clean at the end of EACH day.

I’m a mechanical engineer, and I chose Perfect Roof for my home roof replacement. My wife and I interviewed four other roofing companies before selecting Perfect Roof, and we had a great experience. Carlo from Perfect Roof provided a confident and pragmatic overview of the entire process including company history, safety, materials, people, processes, and warranty. As an engineer, I wanted to select the best materials and processes, and Perfect Roof uses a system of CertainTeed materials that are all designed to work together for an engineered solution. We verified the specified materials met quality standards, and were recognized by national specifications and tests for wind, tear, pull through, and granule adhesion. Using materials that meet such accepted standards, correlates with extended roof life when installed correctly. In addition to the quality of materials, the CertainTeed brand is a division of Saint Gobain which is well known in the engineering world for producing high quality materials used in high reliability products. When the actual materials arrived at the jobsite, everything was exactly as specified and designed to work together as a system. The crews arrived for work each day and were respectful of our property and privacy. Safe roof access was established, and the crew used ropes and harnesses to navigate the multiple roof pitches, dormers, on the house and external garage for removal and installation. The Perfect Roof team performed a thorough evaluation of our roof condition once the old roof was removed, and we were given the opportunity to also assess for damage. We observed slight damage that agreed with the Perfect Roof crew, and they proactively planned to repair the damaged areas. This amounted to a few sheets of underlayment that needed to be replaced, and there was no extra cost. After spending some time observing the shingle installation process, it was apparent that the crew performs like a high functioning team: well defined roles, helping each other, trust working together, and everyone contributing. It was positive experience working with Carlo, the crew, and the entire team from Perfect Roof.

We were very pleased with the work of Perfect Roofing & Siding. They came highly recommended, from the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to the consultation with Ed everyone was helpful and professional. Ed did a great job of assessing the scope of work that was needed and was conscience of our budget.
The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the crew arrived when scheduled and did an awesome job. They work quickly and skillfully on the replacement of the roof on our house and detached garage. Tarps were put down to assist with clean up and the crew made sure they left the yard spotless. We also had gutters installed and are pleased with how they joined the downspouts and gutters together. The old gutters were sloppy and we had numerous leaks. No issues with the new gutters during recent rains.

Did the job in two days, all new wood deck also, no more leaks. Great job so I hired them again to do all the soffit, facia and siding. Great job on the roof. After extensive research in finding a roofing contractor to repair and replace our roof, we chose Perfect Roofing and Siding. The sales rep, Carlo, was very informative and explained all the steps involved with the project. Our biggest concern was the fact that part of our roof is a large flat roof over the front porch, which several other contractors were reluctant to deal with. Perfect Roofing had no issue dealing with the situation. We ultimately ended up going with their proposal because of the confidence Carlo projected and we felt assured that the job would be done correctly, professionally and with consideration for all the extensive landscaping around the house. We were in awe of the fact that they showed up so quickly, as promised, and the job was basically done the first day with a small crew to finish up detail work on the second day, keeping in mind we have a very large and complex roof layout. In the course of roof replacement, they discovered a large area of rotted underlayment, which they replaced as part of the agreement. Needless to say, that was a relief to have discovered since we had no idea it was an issue. They handled the job like the true professionals they are. We would recommend Perfect Roofing and Siding without hesitation.

They did a great job, on time and at a great price. My roof was done December 2022, so far no leaks or problems, and it looks beautiful. When they were done, they cleaned everything up perfectly and hauled it away too! I would highly recommend!

I reached out to Perfect Roofing when I was taking estimates to repair the siding on my house that had been damaged during the recent wind storms. Knowing my roof was almost 18 years old I figured it wouldn't hurt to get quotes on how much it would cost to get a new one installed. Perfect Roofing provided a detailed estimate with a really competitive price point. They were not the absolute cheapest option but their estimate was below average and more than reasonable, while still providing quality products (Certainteed LandMark Pro) and craftsmanship. The team showed up at 7am and began stripping the old roof off and by 6pm that same day I had a new roof! I have a fairly sizeable house so I was thrilled to have it all done the same day. He also ordered the siding that best matched what was on the house and once it arrived, made those repairs within a couple hours.

Being a contractor in my younger days when it came time to put a new roof on our house and garage, I knew we wanted to find a contractor that did quality work. My brother-in-law suggested we call perfect roofing and siding. So we called Carlos and within a few days, he came to our house. He was very friendly and took the time to explain in detail the company policies, the quality of the materials they use and the quality of the workmanship. He also took the time to work on giving us the best price he could. With all that information plus reading many five star reviews we felt very comfortable going with this company. Within 4 days they were here on time, started covering all the landscaping with large tarps, and then removing the old shingles. By the end of the day, the house and garage roofs were done. They would have finished in the one day timeframe except the wrong color of caps were sent. They returned the next day, finished the roof caps and started cleaning everything up. They did a great job! We were extremely pleased with the entire process, and the roofs look beautiful. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.

