I found a great deal on autotrade and called them. All I had to do is put down a small deposit and they held a truck for me that everyone was wanting. I flew in later that week and they had someone waiting for me at the airport. I was literally in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes (I brought my own financing) my salesman was Josh Lagrange

The service manager Blaine Bellard did a excellent job keeping me informed on the repairs being done on my vehicle. It took a little longer than normal, but he wanted to make sure it didn't come back again which meant a lot to me because I live about 18 miles away. Big thank you to Blaine and the mechanic figuring out the problem. Sometimes you just have to be patient.

Ms. Jennifer was wonderful with working together. I called in and she made sure vehicle was still available and ready. We drove from BR, we arrived little late, finished all paperwork but vehicle needed new tires and oil change. They were so great and wonderful, they actually delivered the vehicle next day at my house after it washed, oil changed and new tires installed. I was happy to work with them and Ms. Jennifer.

I had my car towed there it sat for 3 months while they waited on a fuel pump to come in never contacted so I had my mechanic tow it to his shop and the fuel pump was fine and they told me I had copper shavings in my injectors which I do not! My mechanic found a fuel pump the same day and it was my gasket cover that leaked and oil got on my spark plugs which he changed and now my car is running fine. There was a lot of time and aggravation for months while I was on foot because of their “misdiagnosis. So I definitely do not recommend them. I also am getting comments from people who are fighting them still ,

Mechanic shop is not very informative, they have lack of leadership. I’m speaking about the mechanic shop that Had our 24’ Truck at their Shop…was a constant struggle, with them communicating with us and not informing on shattered windshield not just once but twice. After 2 weeks still not fixed for a two day job. While we wait we lose hours and income..

Blaine did a great job communicating with me each day, and does a great job advocating to get repairs approved. Hollis and Pete are great Ford Technicians and I trust them with any of my repairs.

Jennifer was awesome! The best dealership experience ever. She kept me informed and updated on my new car throughout the entire process. You can’t beat exceptional customer service and a salesperson with principles. Shop with her!!!

I've been here for service many times. Get my oil changed and tires rotated. Great service good prices. Great price on tires also. Very friendly staff

We have always had good experiences local with Shetler Corley. We just took delivery of a new f450 and are more than happy. Their service department fixes the issues quickly so we can get back on the road. Its nice to have a local dealership that provides such good service.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!! Shadey dealership with Shady employees. Salesman Landon kept me on the phone until 9:30 at night trying to sell me a truck. He literally wasted hours and hours of my time, took credit card deposits over the telephone, had my bank run credit applications and get me approved for a truck that supposedly "already had another deal pending." Even though we had already agreed on all of the numbers and I had paid a deposit on the truck before the other customer did, he offered them more money for the vehicle so they rejeced my deal and sold it to him instead. Who does that? Shady, shady, dealings. Steer clear of these shysters!

Service department is amazing they are fast and very good I highly recommend them to everyone. Corey Leger is an awesome mechanic he is the best.

Good people, pretty darn honest for a car dealer, no pressures, (at least not in my experience) on the bright side, they sell Ford. Yup, I find Ford to be very dependable, even if they might not be the easiest car in the world to work on. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. I've purchased 3 new automobiles from them in the past, and have no complaints. Hope this is helpful!
