After the recent storm we had two areas of our roof that needed to be looked at. I called Royal Roof and Gutter and spoke with Matt. He was at our house within 3 hours and had it tarped and protected. Also had siding damage that his team fixed on the spot. Highly recommended and will look no further for all roofing needs!

We spoke with Matt at royal roof and gutter about a leak we have been having recurrent issues with. He came out the same day I called him to take a look. He went over options and also got us a full and partial roof quote. After getting back to Matt with our decision to have a full roof replacement he was responsive and showed us some of his prior work. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team. They are hard workers and arrived when they said they would. They completed our project in one day. I’m pretty sure they also fixed one of our fence posts that was hanging loose. I didn’t even ask them to do that, but it was secured and fixed. That is just a genuine kind thing for them to do. They also were very clean about the project and everything was cleaned before they left! I will definitely use royal roof and gutter in the future for any of our roofing needs. Thanks Matt!

I am very pleased with Royal Roofing. From the initial estimate, Matt was professional and efficient. He continually informed me of the timeline and any adjustments that were required. Most impressive was the use of the Equipter, which minimized any debris from littering the yard but also aided his crew while loading equipment and shingles onto the roof. It certainly shortened the time required to complete the job. His crew is respectful and friendly and shares Matt's goal of satisfying their customers.

We called to have some gutter repairs done that were caught on our home purchase inspection, and after checking it out, Matt suggested some steps to take that were a fraction of the price. Contacted Matt after a recent wind storm dislodged a section of gutter guard. Matt was extremely great to work with coordinating our schedules with the weather and life occurrences to plan the work. He not only replaced the section of gutter guard screen but inspected and replaced the boots to exhaust pipes extending from the roof. I have already passed Matt's contact information to the neighborhood.

We were very happy and appriciative for the work, price, quality, and customer service that was provided. We were panicked with the problem we were having with our roof and water coming in. We worked with Royal Roof & Gutter twice, once for a roof repair and gutter cleaning, and then again this year for a partial roof replacement and gutters cleaned again. Matt is easy to work with and with short notice was able to include our job into a busy late fall schedule so that our repairs/installation got finished before winter and before putting our house on the market. They even sent us a holiday card, making it feel more personal/caring!

Matt was quick to respond to my request for an estimate on a total roof replacement and offered to stop over and answer a few questions I had relating to the replacement and my current roof. His estimate was fair and in-line with what I would expect. Matt was very honest and knowledgeable; not one ounce of sales type pressure. He even encouraged me to wait on metal screens until the price came down in the market, reassuring me my current ones would see me through until then.

We had a number of contractors out to look at our roof because of a leak. All just gave quotes without looking at the roof, telling us we needed a replacement ASAP. Matt came out and took a thorough look, then spent time going over everything he saw and recommended, taking the time to make sure I knew exactly what he saw. He also cleaned out our gutters and made a minor repair while here. Can't recommend him enough for the professionalism and communication.

The gutters on our home needed cleaned out and inspected and my husband doesn’t like to get up on the roof any longer. I would recommend Royal Roof & Gutter. They did a thorough roof inspection for me, cleaned the gutters well, and made recommendations for me for going forward and getting a few more years out of my current roof. I found that email communication was best and would suggest that as the best way to contact them.

We would highly recommend Royal Roof & Gutter to anybody needing a new roof. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Matt & his crew were professional, respectful, had great attitudes, & displayed obvious pride in their work. Matt also took the time to discuss some changes regarding roof installation methods over time & why they were changed. We will be having them back in the Spring to replace our gutters as well!

After seeing the excellent job the Royal Team did on another townhome in our development we immediately contacted Matt for an estimate. I will list the timeline of our project and outcomes. Without even meeting Matt face to face here is our story:
Estimate: Matt ordered a satellite view of our roof and had the images and estimate done in a few days. The estimate was not only in line with our other quotes but included quite a few extras not mentioned in any other quotes.
Correspondence: Matt responded to every email and phone call promptly and answered any questions or concerns we had immediately.
Scheduling: Matt told us about 2 weeks which ended up being longer due to our association approval process. Matt was very patient and got us going almost immediately after our roof was approved.
Day of Install: Matt and the team were not only EARLY, they were extremely polite, courteous, and conscious of our neighbors regarding noise etc.
All areas where debris could fall were covered with tarps and clean up afterwards made it so you’d never know they were even there.
After many very negative contractor interactions on different projects we can’t stress enough our excellent experience with Royal Roofing and highly recommend Matt and the team.
P.S. Our new roof looks incredible and we are going to have Matt and the team back to install new gutters.

Royal Roofing & Gutter repaired some minor vent pipe leaks and replaced a few shingles for me around the skylight. So far NO LEAKS! The price was at the high end of the quote but within reason. The communications could have been better but I understand staffing challenges during the time of the pandemic. I would recommend Royal Roofing & Gutter for the work I received but advise you to be patient for email responses.

Very nice to work with, professional and quick - our job was for 4 buildings; they were almost completely finished in 2 full days (plus about an hour for a smaller shed that we added on). I contacted Royal Roof & Gutter in February for a quote via email and decided today (4/24/2020) to go ahead and contract them to clean my gutters. I emailed them back to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were here within a few hours to complete the work.

LIFESAVER!! I'm a local REALTOR.. I had an appointment set with a roofer for a week.