I cannot say enough about Perfect Roofing and Siding! Ramses and his team were incredible on this project! They came and replaced the roof on a 123 year old house I own. When I tell you that the roof was a disaster, that is an understatement! I had several contractors come out and look at the roof and none would even touch the project. I began to get discouraged thinking that this property, a family property, would never be restored to a family home again. Then, Ramses and his team performed a miracle on that roof! Not only was their quote fair, but Carlo took the painstaking time with me to explain what they do and why they've set a standard for their company. From signing their agreement, they STOOD BY THEIR WORD & contract and replace my roof. The OWNER even came by once the work was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work and was prepared to fix anything if needed. Of course there was nothing that needed further attention and I'm completely happy that Carlo & the Owner & the Crew did exactly what they were contracted to do. I had an appointment with this company.
They said sometime between 10:00 and 10:30. The morning of the appointment, a Carlos called and said he couldn’t come by the scheduled time. He was not apologetic, nor did he have a reasonable excuse. He said he had other clients scheduled which makes no sense. He then asked me “well how late can I come?” I couldn’t believe he was serious. I would think it would be as soon as he could get here, not “how late can I come”.
Anyway, he gets here and says he won’t repair roof. He would only do it if we repaired the whole roof.
I don’t understand because I had stated what I needed on the phone when I made the appointment and also when I talked to Carlos that morning.
I had an estimate from my insurance company and he wanted to know if I wanted to stick to that figure. Most likely he wanted to tack on as much as he could get from me.
We basically just told him to get lost.
He said he was from marketing.
What a way to market the company.

The Perfect Roofing & Siding team did a great job on my roof and gutter replacement. The roof was low pitch and they went to great lengths to give me the best warranty in the business. The crew was professional and genuinely happy to be there and do the work. The new gutters and facia look great and the gutters function properly without issue. The team was in and out in less than a day.

I needed a roof put on my residence and also my rental property, So I went out and got 5 quotes from big and small companies and ultimately chose Perfect roofing and siding.
Carlo was very mindful of our budget and thorough when it came to defining the scope of work, which was very important to us since there were some tight spots and increased level of difficulty. He was a joy to work with and was also my point of contact for the project.

My husband and I initially met with Carlos. He gave us the break down on how roofs are stripped down and replaced. He showed us all the necessary paper work that was needed, as far as licensing and insurance that each roofing company must have. It was very affordable.
This company did an excellent job. They started and finished the work the same day and cleaned up every ounce of their mess.

We had received extensive storm damage to our roof. We had never had a situation like this occur before.

We researched many roofing companies, and received several estimates. Some of the estimates were fair, others outrageous, and some companies actually only gave estimates from a satellite picture of our house. How impersonal. How could a company see the subtle problems that may have to be resolved for a proper estimate.

That is where Perfect Roofing and Siding won us over. The roofing inspector (Jerry) gave us a detailed analysis of our roof damage. He took the time to sit with us and describe what needed done. Not only that, but he also knew how to navigate the nuances of insurance claims to get exactly what we needed.

Once that was completed, Ramses and his crew came out on a Saturday to start the job. They were very professional, and respective of our property. True professionals.

Once the job was completed, the crew came out twice to check for stray roofing nails on the property. That's thorough.

Carlo, the supervisor, was very attentive to our needs, and answered questions that arose from the installation process. After the job was completed, he came out to inspect the work, and made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome.

In all, a truly professional service, with a uniquely personal touch. I would highly recommend this company.

I really enjoyed working with Carlo. He was very responsive through texts and phone calls at any time. He was able to answer all my questions and deal with any changes I asked of him! The crew was very big and got the project done efficiently in a 3 day window, even working through the weekend in 95 degree weather. They left the property as neat as when they got there. Difficult to communicate to the crew but they were all very respectful and nice. I would recommend using them in the future and am so happy I went with them!

They communicated well about what, when and how things would be done and did what they said they would do. I'm not trained in roofing installation but as far as I can tell they did a great job of installation and cleaned up very well after themselves. It only took them one day to replace my roof.

From initial inspection to finished product everyone was very professional. Did great work the entire way through and left with a finished product that looks great.

Perfect Roofing and Siding is correctly named. We checked with four businesses, all established, for quotes. While all were in the same general area, we went with Perfect as we had seen them do an excellent job on a neighbor's house a year ago.

As we compared bids, we found that the shingles were basically the same based upon internet search result. The prices were comparable, so workmanship is the deciding factor. Carlo was our salesperson, he painted a "rosy" picture with many assurances (what sales person doesn't?), but it turned out to all be true.

There is flashing where the previous two roofs had none. Our roof pattern is gambrel with four dormers, so there are a number of challenges and all were met perfectly. Cut lines are clear and precise. Nails, previously exposed, were covered with flashing. "Sins" from a Hardie Board install 10 years ago by a different contractor were fixed. The crew was thorough. They worked clean, there were no surprises. Little things were put back as they were prior to the start of the job. For example, we have a string of Party Lights that edge my patio and are attached to the house, they were disconnected for the job and could have been easily left on the ground, unattached, but no, they were re attached as before without having to point them out. Final payment was not requested until I told Ramses, the owner, that the job was done.

I could not have been more pleased. Every assurance made by Carlo was met or exceeded. If you are looking for an installer that can be trusted to do the job and do it well, Perfect Roofing & Siding is your choice.

I called Ramses to get a quote for total flat roof replacement after I watched his crew work on a building next to me. He was very thorough with his estimate, explained the work that was to be done,
gave me a time frame when the work was to start and to be completed and his crew finished the job within that time frame. His crew did superior work in my opinion and resolved the problem of water seeping into our walls and ceiling. They also hauled away all debris and left our property as clean as it was before they started the work. I would strongly recommend Ramses and his talented crew for you roofing needs.

The crew did a great job installing my metal roof. They arrived on time and worked solid the whole day through! They where polite, hard working and cleaned up nicely when finished. I did not have to clean up after. A small adjustment was needed and Ramses addressed it immediately. I would recommend these guys (and already have) to anyone who needs there services.
