Lowe's Home Improvement - Fayetteville, WV

I went to Lowe's Tuesday and placed my order for lumber and insulation to be delivered to my job site and they set it up for Wednesday 10-30-24 the next day and that's exactly what I need because I have log siding coming from Virginia that is supposed to be delivered on 11-6-24 and I waited all day for Lowe's because they gave me a time between 8 am to 8 pm and at the last minute Lowe's called and said they couldn't deliver it that day and said they can deliver it on 11-4-24 it just frustrating because the job would've been completed before Thanksgiving but not now thanks a lot Lowe's

Excellent customer service! Walked in and out with purchasing three appliances in approximately 20 minutes! Randal was on top on his game! Well worth the drive from Beckley!!

Good luck getting waited on in the lumber aisle.

They'll typically be 3-4 people standing there. Usually an old man, two younger boys, two older ladies. Not doing anything, just standing.

The boys stand there and stare at one of the older woman's chest. But refuse to ring anyone up if there's a couple people in line.

But if one of their friends come up, sure they'll ring them up then.

This store has always been managed rough. Leagues behind Summersville or Beckley.

Love this lowes. There were employees everywhere this visit! It was a seamless experience because of it.

We drove 1.5hrs to buy a generator today because of being in one of the power outage areas. Everything was great at first generator was there and 2 guys were available to load it. Problem started when they loaded it into our truck my husband ask if it could be laid day and they said it wouldn’t be an issue. When we got home we discovered that it wasn’t supposed to be put on its side and the oil had leaked everywhere along with ruining the air filter. I called and spoke with a manager who told me they had us on camera leaving with the generator setup. This wasn’t possible because of my husband’s truck bed cover. The way his cover sits on the bed made it impossible for it to close with the generator up right. The manager continued to accuse me of lying. I hadn’t call for compensation just to let them know had happened so they could inform the 2 gentlemen that they absolutely had to be set upright due to being pre filled with oil.

Went in on Sunday June 23rd and was greeted so kind by Amanda at returns. And the other workers that day were soo kind and made my shopping experience such a pleasure.

They have a great variety of flowers. A little pricey but they are worth it. Their rose bushes are beautiful. They have a wide variety of paint to choose from. Great place to go for updates on your home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to go and browse through to get ideas on redecorating your home or garden.

Although they definitely have a wide variety of goods, it's almost impossible to get anyone that works there to assist you with any kind of knowledge and keys to help

My visit to Lowe’s was as you would expect from Lowe’s home improvement. I walked in found a staff member who promptly took me to the area that I needed to go. The store was clean well stocked and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of town and my need was last minute but exceedingly important. They were able to assist with no issues.

Anytime we shop here which is quite a bit they always have what we need and if we can't find it which I have to remind my better half just ask even if not the same department they will always help love this store

Randall, Hollie and the entire crew at this Lowe's are exceptional. Helpful courteous and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. 6 stars please.

The Fayetteville/Oakhill store 2205 is wonderful. The staff is amazingly helpful and the store is neat and orderly. I drive a longer distance to patronise this location simply due to excellent service.

Went to purchase some garden soil as I went through lawn and garden the male cashier and female greeter were in conversation as I stood there waiting they didn't even acknowledge I was at the checkout, I ask which one is opened and finally the male cashier says I can't understand you as the female said I'm not running a checkout he is. Furthermore the cashier was very rude and ( forgot to mention he was setting on the counter where you checkout), very disrespectful! Theses people they hire need to be properly trained in customer service, they're not wanting to work but want the paycheck attitudes wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job as now I'm seeing why more and more online shopping is being pursued. Very disrespectful employees this store has.

I came into the store the other day and was checking out. I guess she was a head cashier her name was Carrie. I asked her for help multiple times and she just looked at me like I was stupid and started to publicly talk about me and laugh while I was standing right there. She was very rude and not professional. Lowe’s should really take into consideration who they hire. Love the store however, that is not what any customer should have to deal with when they come to shop.

The Fayetteville Lowes was great!! Employees are so friendly and helpful!!! I was asked 3 times what I was working on and did I need help with anything. Great customer service is alive and well at the Fayetteville Lowes!!!

Don't get me wrong I love Lowe's, but this store has some problems. The day I checked out there were 7 employees
(all male) none of them were wearing masks, standing in a huddle and laughing loudly. These gentlemen were also blocking the exit, obviously it's a milk Club Boys Club. I think it should be dealt with. The one lady was running a register checking out 10 people while the rest of the people watched. The management of Fayetteville West Virginia Lowe's is incompetent

Great store love tools
Really sad to hear that they will not stand by there lifetime warranty on anything I tried to take a socket in that had cracked down the side because they now use cheap Asian steal
